At that, under the drinking cup the recessed receiving tank is mounted. The receiving tank has the mesh filters-partitions and is connected to the drinking cup by two tubes. One tube is brought to the upper part of the cup. The second tube is brought to the lower part of the bowl and is connected to the circulating pump.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used for watering animals, such as cattle. The device comprises a drinking cup, a valve mechanism of the water level, a tubular electric heater, a heat shield with holes for watering, a circulating pump, a well to discharge the excess water. At that, under the drinking cup the recessed receiving tank is mounted. The receiving tank has the mesh filters-partitions and is connected to the drinking cup by two tubes. One tube is brought to the upper part of the cup. The second tube is brought to the lower part of the bowl and is connected to the circulating pump.

EFFECT: reduction of water loss, improved purification of drinking cup from plant pollutants and conditions of animal management are provided.

The device relates to agriculture, in particular cattle breeding, and can be used for watering of animals such as cattle.

We know from the technical literature device for watering animals AGK-4B(see the Catalogue of agricultural machinery, Meters, 1992, Vol 111, p.7-8)containing the drinking bowl, float mechanism of water level, water heater, heat shield with holes for watering. The disadvantages of this device are:

1. High consumption of electrical energy, as the heater to avoid freezing of water in the drinking bowl should work a full day.

2. The difficulty clean drinking bowls from plant debris, since this is prevented by the heater elements and the mechanism of maintenance of a water level in drinking bowl.

Also known watering system sheep warm water (see Usakowski V.M., Suyunaliev R.S. Complex mechanization in sheep. M: Kolos, 1982, p.143-146), consisting of working tank, pumps, heaters, control panel, pipelines of water supply and supplies with heat exchangers.

The disadvantage of this system is the need when disconnecting the power supply to drain water from the pipe in the reservoir, and from the trough for up to 40 liters of water on earth. The first is difficult because of the rough terrain of the farm, and the second leads to the loss of water, unsanitary conditions and ice forms around drinkers.

The objective of the proposed device is to reduce the costs of electricity, water losses, increase of the facilities clean drinking bowls from plant pollutants, improving conditions of animals.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the device for watering animals containing drinking bowl, valve mechanism of water level, a tubular heater, heat shield with holes for water, circulating pump, a well for the excess of water, under watering bowl has deepened reception tank having a mesh filters of partitions and coupled with drinking a Cup of two tubes, one of which is connected to the top of the bowl, and the other to the bottom and is connected with the circulation pump. The essence of the device for watering animals illustrated by drawings showing the scheme of the General view of the device for watering animals, top view and possible critical levels of water in the device.

Device for watering animals (Figure 1) consists of drinking bowls 1 mounted on the supporting pillars 2 and covered with a heat shield with 3 holes for watering. Top view on the heat shield 3 is shown in figure 2. Inside the Cup 1 installed mesh filter 4 partitions. Under drinking a Cup 1 installed underground reception tank 5, coupled with drinking a Cup 1 tube 6 through the pump 7 and filter 8 and tube 9. Inside the tank 5 set ten 10 and regulator of the water level 11 (valve mechanism)connected with feeding sadomasochrist 12. Tank 5 has a tube and to the excess of water in the well 14, covered with a lid 15.

Device for watering animals is as follows. Pump 7 delivers heated water through the pipe 6 in drinking Cup 1. After filling in 1 Cup water in the tube 9 merges into the reception tank to 5, where again is served in the drinking bowl. As consumption of water animals it from highway 12 through the valve mechanism 11 delivered to the receiving tank 5, and from there pump 7 is served in the drinking bowl.

When a power outage, for example, at night or unscheduled pump stops working and all the water from watering bowls automatically merges into the reception tank 5. When connecting power pump 7 again delivers water to drinking Cup 1.

Figure 3 shows a possible critical water levels in drinking bowl 1 and the receiving tank 5.

H 1 - minimum water level in the tank 5 which prevents the failure of the heater 10.

H - 2 water level at which the valve mechanism 11 covers the supply of water from highway 12. If the valve mechanism at the damage still pass the water, reaching the level of N-3 it is reset on the handset 13 in the discharge pit 14. Reset only a small excess of water coming from the highway due to leaks in the valve mechanism.

H 4 - normal (maximum) level of drinking water in the bowl 1.

For clogged strainer - 4 partitions they are extracted from drinking bowls 1, are cleared (washed) and installed again. Also periodically cleaned the filter 8.

Drinking bowl 1 periodically cleared from plant debris. This cleaning is facilitated by the fact that the watering bowl there are no objects obstructing this (float mechanism level, the heating Elements and other).

Due to the discharge of water from the bowl 1 at night, when disconnecting the power supply, strong frosts or watering regime prevented it from freezing in the drinking Cup, and saves the costs of electric energy. Water circulation in the system prevents the freezing water at the walls drinking bowls.

Energy saving is also due to the fact that the reception tank buried and receives more heat from the Earth.
