SUBSTANCE: method comprises a plant of a heat insulation panel with at least one ventilation hole. The screen is made in the form of a sheet of cellular polycarbonate with dimensions according to the shape of the window opening, where the screen itself is installed and fixed into the external window opening so that air freely arrives into the cross cells ("honeycomb") of the window. The hole is made at the inner side in the polycarbonate sheet.
EFFECT: increased ventilation flow, expanded functional capabilities.

The invention relates to the field of construction, namely, the ventilation noise devices in the enclosing structures of buildings and structures.
Known protective device of the window opening (EN 10415 U, EV 9/02), containing frame for installation on the wall and at least one rotary shutter consisting of frame and horizontal bars mounted in the oblique slots of the vertical shelves of the frame, characterized in that the strips are bent profile (area) with shanks designed for placement in the slots of the vertical shelves of the frame and bend inside them, all regiments of the frame plate, held in place rigidly interconnected, for example by welding, and the strips are mounted in the shelves bulges outward. Also known protective device of the window opening (EN 33389 U, EV 9/02), containing frame for installation on the wall and at least one rotary shutter comprising pivotally connected sections, each of which is composed of stamped sheet metal with a horizontal surface and vertical corrugations at the edges and welded to the edges of the sheet of corrugated profile, characterized in that the frame is made of profile pipe, connected at the corners by welding, and the shutters are placed inside the opening frame.
The disadvantage of the above solutions is their weak chamois the isolation, almost full light insulation space when using them. Their primary purpose is protection against penetration of foreign persons in the room through the window.
Known ventilation sound device containing a heat-insulation panel with at least one vent that is installed on the end panels double-pressure seal for glazing and locking mechanism with the valve overlap of the holes in this panel (see EP 0021164 AND 07.01.1981, CL EV 7/02). A disadvantage of the known device is that the presence of brush seals does not exclude the possibility of passing through them cold and condensation of water vapor on the inner surface of the insulation Board. In addition, tackle disadvantage is the need for the installation of this device inside the window frame, the complexity of the subsequent dismantling, small ventilation flow due to the small size of the device.
The closest solution is to vent the sound absorbing device (EN 2189426, EV 7/02, published 20.09.2002)containing heat-insulation panel with at least one ventilation hole and the locking mechanism with at least one flap for covering the holes in this panel, characterized in that it has installed on the panel box with at least one entilation hole, and the valve locking mechanism is made with a layer of insulating material and placed in the box.
Tackle disadvantage is the need to install this unit into the opening in the window frame, the complexity of the subsequent dismantling, small ventilation flow due to the small size of the device.
The objective of the invention is to provide a removable vent noise-reducing device, which can be used to insert into the window opening from the outside.
The technical result of the claimed invention is a method allowing the release ventilation noise-reducing device, the simplicity of its installation on the window frame, more powerful ventilation flow without the Express cold air, additional functionality in the form properties mosquito nets.
This technical result is achieved due to the fact that the method of installing a removable vent noise screen, characterized by the installation of thermal insulation panel with at least one ventilation hole, characterized in that the screen is performed in the shape of a polycarbonate sheet with dimensions to form the window opening where the screen is set and fixed in the outer window opening so that the transverse cell ("cell") the air flows freely, and the hole the imp is complementary with the inner side of the polycarbonate sheet. The hole in the polycarbonate sheet is performed in the middle of the sheet in the form of a vertical slit. Use transparent polycarbonate sheet. The invention can be implemented as follows.
Ventilation noise screen (4) is formed from a sheet of polycarbonate, which is performed by the shape of the window opening (2). Then the screen is fixed (see Figure 1, figure 2, figure 3), for example, using clamps (3)that hold the screen by the edges in an external window opening (2) so that the transverse cell ("cell") (8) (see Figure 4) free air circulation. It is enough to fix the screen (4), leaning his plane to the surface of the window frame (1) from the inner side. Cells (8) screen (4) must remain open.
On the inner side of the screen (4) in the polycarbonate perform at least one hole (5)that predpochtitel is about to perform in the middle of the sheet in the form of a vertical slit, going through the maximum number of cells (8).
The principle of operation of the screen is as follows.
When through the bottom cell (8) of the polycarbonate sheet (4) under the action of a natural draught is supplied to the room air (9), it passes through the cell and forth in the slot (5) on the inner side of the sheet. Warm air (10) from the premises goes through the slit (5) and the upper cell (8) of the sheet.
Insulation is ensured by the properties of the polycarbonate sheet having a honeycomb structure of the partitions between two parallel flat plates, which ensures multiple refraction, reflection of sound waves and as a result, the reduction of sound pressure.
Properties mosquito mesh screen gets through the features of honeycomb (8) polycarbonate, inside of which the insects can't fly because of their small size, if necessary, additional protection from insects, use a mosquito net in the form of additional inserts at the inlet airflow from the street.
So the screen does not impair the properties of the window as a source of transmission of light in the room, it is preferable to use a transparent polycarbonate sheet.
Cells (8) polycarbonate also function as a heat exchanger, that is, the cold air of the street, passing through the channels, receives heat from the room, causing it to heat. In the space of the already supplied at a temperature higher than outside, which as such eliminates the so-called draught of cold air.
And when the floor on both sides of the polycarbonate sheet transparent insulating varnish (sticky, half-dried basis) absorption of noise increases accordingly.
