Therefore, availability of support surfaces in receiver arranged at opposite sides of rivet axis results in the fact that barrel with breech block pressed on it and back stand when nut is tightened, occupy strictly specified position relative to receiver without application of any accessories.

EFFECT: improved manufacturability and reduced labour intensiveness for combination of receiver, barrel, breech block and back stand, while it is still possible to use back stand as support for underbarrel grenade launcher.

The invention relates to the field of weapons technology and can be used in systems of small arms, uniting the machine and under-barrel grenade launcher.

Widely known native Russian Kalashnikov [1], in which box, the barrel and the breech ring are fastened together by means of five rivets, and seats for mounting under-barrel grenade launcher placed on the trunk.

Known as the American M16 rifle [2], in which the barrel in the breech has a shoulder and the threads on the end. The Association of the breech ring with the barrel and the frame is made using threaded connections. Space for fixing under-barrel grenade launcher is also posted on the rifle barrel.

The lack of domestic machine should include the fact that the trunk is merged with the breech ring after the breech ring was merged with box with four rivets and produced by machining to eliminate lead from the fragment of rivets. This process is-low-tech and labor-intensive.

To the disadvantage of American rifles should include the fact that the threaded connection between the barrel and the breech ring is not possible to make between them and pressing (holding) landing that leads, with equal diameters of the shafts and rough extraction (ekstragirovanie) empty case from PA who's held because of the lower stiffness of the barrel and breech ring.

To the General lack of domestic machine and American rifles should include the fact that the recoil from the shot from a grenade launcher is transmitted to the barrel of a gun (rifle), and since the axis of the launcher barrel is displaced relative to the axis of the barrel of a gun (rifle), the resulting moment when shot from a grenade launcher leads to bending of the barrel of a gun (rifle) and, consequently, deterioration in the accuracy of fire from his frequent shooting of the grenade launcher.

The closest technical solution to the merge node of the receiver, including the barrel, the breech ring, box and rear rack, implemented in the machine with under-barrel grenade launcher on the patent of Russian Federation №2237845 [3], which is selected as a prototype. In this invention the barrel of the machine, with the rear portion of the flange and the thread, is installed in the hole of the rear rack, made in the form of a pressed part of the plate and attached by means of welding to the front of the receiver and from the receiver to the barrel thread fixed the breech ring of the gun.

The disadvantage of this technical solution are threaded on the barrel breech, not allowing press (fastening) the fit between the barrel and the breech ring, and application of welding to connect the back of the rack box. The first drawback leads to satr anenome ekstragirovanie sleeve from the bore and, as a consequence, lowering the reliability of the automation, and the second is to increase the complexity of operations to join this site, and the use of equipment for welding.

The invention solves the problem of introducing a press fit between the barrel and the breech ring, improving manufacturability and reducing the complexity of the process of unification of the box, a barrel, a breech ring and the back of the rack while maintaining the possibility to use the latter as a support for the under-barrel grenade launcher.

The technical result is achieved in that in the receiver of small arms, containing the barrel, the breech ring, box and rear rack:

the breech ring pressed on the trunk;

- the barrel with the breech ring and the box are connected with a single rivet;

- the hole for the rivet is located in the middle of the height of the receiver;

- rear rack mounted on the front end of the breech ring having a thread;

using nuts rear rack attached to the front end of the box.

Thus the presence of the abutment surfaces on the end face of the receiver located on opposite sides of the axis of the rivet, leads to the fact that the barrel pressed to a breech ring and rear rack when the nut occupy a fixed position relative to the carton without the use of any tools.

The invention is illustrated by the drawing, the cat the rum shows a longitudinal section of the receiver in the area of the breech ring and thin lines schematically shows an under-barrel grenade launcher.

The receiver box consists of a barrel 1, the breech ring 2 is pressed on the barrel, box 3, the back of the rack 4, the nut 5 and the rivet 6. Through the barrel 1, the breech ring 2 and box 3 passes the hole for the rivet 6, and it is situated approximately in the middle (L1≈L2) the height of the receiver. Rear rack 4 mounted on the front end of the breech ring 2 and fastened by a nut 5 to the front end 7 of the box.

The possibility of pumping shaft 1 is pressed by the breech ring 2 around the axis of the rivet 6 and the force generated by a nut 5 when the screw on the breech ring 2, lead to the desired orientation of the parts included in this Assembly.

This solution was tested on a prototype machine with under-barrel grenade launcher with positive results.
