Tube space between bearing carcass and operating tubing is covered by splitter arranged above the filter.

The invention relates to the technique for oil production, in particular, to the filtering devices to prevent the removal of sand from the reservoir in the production casing.

Known drop-down borehole filter composed of a perforated casing, cover with vertical grooves and filtering springing blades curved shape inside the enclosure pinned one end of the case and with the opposite edge, slide out through the slots before being pressed to the sides of the casing (Pat. no 2289680 of the Russian Federation, E21B 43/08, 2005).

The disadvantage of the drop-down borehole filter is that the blade of a metal grid overlapping with his nomination of perforation in the production casing, have low rigidity. Consequently arising on the filtration of a fluid pressure drop pushes the blade from the column and opens perforation, leading to the uncontrolled removal of rock particles from a reservoir.

Known drop-down borehole filter composed of a perforated casing, torsion springs, and multi-layered filtering element of a corrugated grid is made with the possibility of changing dimensions in the radial direction at rotating or twisting of the spring (Pat. no 2244103 of the Russian Federation, E21B 43/08, 2003).

The lack of drop-down borehole filter is the limited effort torsion spring for pressing of a corrugated grid to the wall of the casing and overlap it perforations. At the subsequent operation of the filter pressure of the fluid in the space surrounding the increased as compared with the pressure inside the filter element, which leads to the offset of the last to the center and the penetration of rock particles into the well through the opened perforation.

The closest is essentially a technical downhole drop-down filter to include supporting frame and fixed to it filtration round brush in the form of a cylindrical body with a radially oriented bundles of cloth, the diameter of which exceeds the internal diameter of the casing (PM №103842 of the Russian Federation, E21 43/08, 2010).

The disadvantage taken as a prototype downhole drop-down filter is the increased flow resistance caused by a transverse runaround liquid beams pile in the annular gap between the casing and casing brushes. Such direction of fluid flow in annular gap is due to the fact that the barrel and the bearing frame is made from a thick tube and cast rod respectively, are not provided with the radial holes. In addition, because of the low Flexural rigidity of the villi possible their transformation under the pressure of moving liquid and increases the distance between them with the deterioration of treatment quality.

Technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to optimize the path of the fluid and improvement of hydraulic and filtration characteristics of downhole drop-down filter.

This technical result is achieved by the bottomhole drop-down filter, which includes the supporting frame and fixed to it filtration round brush in the form of a cylindrical body with a radially oriented bundles of cloth, the diameter of which exceeds the internal diameter of the casing, according to the invention, bearing frame is a tube with holes, a cylindrical casing between the beams of the pile are made openings, and annular space between the bearing frame and casing blocked , located on the support frame above filter.

Between the cylindrical body and the perforated pipe has a radial clearance, providing free message performed on them holes with each other. The gap can be formed, for example, through a drainage shell from the grid.

Filter brushes are made of corrosion - and wear-resistant steel or chemically - and heat-resistant polymer depending on the temperature and composition of the produced fluid.

Due to the fact that the fluid from the reservoir moves to the rows of holes pipe in the radial direction, that is, along the beams of the pile, downhole drop-down filter is characterized by low hydraulic resistance respectively little loss of pressure of the fluid. In addition, with the longitudinal flow is practically curvature of the beam pile and changing the flow sections between the fibers than keeping the stability of filtration properties of downhole drop-down filter.
