SUBSTANCE: ceramic mixture for making tile contains the following, wt %: kaolin 76.4-81.0; bentonite 1.0-1.5; loess 1.0-1.5; potsherd 1.0-1.5; phosphorite 5.0-7.0; zinc oxide 0.2-0.3; hydrolysed lignin 0.1-0.2; glycerine 0.1-0.2; quartz sand 10.0-12.0. The mixture has frost resistance of 150 cycles. Firing is carried out at temperature of 1150-1200°C.

EFFECT: high frost-resistance of tiles made from the ceramic mixture.

The invention relates to compositions of ceramic masses, which can be used for the manufacture of wall tiles.

Known ceramic material containing, wt.%: kaolin 70,0-73,0; bentonite 3,0-5,0; Lessa 4,0-5,0; ceramic (tiled) battle 6,0-12,0; phosphorite 8,0-14,0 [1].

The objective of the invention is to increase the frost resistance of the tiles obtained from the ceramic body.

The technical result is achieved by the fact that the ceramic material for the manufacture of tiles, including kaolin, bentonite, loess, ceramic fight, phosphates, additionally contains zinc oxide, lignin, glycerin, silica sand in the following ratio, wt.%: kaolin 76,4-81,0; bentonite 1.0 to 1.5; loess 1.0 to 1.5; ceramic fight 1.0 to 1.5; phosphorite 5,0-7,0; zinc oxide of 0.2-0.3; lignin 0,1-0,2; glycerin 0.1 to 0.2; quartz sand 10,0-12,0.
