Three modifications of small arms are offered. The invention relates to weapons technology and can be used in various designs of automatic small arms.

Known automatic small arms, containing casing with fixed therein barrel, free shutter mounted on the guide housing with the possibility of axial movement, the return mechanism mounted in the lower part of the housing, the trigger mechanism of the pistol grip, in the inner cavity of which is placed a box store, held spring-loaded latch, and retractable stock. It functions recoil pad performs the back wall of the receiver (the description of the patent US 3651736, F41D 11/02, publ. 28.03.72).

The disadvantage of this construction of automatic weapons is a large range of parts and, as a consequence, low adaptability.

Known automatic small arms, containing casing with fixed therein barrel, free shutter mounted on the guides, with the possibility of axial movement, the return mechanism, a housing, comprising handguard, pistol grip and recoil pad, made as an integral part of the molded plastic, hammer firing mechanism mounted in the housing, and a box store, located in the neck. In it, the shutter is made in the form of l-shaped parts, a long the side of which is placed over the barrel, short before the breech part of the barrel (the description of the patent RU 2202089, IPC 7 F41C 7/00, F41A 3/54, publ. 10.04.2003 - prototype).

The main disadvantage of this construction of automatic small arms is insufficient durability of the plastic body at the place of contact with the trigger, not providing the required level of operational resource weapons when using 9×19-mm ammunition increased power.

The objective of the invention is to increase the service life and reliability of automatic small arms.

The technical result is achieved in that in the automatic small arms, containing casing with fixed therein barrel, free shutter mounted on the guides for axial reciprocating movement, the return mechanism, a housing, comprising handguard, pistol grip and recoil pad, made as an integral part of the molded plastic, and a hammer firing mechanism mounted in the body:

in the case at the site of contact with the trigger when firing has focus, is made of elastic material;

- - area of emphasis, parts which come into contact with the trigger, is not less than 50% of the area of the trigger and the contact area of emphasis with the trigger maximum offset from the axis of rotation of the trigger;

- emphasis can be made hollow, with the bringing from 2 to 12% of the volume of the stop;

- excavation can be performed outside of the contact spot of focus with the trigger.

The foregoing is illustrated by drawings, where:

- figure 1 shows a left side view of automatic firearms with a partial longitudinal cross-section on the trigger mechanism and recoil;

- figure 2 shows a cross section of the stop and the trigger;

- figure 3 shows a longitudinal section on trigger, stop and recoil pad.

Automatic small arms includes a casing 1 with fixed therein the barrel 2. On the guides of the casing 3 is free shutter 4 for axial reciprocating movement. Inside the shroud posted by the return mechanism 5, interacting with the shutter 4. In case 6, made of high-strength molded plastic in the form of a single part that includes handguard, pistol grip and recoil pad, set the trigger mechanism. In place of the contact body 6 trigger 7 trigger mechanism has an emphasis 8 is made of elastic material.

When firing the trigger 7 to the rear hits the stop 8, a considerable part of the energy of the hammer is extinguished due to the deformation of the stop 8 and additionally due to the elastic properties of the material stops. Ultimately transmitted by the trigger 7 residual energy is significantly below the value of the voltage that can destroy the body material 6, which then provides design high operational stability. Assembly 8 can be performed in the recess 9, which provides an additional reduction of the impact energy due to the greater deformation stops. Structurally, the notch in the fence can be made in different ways: it can have both longitudinal and transverse direction relative to the direction of movement of the trigger 7. In the cross section of the recess may be circular, square, rectangular, oval, trapezoidal or any other shape, including combining various of the above forms. The notch in the stop 8 may be made in the form of a through hole and a blind groove. The optimal size of the hole, providing the necessary positive effects, ranging from 2 to 12% of the total stops. Excavation can be performed outside of the contact spot of focus with the trigger.

Stop 8 can be mounted in the housing 6 as freely, and with tension. Securing the stop in the housing can be performed by any available means: adhesive bonding, mechanical using screws, self-tapping screws and other means, the use of focus as a valve during injection molding of the housing 6 and Vice versa, the design of the connection due to partial melting or tightness of the technological tide on the fence 8, etc.

The fence can be made from any elastic (rubber-like) material, it is preferable to use thermoplastic on urethan or polyester thermoplastic elastomer, recyclable high-performance molding under pressure.

The area of emphasis, parts which come into contact with the trigger 7 is not less than 50% of the area of the trigger. If the area of emphasis 8 parts which come into contact with the trigger, less than 50% of the area of the trigger, the positive effect is not achieved, because the amount of energy dissipation of the trigger is insufficient. The maximum area of focus is limited to only the design of the housing 6 automatic small arms. Contact patch lock with hammer maximum offset from the axis of rotation of the trigger.

The technical solution according to the invention is implemented in a sample of 9-mm submachine gun, which ensured the integrity of the plastic housing and reliable operation of this construction with the resource, up to 3 times higher than the specified level.
