FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: barrier for motor transport includes a folding supporting structure in the form of crossing strips hinged to each other at crossing points and on ends with formation of a parallelogram mechanism, and striking elements in the form of removable pins, which are arranged on axes of hinge connections and additional axes. Additional axes are perpendicular to strips of the barrier. Between axes and pins there can be provided interlayers from elastic material.
EFFECT: possibility of optimising the number of pins on a strip irrespective of the number of hinge connections; possibility of creating optimum distance between pins without any change in length of the strip and reliable arrangement of the pin on the axis at maintaining and transportation so that free escape of the pin from the axis after implementation into a wheel of a motor vehicle is provided.
The invention relates to a device preventing the introduction of vehicles and intended for forcible stopping of vehicles.
It is known fence against motor vehicles by the patent RU №2101660 published 10.01.1998, the boom of motor vehicles against contains i.e. of overlapping plates, articulated fastened among themselves in the overlapping areas and for all, and damaging elements in the form of removable spikes, each of which is placed on the axis of the relevant of these hinges and is associated with its base. This boom is equipped with a flexible coupling and ring through the coaxial holes, covering thorn with possibility of sliding in the axis of the hinge and the thorn is made through holes; hole rings are aligned with the hole in the thorn, and flexible communication is carried out through the hole in the axis of the hinge, through upstream holes rings, thorn and tightened in the form of tightening of the loop.
It is known barriers for vehicles under the patent RU №2188273 published 27.08.2002 was selected as a prototype. This boom for vehicles anchor foldable design in the form of overlapping plates, articulated fastened among themselves in the overlapping areas and ends with the formation of lever, i.e., and strike elements in the form of removable studs. Each of damaging elements placed on the axis of the relevant of these hinges and is associated with its base. The axis of the hinge has a protruding above the plates conical surface which is in contact with the ground posted on her tongue. Spike associated with the axis of the hinge pivot with male thread, located along the axis of the hinge and thorns and screwed simultaneously in the screw holes in the tops of the outer casing of the hinge and the inside of the base of the spine.
A common disadvantage of barriers against vehicles is the location of submunitions (thorns) exclusively on the axis of the hinge joints, which limits the number of studs on the band boom, not allowing to change the distance between them without changing the length of the bands and/or width of the whole construction. Thus, on the band boom could not be established more three damaging elements. To solve the problem within and analog prototype, you can change the number of bands boom, but it will lead to a significant increase in the weight of the structure. You can also change the length of the strip. But in case of increase of the length of the bands also significantly increased structural mass, as in the case of reducing instability threatens design.
Task and the technical result of the invention is the possibility of optimizing the number of studs on the band, regardless of the number of hinged connections, create the optimal distance between thorns without changing the length of the strip, as well as providing reliable placement of a thorn on the axis during storage and transportation with the free gathering of a thorn from the axis after the introduction in the wheel of the vehicle.
The task is achieved by the fact that the boom for vehicles anchor foldable design in the form of intersecting runways, a hinge held together in the overlapping areas and ends with the formation of a parallelogram mechanism, the shrapnel as removable studs placed on the axes, with the bands boom made additional axis, perpendicular to the bands, and removable spikes placed on the axis of the hinge joints and additional axes.

Thus, the shrapnel as removable spikes may be located on the axis of the hinge joints strips boom and additional axes made between swivels, and only on the secondary axes made between swivels.
The location and number of submunitions in the form of removable spikes is determined depending on the width of the wheel vehicles, for a forced stop of which the fence is.
The proposed location of submunitions in a boom for vehicles allows you to set the number of those without changing the optimal number of hinge joints, which significantly simplifies the design and allows you to use fewer stripes, thus generating significant benefits over weight boom in General. Also in this boom is no need to vary the length of the bands depending on the number of submunitions that allows you to choose the optimal length for maximum stability of the structure and minimum weight.
This device works as follows.
Boom, a vehicle is moved by hand and placed across a strip of road spiked up. Hitting the fence thorn enters the wheel and is separated from the axis. From the moment of penetration of a thorn in the wheel starts fast air release from the wheel, not allowing to continue the free movement of vehicles. A layer of elastic material between axes and thorns will ensure the free gathering of a thorn with axis.
Thus, the design of the proposed barriers for vehicles allows to increase the probability of penetration of the wheel and to exclude the possibility of passing the wheel between the spikes. A layer of elastic material provides reliable fixation of thorns on axes during storage and transportation and unimpeded gathering of a thorn with the axis during the breaking wheel.
Was constructed a prototype barriers for vehicles in which they were made two bands with the invading elements, successively alternating with two spikes and with four thorns. The length of the bands boom - 380 mm, the distance between swivels to 180 mm, the distance between the spikes on the strip - 90 mm tensile fence to the length of the diagonal of a parallelogram, equal to 150 mm, the distance between the spikes in the projection of 40 and 60 mm Spikes were attached on the secondary axes elastic binder based on silicone. When testing, during which the barrier at a speed of 50 km/h ran the car VAZ-2107, was punched 2 wheels, and the car lost * in a move that shows the high efficiency of the proposed design.
