FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of non-alcoholic industry. The method envisages milling fresh lemons and garlic bulbs in cold water, maintaining the mixture at a temperature of 2-5°C and periodical stirring for 5-7 days. Then the mixture is squeezed, filtered, bottled and closed. The alcohol-free infusion contains (per 10 decalitres of the ready beverage): garlic - 3.3 - 5 kg, lemon - 33-35 kg and the rest is water.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of a beverage with enhanced preventive medical properties; additionally the invention allows to preserve useful properties of garlic or lemon without detriment to their light enzymes content.

Invention relates to a juicy beverage with enhanced thickness. The beverages contains juice and homogenised pulp and/or homogenised solid substances produced in the finisher. In the process of production the beverage has viscosity equal to nearly 50 - 125 centipoise. The pulp and solid substances do not lead to significant modification of homogeneity or taste profile of the juice. The homogenised pulp and the homogenised solid substances produced in the finisher have an average particle size less than 1000 micron and 1500 micron, respectively.
