The invention relates to the field of veterinary medicine, in particular to the veterinary surgery, can be used in the treatment of purulent wounds in animals.

Known drug - ointment the vegetable "levomekol [Sozinov, VA Modern medicines for the treatment of dogs and cats / Vassilkov, Caarolina): "AQUARIUM PRINT", 2004. - S-198. ISSN5-85684-624-0], used for the treatment of wounds in animals. This ointment consists of chloramphenicol, methyluracil. As ointment bases used polyethylated-1500 and polyethylated-400. The ointment is applied daily until complete clearance of chronic wounds necrotic masses.

However, the ointment the vegetable "levomekol has several disadvantages, which include the following:

- high resistance of microorganisms to antibiotics - chloramphenicol included in the ointment the vegetable "levomekol, which reduces the antimicrobial efficacy of the drug;

- the use of ointments the vegetable "levomekol only in the first phase of wound process that causes the need for further treatment of complementary medicines.

The purpose of the invention is the shortening of the healing of purulent wounds in animals.

This goal is achieved by the fact that the active substance is the product of dry sublimation birch mushroom, chaga, mixed with polyethylene oxide-400 and polyethylene oxide-1500 in the ratio of 1.25:4:1 respectively the public at a temperature of 39...41°C.

The drug is prepared as follows. Birch chaga mushroom is dried for 72 hours at a temperature of 23-25°C. During this time of the mushroom fungus evaporate excess moisture. After drying, the chaga mushroom is crushed so that the maximum size of the crushed particles was not more than 1 cm of Crushed particles of the fungus the fungus was placed in a round bottom flask vyurts on 4/5 of its volume. The flask is connected with a ball refrigerator, which is mounted on a tripod, and placed in a thermostat. The temperature in thermostat must be in the range of 450-500°C. Ball refrigerator is connected to the faucet. After 10-15 minutes, when the steam-gas mixture, include cold water, which cools the mixture into the distillate. Within two hours throughout the process periodically, then stop, then resume the flow of water, thereby regulating the output products dry sublimation.

For preparation of the drug is necessary to mix the product dry sublimation of birch fungus fungus components ointment bases, pre-heating on a water bath until 39-41°C. This temperature helps to more thoroughly mix the components of the drug, increasing its effectiveness.

By mixing all of the components of a homogeneous mixture, buttery consistency, chocolate color, with a pungent smell kop is Yong fish. Ready the product is bottled in sterile dark containers and sealed. The preparation should be stored in a dark dry place at a temperature of 0-30°C.

The treatment of purulent wounds this drug is carried out as follows.

Pre-cleanse wounds from festering masses of sterile cotton-gauze swab soaked in sterile saline. Then on the wound surface put the drug in contact with the wound of an animal begins to "melt", thereby releasing activetestsuite components of the drug. The drug is applied on the wound of the animal daily every 24 hours until complete healing.

As the active substance ointments use the product dry sublimation of birch fungus fungus. This hood has a high antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and regenerating properties, and does not cause resistance in microorganisms. As ointment bases used polyethyleneoxide-1500 and polyethylene oxide-400. All components are mixed in the following proportions: 1,25:4:1 (product to dry sublimation birch mushroom, chaga: polyethylene oxide-400: polyethyleneoxide-1500). The 20% concentration of 1.25 parts) of the active substance attributable to the study, which proved the effectiveness of selected concentrations (table 1).

Table 1
No. sample Test form Result
1 Drug for the treatment of purulent wounds in animals, containing 5% activitiesthese substance lawn (solid) growth
2 Drug for the treatment of purulent wounds in animals, containing 10% activitiesthese substance inhibition of growth of microorganisms
3 Drug for the treatment of purulent wounds in animals, containing 20% activitiesthese substance the lack of growth of microflora
4 Ointment base, not containing activitiesthese substance lawn (solid) growth
5 The growth control lawn (solid) growth
6 Control sterile nutrient medium the lack of growth of microflora

Use as ointment bases only polyethyleneoxide-1500 will cause shortness caused the I of the drug on the wound surface due to its neoplasticity. Therefore, to make the drug plasticity injected polyethylene oxide-400 at a concentration of 64% (4 parts), and polyethyleneoxide-1500 accounts for only 16% (1 part). In the proportions of all components of the drug potentiate the actions of each other.

The application of the proposed drug for the treatment of purulent wounds in animals will increase the effectiveness of treatment of purulent skin and muscle wounds, reducing material costs and reducing the healing time of wounds the animal.

Drug for the treatment of purulent wounds in animals, comprising the active substance and ointment base of polyethylenoxide-1500 and polyethylated-400, characterized in that the active substance is the product of dry sublimation birch mushroom, chaga, mixed with polyethylene oxide-400 and polyethylene oxide-1500 in the ratio of 1.25:4:1, respectively, at a temperature of 39...41°C.
