EFFECT: reduced intensity of water surface heat exchange with atmosphere, which prevents ice formation on water reservoir surface and makes it possible for dredgers and drags manoeuvre freely.

There is a method of saving water in the pond technical purposes, including laying on the surface of the water foam coating, coating perform as a set of identical or diverse foam balls, freely placed on the surface of the water (RU 2049199 C1, IPC 02 15/00, from 23.12.1991 published: 27.11.1995).
The disadvantage of this device is the hard axis with protruding ends, the consolidation of the pontoon Draghi or dredger with one hand and to the edge of the lane with another, and the need for production of cylinders of the same length and diameter.
The closest technical the essence and the achieved result is a way of formation of the ice-hole in winter, includes laying on the water surface of insulating material in the form of hollow spheres with a hard plastic or silicone cover (EN 2414561 C1, IPC 02 15/02, 21 41/30, dated 11.11.2009, published: 20.03.2011).
The disadvantage of this method need to manufacture heat-insulating material in the form of hollow spheres with a hard plastic or silicone cover, difficulty in laying balls and their collection.
Objective of the method is to reduce the environmental damage of aquatic environmental and extension of the exploitation of the season in the winter, due to a decrease in the intensity of heat exchange surface of the water with the atmosphere that prevents on the surface of a pond and allows and to maneuver, and also decrease in economic expenditures on education and maintenance of the lane.
This is achieved through the application of heat-insulating materials in the form of environmentally friendly, polyethylene terephthalate tar, that allowed to reduce the economic costs at their application in the creation and maintenance of the lane.
To achieve the objectives proposed method contains the following the set of essential features:
Way of formation of the ice-hole in winter, includes laying on the water surface heat insulating material, as insulating material use closed polyethylene packagings, partially filled with inert material with a density greater than the density of water and weighing providing a partial immersion of the packaging. As an inert material provides a partial immersion containers use sand or rubble or gravel.
