The present invention, as its name indicates, include equipment for anchor positioning by factory manufacture of panels of reinforced cement, specifically to the equipment that facilitates and ensures the universal positioning driving funds that are mounted in prefabricated panels made of cement, which is reinforced in two directions, to facilitate their preservation during operation of the form removal, transportation and realization on the object to be attached to the building structure.
