SUBSTANCE: well filter has tube with orifices arranged in helical rows on tube side and shear plugs installed in the orifices. Filter also has at least one filtering net and protective case, which are concentric to the tube. The case comprises orifices and is composed of several sheets located in end-to-end mode along the full tube length. Longitudinal butts between the sheets and orifice rows of adjacent sheets are mutually displaced in circumferential direction. Orifices made in protective case and in tube may be shifted one relative another. Ends of the case and filtering net may be closed with limiting rings secured to the tube. Filtering net with fine cells may be installed between two layers of nets with coarse cells. Plugs may be hollow. Total area of orifices made in protective case may exceed cross-sectional area of the tube.

EFFECT: increased oil recovery, filter performance and efficiency of extractive product cleaning of contaminants.

The invention relates to the mining industry, namely oil and gas, and can be used in the development of oil wells.

Known downhole filter A.S. USSR №1788219 containing a perforated pipe and a removable ceramic elements mounted on the outside of the pipe. The drawback of this filter is the need for periodic replacement of the filter elements and low strength under bending loads.

Known downhole filter A.S. USSR №1754884 containing the filtering element in the form of arc plates, with the filtration slits. In addition to the disadvantages of the above described filter, the filter is difficult to assemble, as it contains a large number of small parts, made with high accuracy.

Known downhole filter A.S. USSR №1645470 containing laid on a perforated cage wire filter element. This filter does not work when bending loads: on the one hand the flow area of the slits during bending is reduced, and on the other increases, and the filter passes a larger fraction of impurities. This increases the wear and tear of equipment, pumping oil.

The task of the invention: enhanced oil recovery by reducing the hydraulic resistance and increases the bandwidth of the filter, improving the efficiency of purification of the extracted product from impurities.

These tasks are achieved due to the fact that the downhole filter containing pipe, performed on its lateral surface with rows of holes, which is hermetically installed cutting tube, at least one filter grid and the protective cover with the holes, mounted concentrically on the pipe, while the protective cover is made of several stacked end-to-end along the length of the tube sheets, with the longitudinal joints of sheets, as well as rows of holes on adjacent sheets are offset relative to each other in the circumferential direction. Holes in the protective casing and the tube are displaced relative to each other. The ends of the specified casing and the filter mesh with the ends closed restrictive rings fixed on the pipe. Filtering net with small cells installed between two layers of filter grid with large cells. The tube can be made hollow. The square holes of the protective casing is preferably more of the cross-section area of the pipe.

Research patent the scientific literature has shown, the proposed technical solution has novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability.
