Description

The technical field

The present invention relates to a belt indicating unauthorized opening for fastening around the object or part of the subject, which, once fixed, cannot be removed without obvious evidence that the belt was broke. In particular, but not exclusively, the present invention relates to belts used to secure items of Luggage.

Prior art

Transporting items, such as items of personal baggage, is an area of great interest. When the baggage is transported, inevitably there are times when the Luggage can be opened. This can occur either when users leave Luggage unattended, even for a short time, or it can even occur after the owner gave my Luggage Hauler.

The opening of such baggage is becoming more common, and can even be disastrous. The opening may include simply opening and searched the contents of the bags, theft of contents from the bag or even the location of items in the bag.

With the increasing prevalence of autopsies, and the corresponding increase of caution, there is a need in a simple way by which you can protect items baharata, so you can immediately determine that the Luggage was opened.

The prior art will not be described because of its being well-known.

Brief description of the invention

In accordance with the first object of the present invention created a band indicating unauthorized opening for coverage of a subject, comprising an elongated strip and having a loop, and the execution of the loop is such that attempts to open or remove the loop will be clearly reflected on the band, and the band has a plot, distal from the loop and is executed with a possibility of introducing into the loop, and connecting means for selectively attaching the distal segment to another portion of the strip to cover the subject, while attempting to violate, attach displayed on the belt.

Preferably, the loop formed by the belt buckle, which is attached to the band. The mounting must be carried out so that any attempt to remove the buckle was indicated on the belt. Preferably, the buckle fitted on the proximal area of the strip, and can be attached to the band by entering the proximal end of the strip through the loop of the buckle and fastening the proximal section of the strip back on itself. In an alternative form of the invention the loop can be formed by the strip by means of the limb proximal section of the strip and fasten E. what about the back on itself, while leaving a loop of the strip is not attached to itself.

The nature of education or fastening loop is such that any attempt to open the loop or remove the loop is indicated on the belt. One way of achieving this is the provision that the adhesive required for the formation or consolidation of the loop on the band, stronger than the material of the strip. Therefore, when attempting to separate the glued parts of the strip, the strip material will be torn, thus identifying the attempted intrusion. Additionally, the strip may be shaped to increase the probability of rupture when attempting separation. This can be achieved by forming slits or lines of weakening in the band, such as herringbone grooves. In an alternative form of the invention, the strip can be made with the tongue, which has a smaller width than the remainder of the strip, and thus contributes to a longitudinal tear strip or tear along a given line of weakening. Additionally, there may be means to prevent re-adhesion of the divided areas of the strip or obstruction of him.

In the most preferred form of the invention equipped icons or marks that indicate the opening. For example, when the separation of the glued areas of the strip, it may seem the word, e.g. the "UNAUTHORIZED INTRUSION".

In the separate form of the invention the fastening portion of the indicating unauthorized opening or formation of a loop can contain a first section and a second section, configured to attach to the first section, the second section has at least one site of attachment and detachable portion which can be detached from at least one site of attachment without re-attachment.

Every part of the attachment (at least one) can be attached to the detachable section through destructible line, while the force required to remove at least one portion of the attaching from the first section is greater than the force required to fracture destructible line. Every part of the attachment (at least one) can be attached to the first sector using firmware nylon thread. Preferably, each section of attachment (at least one) can be attached to the first section by means of adhesive. Detachable section may also include a pull tab, which allows you to easily capture the detachable section.

In one variant embodiment of the first section of the loop and detachable plot form a common surface, which opens in the formation of an open loop, and on the overall surface can be Nan is Jena inscription index, indicating unauthorized opening.

In the most preferred form of the belt indicating unauthorized opening loop provides ready or attached to the belt. Belt identification of unauthorized opening can then be placed on the subject by: coverage of the subject stripe; enter the distal section of the strip through the loop as long as the belt will not tighten around the object; and attaching the distal section of the strip to the adjacent portion of the strip depending on the configuration of the strip around the object. The attachment is made so that any attempt to destroy the attachment will be clearly indicated on the belt. Means for indicating unauthorized opening at the distal section may have any of the features described above for indicating the opening of the loop.

Band indicating unauthorized opening properly delivered to the end user without fixing the distal section of the strip, and securing the distal section of the strip is the end user in accordance with the size of the subject. To perform fixing at least the strip section may contain an adhesive layer and removable layer of the substrate. The removable substrate layer may be removed in areas where after removing it offers relevant to the respective area of the layer of adhesive.

At least the strip section may include one or more holes. Each of the one or more holes may be shaped to accommodate the second band indicating unauthorized opening, passing in the transverse direction. The holes preferably have the form of slots or grooves, passing the strip longitudinally.

Additionally, the strip may have a detachable section tag, which can be detached from the rest of the band and is maintained by the owner of the product. Detachable section tags can be performed as the tail section adjacent to the distal section of the strip.

In accordance with the second object of the present invention created a band indicating unauthorized opening for coverage of the subject, the belt includes an elongated strip having a section forming a loop, and an area distal from the site, forming a loop, the plot, form a loop can be bent in a loop so that after its formation attempts to open the loop will be clearly visible on the strip, with the distal end of the strip may be inserted through the loop and may have connection means for selective attachment of the distal segment to another portion of the strip to cover the subject, however, attempts of destruction the attachment will be displayed on the belt.

In soo is according to the third object of the present invention provides a kit for belt display unauthorized opening for the environment of the subject, contains:

an elongated strip having a distal end;

a loop that can be attached to the belt at a distance from the distal section so that the attempted removal of the loop will be clearly indicated on the belt, while the distal end of the strip may be inserted through the loop; and

connecting means for selectively attaching the distal segment to another portion of the strip to cover the subject, whereby the attempted destruction of the attachment will be clearly indicated on the belt.

In accordance with the fourth object of the invention is created Luggage strap to secure baggage containing elongated strip and connecting means for securing the band around the baggage, and the strip has longitudinal slits or holes to accommodate the Luggage belt, which runs in the transverse direction.

The terms "proximal" and "distal", applied to the strip, are arbitrary terms used to name different parts of the strip, and describe only their mutual opposite location relative to each other.

Used herein, the term "contain" and variations of that term, such as "contains", "contains" and "contained", does not exclude other add-ons, components, integers or steps.

Detailed description of embodiments of the

As can be seen in figure 1, in accordance with the present image is the shadow created belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening for mounting around the object or part of an object.

The belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening contains a strip of protective material brand TyvekŪ, manufacturer Dupont. TyvekŪ consists of very fine polyethylene fibers, high density, which are formed by squeezing the molding. The fibers are randomly distributed and are not directional, and are glued to each other under the action of heat and pressure without the use of binders, sizing machines or fillers. The strip of TyvekŪ includes section 102 of the display opening on the first (proximal) end of the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening, section 104 for attachment to the object on the second (distal) end of the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening, and section 106 of the body, passing between section 102 of the display opening and a section 104 to attach to the object.

Section 106 of the case is made with a number of holes 108, 110 and 112, each of which has such a form that it was possible to place the second belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening, as will be described with reference to Figure 4.

As best shown in Figure 3, the area 102 of the display opening includes a first section 302, the middle of a section 106 housing, the second section 304, remote from section 106 of the housing, and section 306 of the loop passing between the first section 302 and the second part is com 304.

The second section 304 contains the first section 308 of attachment, the second section 310 attachment and detachable section 312. From the detachable section 312 passes the latch 314, and the tongue 314 has such a form that it can be easy to capture, for example, by the thumb and forefinger. Detachable section 312 is attached to the first section 308 attaching the first destructible line 316, and the second section 310 attachment connected detachable section 312 of the second destructible line 318.

Before using the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening of the first section 308 of attachment and a second section 310 attachment attached to the first section 302. The attachment may be effected by any conventional means, provided that the force required to separate the first section 308 of attachment and the second section 310 of the attachment from the first section 302 is greater than the force required to fracture the first destructible line 316 and the second destructible line 318. One of these forms of attachment may be nylon firmware through the first section 308 of attachment and the first section 302, and through the second section 310 of attachment and the first section 302. Alternatively, for compounds of the first section 308 of attachment and the second section 310 attached to the first section 302 may be used in the adhesive.

When first we shall Astok 308 attachment and the second section 310 attachment attached to the first section 302, the plot hinges 306 forms a closed loop 114 in section 102 of the display opening of the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening, as can be clearly seen in figure 1.

After the formation of this closed loop 114 closed loop 114 can be opened only by cutting section 306 of the loop, or using the pull-tab 314. Because the connection between the first and second sections 308, 310 and attach the first section 302 is stronger than the first frangible line 316 and the second frangible line 318, pulling the tongue 314 will cause the gap as the first destructible line 316, and the second destructible line 318, thus disconnecting the detachable section 312 of the first and second sections 308 and 310 attachment. When the detachable section 312 is detached from the first section 308 of attachment and the second section 310 attachment, section 306 of the loop forms an open loop 204, clearly shown in figure 2.

As is clear from Figure 2, the total surface 202 is formed in one surface of each of the first section 302 and section 306 of the loop and detachable section 312. When forming an open loop 204, all common surface 202 becomes clearly visible. On the overall surface of the printed mark 204 indicating the opening along the total surface 202, which, in this case, clearly shows the word "unauthorized opened".

Of course it is obvious that although the SC 204, indicating autopsy, printed on a total surface 202 may consist of any words, colors, images or patterns.

Section 104 for attachment to the object which is located across from section 102 of the display opening end of the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening, is used to secure the belt 100 around the subject. Section 104 for attachment to the subject contains the first part 116, far from the area 102 of the display opening, and a second portion 118 near the area of the display opening. As shown in Fig.6, at least one of first part 116 and the second part 118 includes an adhesive layer 604 on top of the belt 602, and the removable substrate layer 606 covering the adhesive layer 604. The removable substrate layer contains several sections 608, 610 and 612 layer of the substrate, each of which can be removed independently for the opening part of the adhesive layer 604.

As can be understood from the above description, the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening according to the present invention can be simply and economically manufactured from a single continuous belt.

The belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening can be supplied to the user in the form shown in figure 1, when the loop is formed. Alternatively, the belt 100 can be supplied when the loop has not yet formed, so that the user forms a loop before the mouth of ovcoy belt.

For fastening of the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening around the subject of the first part 116 section 104 for attachment to the object goes around the object that you want to protect, and is entered through a closed loop 114 of section 102 of the display opening. Many removable sections 608, 610 and 612 section 104 for attachment to the object removes the desire to open at least part of the adhesive layer 604. The first part 116 is then attached anywhere on the strip from the second part 118, including section 106 of the body, depending on the girth of the subject. Figure 4 shows the belt 402 indicating unauthorized opening, fastened around the empty space. Adhesive connection to be formed between section 104 for attachment to the subject and part of the strip to which it is attached, such that it is stronger than the material of the strip. Thus, the destruction of the connection is obvious, because any attempt to separate the first portion 116 of the second portion 118 will lead to rupture of the strip material. Optionally, the strip material may have slits that provide gap in the case of attempts of separation.

After fixing belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening around the object, as described above, it is impossible to remove the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening, leaving no traces of snati is. The easiest way to remove the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening of the subject is pulling the tab 314. As described above, this causes the gap first destructible line 316 and the second destructible line 318, thus freeing the detachable section 312 and creating an open loop 204. After the creation of an open loop 204 section 104 for attachment to the object is released that allows you to remove the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening of the subject. However, after the breaking of the first frangible line 316 and the second frangible line 318 cannot be re-connected, which leaves some obvious signs of intrusion on the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening.

Signs of dissection include broken destructible lines 316 and 318, or if the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening has been completely removed from the subject, the fact that the belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening does not exist.

The most obvious sign of autopsy in case of fault destructible lines 316 and 318 is at 204 indicating the opening, on a total surface 202, which is clearly visible when forming an open loop 204.

The belt 100 to protect against tampering, of course, can be removed by cutting or breaking at any point, in this case, the belt is not shown is to be connected back without obvious evidence of tampering.

The belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening will also indicate the showdown, if there was an attempt to separate section for fastening to the object where it is bonded with the band. Such indication may include rupture or deformation of the strip material.

After the passenger's arrival at the destination, if the belt is not damaged, it can open your Luggage, simply pulling out the tab 314. This is particularly preferable, since travelers are currently not allowed to carry sharp tools.

Figure 4 and 5 shows how the three belt 100, 402 and 404 indicate unauthorized opening can be applied for protection of the object 502. Figure 4 object 502 is shown to clearly see how the fixing belt 100 indicating unauthorized opening, and figure 5 the subject of Luggage is a suitcase.

The first band 100 indicating unauthorized opening passes around the object 502 and secured in accordance with the described method. For more security, two or more belt 402 and 404 indicate unauthorized opening are passed through openings 108 and 112 in the housing 106 of the first belt 402 to protect against opening, and secured around the object 502, the same way as described above.

Fig.7-14 depict an alternative form of the invention, similar in many respects PE is the first variant embodiment. Thus, similar reference position designate similar parts with the addition of character (') for parts of the second variant embodiment, which can be modified to comply with the second embodiment.

The band 100' indicating unauthorized opening in the second variant embodiment includes an elongated strip, as in the first variant embodiment. The main difference is that, in spite of the fact that the area 102' for indicating the opening also forms a loop 114', this loop is not designed to accommodate the distal end 104' of the strip. Instead, the loop 114' is placed buckle 115, as shown in Fig. Buckle 115 forms a loop 117, through which passes the distal end 104 of the strip. It is assumed that the belt 100' indicating unauthorized opening will be delivered to end users with already attached buckle 115. Alternatively, the belt can be represented in the form of a set of parts with a separate band and buckle. The end user when using the belt 100' enters the distal section 104' through the loop 117 buckle 115 and secures the belt 100' around the object, as described for the first variant embodiment. Buckle 115 also includes in-depth area for advertising, logo or other identifier, such as a serial number. Each band 100' can be MQ is n ID in the form of a unique serial number.

Fig.9 depicts a detail view of the distal section 104'. The distal section 104' is adhesive to the substrate of the removable paper (not shown), which the end-user removes for fastening the belt 100' to the selected part of the section 106 of the housing depending on the girth of the product. Section 106' of the chassis also has a herringbone slots 906, as shown, which provide a gap when trying to separate the distal section 104' from the part of the section 106' of the casing to which it is attached. Additionally, the band may have microprinting, which is distorted when the distal section 104' is separated from the part of the strip to which it is attached. This seal may be a common seal. The band 100' also reinforced nylon stitching 908 around the perimeter of the strip. As shown in Figure 10, nylon firmware 908 may also take place along the broken lines 316' and 318' separation.

Another feature of this belt 100' indicating unauthorized opening is that instead of the notches 108, 110, 112 belt 100' is equipped with slots 108'. Through these slots can receive additional bands, as shown in Figure 4.

On Fig depicts an additional feature of the band 100'. On Fig shows the configuration of the plot 900 of tags that can be included in the band 100'. The plot of 900 tag includes a detachable spine 902, which is saved is by user. This root 902 may be applied a unique serial number corresponding to the unique serial number printed in the recess 119 or in a different location on the belt 100'. This allows you to map the spine, left and right piece. The plot of 900 tag can be a separate part, as shown in Fig, which is glued to the distal end section 104'. Root 902 may be disconnected by its destructible line 904. Alternatively, the root 902 may be performed as a part of the band.
