The invention relates to agriculture, more specifically to chemicals that regulate the development and protection of plants. Famous songs for plant protection on the basis of film-forming, cryoprotective substances or substances that increase the metabolism of plants, but all of them are highly specialized.
It is known that the most often for plant protection from adverse weather conditions use solutions sugars, such as glucose, sucrose and others, in which drown plants. Cryoprotective properties sugars due to lower the freezing temperature of plant tissues (while increasing the content of sugars) on 8-10 degrees C (Rubin B.A. Course of plant physiology. ): High school, 1976, s; Tumanov I.I. Physiology durability and frost resistance of plants. - M: Nauka, 1979, s).
Known to use as protection from the adverse conditions of the drug cartoon-2 analogue of cytokines. Treatment of winter wheat in the vegetative phase of the drug in the dose of 0.1 kg/ha led to increase of their frost resistance by 20%. Similarly, the drug acting on the woody plants. Processing of 0.1% solution of cartolina-2 in autumn significantly increased stability currant, apricot, white acacia to low temperatures (Trunova TI, Bocharova N.A., Baskakov Y.A, A.A. Shapovalov The impact of cartolina on frost resistance of winter wheat. Physiology of plants. 1983. No. 2. P.27-32).
Of known technical solutions closest to destination and technical nature of the claimed object's prototype is the drug Appin Extra", containing 0.025 g/l A.I 24-epibrassinolide, patented and registered NPP "NEST M", patent RF №2272044 from 13.09.04, state registration certificate of Federal service of veterinary and phytosanitary surveillance №0548 from 07.02.07 (0548-07-111-087-0-1-3-1 07.02.07 06.02.17).
This drug is a regulator of growth and development of plants with a clearly-pronounced anti-stress and adaptogenic action, the solution 0,025 g/l 24-epibrassinolide in alcohol with a blend of soluble salts of higher fatty acids (SAS). The drug is not universal and suitable for the regulated list of plant species, through the selection of different variations of the concentration of 24-epibrassinolide in the final solution.
The objective of the invention is to create a universal composition, effectively influencing the growth processes and resistance to adverse environmental factors, with beneficial effects for most crops.
The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the composition on the basis of 24-epibrassinolide to regulate the development and protection of plants containing as main biologically active substances of 24-epibrassinolide include surface-active substance heptamethylnonane and impose additional sodium thiosulfate and hydrolyzed soy protein in following ratio, % by weight:
24-epibrassinolide - 0,00005-0,00050,
heptamethylnonane - 0,01-0,05,
sodium thiosulfate - 0,01-0,03,
hydrolyzed soy protein, 1-5,
water - the rest.
The implementation of the invention
The claimed composition obtained by cooking 2 solutions.
Solution 1.
For solution preparation take 100-300 mg sodium thiosulfate, 10-50 g hydrolyzed soy protein, dissolved in 500 ml of water and then add 100-500 ul of heptamethylnonane.
Solution 2.
For solution 2 using 5 ml of 96%ethanol or isopropyl alcohol, which dissolve 0.5-5 mg 24-epibrassinolide.
Solution 2 is placed in a solution of 1, mix and cook with water to volume of 1 liter.
The use of this composition allows to increase the resistance of plants to unfavorable factors of the environment, to regulate the growth and development of plants without complicated rebounds concentrations of 24-epibrassinolide.
The implementation of the invention is confirmed by the examples of specific performance. Objects of testing resistance to low temperatures are couched in the present composition seeds thermophilic varieties: tomato Gloria, beans Sisal, pepper Atlant. For resistance to the conditions of insufficient moisture experiencing grade dank varieties: celery root Makar, radish Beauty of Altai, cabbage Belarusian. On the efficiency of germination and growth rate of seeds investigate all of the above varieties. Examine the effect of composition at different concentrations of the components as a percentage of the mass of:
24-epibrassinolide - 0,00005-0,00050,
heptamethylnonane - 0,01-0,05,
sodium thiosulfate - 0,01-0,03,
hydrolyzed soy protein, 1-5,
water - the rest.
The excess of the specified bounds of concentrations has no impact on the sustainability indicators, development and growth of plants, or the inhibition of the development, at lower concentrations, the impact presents compositions decreases.
Example 1.
The seeds of tomato Gloria, beans Sisal, pepper Atlant, celery root Makar, radish Beauty of Altai, cabbage Belarusian, cress Agur, beet Cylinder, eggplant Bataysk, cucumber Altai soaked in the present composition, control in distilled water and germinate at temperature +25 C 4 to 10 days depending on the variety. The effectiveness of germination estimate of the percentage of germinated seeds to the baby. The growth rate estimate on 5 mark scale. The results obtained are presented in table 1.
Example 2.
The seeds of tomato Gloria, beans Sisal, pepper Atlant, eggplant Bataysk, cucumber Altai soaked in the present composition, and control in distilled water and germinate at temperature +25 C before the emergence of seedlings. Viable selected and transferred to hardening in a thermostat at the temperature of +4 C for 12 hours, then transfer to a freezer at a temperature of -5 degrees C at night. After freezing the seedlings maintained at a temperature of +15 C for 7 days and counting the survival of seedlings. The research results are presented in table 2.
Example 3.
Celery seeds root Makar, radish Beauty of Altai, cabbage Belarusian, cress Agur, beet Cylinder soaked in the present composition, and control in distilled water and germinate at temperature +25 C before the emergence of seedlings. Viable selected and transferred in a Petri dish filled with filter paper, lightly moistened with water, placed in a thermostat at +30 C at 5 and 10 days. The obtained research results are presented in table 3.
Thus, the claimed composition has a complex effect: allows you to adjust the growth and development, as well as the resistance of plants to unfavorable factors of the environment, is a simple and effective tool. It is important to note that due to falling into the composition components when using the effect of multifunctionality, as evidenced by the above data, increases not only stress resistance and frost resistance, but also there is the General development of plants, including growth stimulation.
