The smart card is equipped with an analogous transceiver with an antenna for data exchange with the substrate of the SIM card over a radio channel.

The technical field

The present invention relates to payment systems, which provide for the use of smart cards and mobile communications.

Prior art

From the technical level, see the international publication WO 2009/039419 from 26.03.2009 the international application PCT/US2008/077089 known payment system, including payment terminals, the associated information processing center, smart card and means of mobile communication while processing center made with the possibility of sending and receiving messages by mobile communication and means of mobile communication and smart card made with the ability to communicate with each other over the air.

The disadvantage of the payment system is the need for mandatory use of the mobile means of communication, made with bluetooth (Bluetooth), which limits the use of this payment system.

In the existing level of technology is not identified a set of smart card and a substrate for the SIM (SIM - Subscriber Identification Module) card. However, known smart card made with the possibility of communicating with the means of mobile connection, see the international publication WO 2009/039419 from 26.03.2009 the international application PCT/US2008/077089, and the substrate for a SIM card with an embedded microcontroller, for example, see the patent US 6775725 from 10.08.2004 and patent US 7303137 from 04.12.2007.

The disadvantage of smart cards and known substrates for SIM cards is that they can't communicate, and between them there is no radio channel.

Disclosure of the invention

The technical result, to achieve the stated payment system, is the possibility of using this system of any means of mobile connection that uses a SIM card. This technical result is achieved thanks to a universal means of a base for the SIM card, which provides data exchange with the smart card, and more precisely, thanks to the set of smart card and a substrate for the SIM card.

The technical result, achieved in the proposed set of smart card and a substrate for the SIM card, is that between them implemented data exchange. Meanwhile, the application of universal because it can be used in the payment system practically any user mobile communications.

This technical result is achieved in the payment system, including payment terminals, the associated information processing center, smart card and means of mobile communication with SIM card, while the processing center made with the possibility of sending and receiving messages by mobile communication and means of mobile communication and smart card made with the ability to communicate with each other over the air, because the SIM card of the mobile communication is equipped with a wafer made with the contact interfaces, printed on both sides of the substrate, to connect to the SIM card and the means of mobile communication, chip and transceiver with antenna to communicate with the smart card over the air.
