The additional switch is triggered by the entrance door at the end of the motion mechanically or by a magnet and triggers a new count of the delay time of the electromagnet. The door quietly sits at its place. The electromagnet is then triggered. Use of this device prevents slamming of the entrance door when the delay time of an electromagnet operating on disengagement is exceeded. The invention relates to the intercom, in particular, to start a new countdown of the delay time of an electromagnet, working on a breakaway. The device can be used with any intercom, equipped with electromagnetic lock, working on a breakaway.
Known exit button of the intercom «Metacom». Exit button is permanently closed contacts and led. The button starts the countdown, which are disconnected by electromagnetic lock. If you exceed this time (for example, stroller, skid weight lifting, lowering the temperature of the air etc.) front door closed with a blow under the action of an electromagnet. Door closer the spoils.
This design requires constant care (THE) - adjustment of a door latch and the delay time of an electromagnet that is virtually done.
Objective of the invention is an exception jerk front door by disabling the electromagnetic lock at the end of doors by exceeding the time delay of the castle, reduced maintenance costs intercom.
The challenge that sent the claimed technical solution is achieved by the fact that the gap contacts exit button is enabled, additional switches, working at the gap. The switch is mounted on the door frame is driven by the front door at the end of the door mechanically or a magnet.
The essence of the invention is confirmed by the drawings.
In Figure 1. shows the exit button KV-2 intercom «Metacom». The device consists of a normally closed switch and LEDs.
The device works as follows. When you click open contacts and start countdown of the electromagnetic lock. Led produces light.
Figure 2 shows the absorber shock intercom. In a break of the main contacts KB-1 included additional contact KV-2. Contact attached to the frame of the door near the exit button. Contact KV-2 is powered by a door at the end of its stroke mechanically or by means of a magnet (reed contact).
The device works as follows. The door at the end of the turn briefly touches contact KV-2 and again, it starts delay countdown of the electromagnetic lock in case of expiry of the time delay when the door closes. Jerk the door will be excluded in any case. Under normal closing a door switch KV-2 on the operation of the circuit influence does not render.
The absorber shock intercom, having the exit button to start the electromagnetic lock, working at the gap, different with the purpose of exception of jerk front door at the end of its course at the end of the delay time of an electromagnet exit button is equipped with additional contacts, driven entrance door, contacts may work at the gap or parallel to the main one.
