The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine and can be used to treat dogs.

Despite the breadth and, it seems that the presence of a large number of drugs used in medical practice, selection of effective drugs for the treatment of dogs complicated.

For the treatment of liver diseases offers a variety of drugs. So, for the suppression of self-sustained inflammation and the stabilization of cell membranes are used glucocorticoids, which may in part dogs . For etiotrop treatment of viral and bacterial use different immunostimulating agents, antibiotics. The choice of the latter requires a careful weighing of the pros and cons of the possibility of liver failure. If necessary, correction of electrolyte, carbohydrate balance [1, 2]. Azathioprine, methotrexate, D-penicillamine, used as antifibrotic, and immunomodulatory agents have serious side effects, oppression , development , gastroenteritis, neurological disorders. Recommendation of - liver hydrolysate, disputable in connection with the data about the suppression of the mitotic activity liver liver tissue [3].

Little information obtained experimentally, dosage, effects on the regeneration of the liver tissue in dogs drugs Essentiale, LIV-52, flavonoids Thistle (silibinin, silymarin). In some cases, intravenous Essentiale several animals us were observed allergic reaction (swelling Kwinke, ). Oral capsules Essentiale Forte is difficult due to the inability of dosage of the drug because of the large variability of the body mass of dogs of different breeds [4].

Known hepatoprotector with choleretic and action - drug (the Owner of the registration certificate: PRO.MED.CS Praha a.s.). As an active substance in the product is ursodeoxycholic acid (250 mg), as auxiliary substances - corn starch, magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin. The drug is solid gelatine capsules, white, opaque, size number 0 and the contents of the capsules - white or almost white powder or white or almost white powder with pieces of mass or white or almost white powder, pressed column and is falling apart when pressed. also provides choleretic, , hypolipidemic, hypocholesteremic and some immunomodulatory action. In addition, ursodeoxycholic acid a double molecule that can be included in the cell membranes of hepatocytes, , epitheliocytes of the digestive tract, stabilize them and make impervious to the effects of cytotoxic micelles. Reducing concentration of toxic hepatic bile acids and stimulating , rich , ursodeoxycholic acid effectively helps to solve intrahepatic cholestasis. Reduces saturation bile selfishness at the expense of the oppression of its absorption in the gut, suppress synthesis in the liver, and reduced secretion of bile; increase the solubility of cholesterol in bile, forming its liquid crystals; reduces index bile. The result is the dissolution holesterinovykh biliary stones and the prevention of the formation of new concrements. Immunomodulatory effect by the inhibition of the expression of HLA antigens-1 on the membranes of hepatocytes and HLA-2 , the normalization of natural activity of lymphocytes and other Significantly delays the progression of fibrosis in patients with primary biliary cirrhosis, cystic fibrosis and alcoholic ; reduces the risk of developing varicose veins oesophagus. Ursodeoxycholic acid slows down the process of aging and death of cells (hepatocytes, ) [5]. However, in respect of animals, including dogs, this drug is not used.

The proposed invention the expansion of the ways of therapy dogs, and improving the efficiency of treatment dogs, by preventing the emergence of allergic reactions.

The problem above is achieved by a method of therapy dogs, including the use of hepatoprotective funds, microelement and collection of plant herbs, according to the invention, as a means of hepatoprotective drug use with a concentration ursodeauxiholeva acid 250 mg, as a microelement - selenium, as a collection of plant herbs - water-alcohol extract of chamomile flowers; and birch buds consistently oral: at a dose of 10 mg per 1 kg of weight of animal, selenium in a dose of 3 mg per 1 kg of animal weight, water-alcohol extract of chamomile flowers; and birch buds in a dose of 1 ml per 1 kg of animal weight within 30 days from the the interval of 12 hours.

Ursodeoxycholic acid - hepatoprotective tool that provides jelchegonnoe. Ursodeoxycholic acid reduces cholesterol synthesis in the liver, its absorption in the gut and concentration in bile, increase the solubility of cholesterol in the biliary system, stimulates the formation and secretion of bile. Ursodeoxycholic acid reduces bile, increases in it the content of bile acids is increased gastric and pancreatic secretion, increases activity of lipase, has a hypoglycemic effect; causes partial or complete dissolution holesterinovykh in enteralnom application, reduces saturation bile selfishness that facilitates the mobilization of cholesterol gallstones. Ursodeoxycholic acid has immunomodulatory effects, effect on the immunological reactions in the liver: it reduces the expression of certain antigens in hepatocyte membrane; affects the number of T-lymphocytes, education interleukin 2, reduces the number of eosinophils. When taking medicines containing ursodeoksiholevuyu acid, its share of the total pool biliary acids are increased to 60%. This leads to the absorption decrease toxic bile acids and their entry in the liver, which explains the cytoprotective properties ursodeauxiholeva acid [6].

Selenium has antioxidant properties which allows to use this microelement for the prevention of cancer, triggered by chemicals and radiation. Selenium stimulates the formation of antibodies and thus increases the body's defense against infectious and catarrhal diseases. Participates in the production of red blood cells, contributes to the maintenance and extension of the sexual activity.

Chamomile has a wonderful antiseptic. Drugs chamomile has antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, sedative and some analgesic effect.

In modern medicine drugs from birch leaves is used as choleretic and expectorant. Infusion of the leaves, moreover, helps at rashes caused by metabolic disorders and allergies, the infusion of birch leaves is used for blood purification, detoxification and antigen complexes.

Water-alcohol extract of chamomile flowers; and birch buds produced by extraction 35-45%th water solution of ethanol crushed vegetative raw material, taken in the following proportion 1 liter of extractant: chamomile flowers - 20 g, birch leaves - 20 grams.

The method is as follows.

Dogs of different age-sex groups diagnosed with steatosis applied consistently oral: at a dose of 10 mg per 1 kg of weight of animal, selenium in a dose of 3 mg per 1 kg of animal weight, water-alcohol extract of chamomile flowers; and birch buds in a dose of 1 ml per 1 kg of animal weight. The pharmaceutical composition used 2 times a day (every 24 hours) within 30 days.

The proposed method allows to conduct effective therapy and prevention dogs, by improving resilience to adverse liver, and the ability to restore damaged hepatic tissue, as well as by preventing allergic reactions to the introduction of hepatoprotective funds.

Available to the applicant information sources unknown to the mentioned set of existing characteristics, allows to get this technical result, therefore, the declared work corresponds to the criterion of «novelty».

The invention is illustrated by an example.

Study of the effectiveness of prevention and treatment dogs were performed during the period 2009-2011 in conditions 17 veterinary clinics Tyumen and South of the Tyumen region. To conduct this experiment conditionally was formed 2 groups of animals.

In the first group (experimental) clinically sick dogs (120 heads), according to the invention applied consistently oral: at a dose of 10 mg per 1 kg of weight of animal, selenium in a dose of 3 mg per 1 kg of animal weight, water-alcohol extract of chamomile flowers; and birch buds in a dose of 1 ml per 1 kg of animal weight within 30 days with an interval of 12 hours.

For the treatment of clinically sick dogs the second (control) group (70 heads) used a standard scheme with the introduction of drugs: oral «Essentiale» the rate of 10 mg per 1 kg of body mass rate of 30 days, intramuscularly but silos of calculation of 0.04 ml per 1 kg of animal weight 1 time a day rate of 5 days, subcutaneously gamavit 1-5 1 ml once a day rate of 7 days.

When assessing ways to be taken into account the presence or absence of clinical symptoms, results of the study of biochemical parameters of blood, ultrasound diagnostics. All experienced dogs clinical signs of fatty hepatosis were absent.

Biochemical blood indicators (table.) indicate that the intended method of treatment and prevention dogs showed more high therapeutic effect in comparison with the accepted way.

Amount of bilirubin in the control group animals was 16.9 per mmol/l before treatment and after - 11,2 umol/l, while in the experimental group these indicators were within 17,1 umol/l and 6.4 mmol/L. ACT and ALT levels in the control group animals was before treatment - 86,3 U/l and 102.4 U/l, respectively, after - 67,8 U/l and 43.6 U/L. In the experimental group these indicators were: to treatment - 94,7 U/l and 96.2 U/l after - 43,6 U/l and 35.7 U/l, i.e. within the norm. The value of alkaline phosphatase in the control group animals was before treatment - 138,9 U/l, after therapy is 51.9 U/L. In the experimental group were the following values: before treatment - 115,9 U/l after - 42,6 U/l, i.e. within the normal range and significantly lower than in the control group. In dogs experimental group side effects were observed. 10 dogs (14,2%) of the experimental group noted vomiting after 7-10 days of application, at 9 (12,8%) was observed allergic reactions like skin rash. The results of the examination, blood tests were confirmed by the data obtained by ultrasonic diagnosis.

Based on these studies, we can conclude that the proposed method of treatment and prevention dogs have 100% therapeutic effect is more effective and promising medication in comparison with the basic scheme of treatment.
