The technical field

The present invention relates to the slot of the drum in the car and to the door module and hybrid doors.

The level of technology

From DE 3239370 C2-known car door with the outer metal shell having a carrier frame with a cutout for window glass. Bracket attached units containing the valve doors, namely, window glass, the mechanism for lifting and lowering the glass and door lock is manufactured separately from the outer metal casing, undergoes final Assembly and is attached to the outer metal cladding. The inner door trim closes the car door from the inside and is connected with the bracket attached units or with outer metal door trim.

Drum for a cable window lifter consists of two parts arranged coaxially relative to each other and fixed to each other through the tabs on the socket and the edge of the nest, so that the two parts can rotate relative to each other. For this purpose, the socket is provided round the toothed rack. The tabs are engaged with the rack and prevent the movement of one part of the socket relative to another part in one direction while permitting movement in the other direction.

From DE 8415624 U1 known then the car door with the window in which instead of the lever actuator can be implemented also troscopy drive, or drive with a Bowden cable, or the drive with the screw rope, the force is transferred from the actuator to the mounting plate.

Further, from DE 69517943 T2 famous window of the car window with the drive device, which is to move the side Windows of the vehicle acts on a closed kinematic chain, and the criminal code of the connected device actuator is operated manually and electrically.

Other devices of the lifter motor is known from DE 19706872 A1, DE 4139043 A1 and DE 4420692 C2.

A common disadvantage of the known door modules is that during production cars have to produce two versions of the door module, namely one option for vehicles that have electric Windows, and another option for vehicles equipped with manual Windows. This, in particular, due to the fact that the drums are of different sizes for electric and manual drive window.

Disclosure of inventions

In accordance with this, in the basis of the invention is to create an advanced slot of the drum, and is equally suitable for electric and manual drive window.

Underlying the invention the task is solved by the characteristics of paragraph 1 of the claims. Preferred implementations of the invention are described in dependent claims.

According to the invention the slot of the drum is made so that it is equally suitable for installation of the cable drum for both manual and electric window lifter drive. For this reception area of the slots of the drum is made so that it consists of a first zone with a large diameter and a second zone with a second diameter, both part of the admissions which ones are concentrically along the axis of rotation of the drum.

In one preferred embodiment of the invention the load-carrying part of the door module, which is installed fittings, doors and door units, has a reception area, which you can optionally install the drum for rope electric or manual drive of the window lifter. For that reception area is made so that it consists of a first zone with a large diameter and a second zone with a second diameter, both part of the receiving zone located concentrically along the axis of rotation of the drum.

The first zone has a relatively large diameter, such that you want to install the drum for rope electric lifter motor. Drum rope for manual drive, by contrast, is both part of the reception area.

In one preferred embodiment of the invention the first area with a large diameter is located in front of the second area with a smaller diameter, when viewed from inside the car. This is particularly advantageous if the supporting part is to separate the door on wet and dry compartments. In this case, the first area facing the inside of the vehicle, i.e. to the dry compartment and the second zone to the wet compartment.

In one preferred embodiment of the invention the reception area for drum has a slot forming a structural unit with the bearing part. This is especially advantageous if you have the first part is a molded plastic product. In this case, the supporting part with on her nest for drum can be manufactured in one manufacturing operation. This eliminates the operation of installing a separate slot of the drum. Another advantage is that it does not require a separate seal relative to the dry compartment, as the slot of the drum forms a structurally integral with the carrier part. This allows to reliably prevent the penetration of moisture from the wet compartment to the dry compartment in the area of the slot of the drum.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention the carrier part has fastening elements for engine electrical lifter motor and chassis brakes manual lifter motor. Due to this, the same door module can be used for vehicles equipped with an electric actuator lifter, and for vehicles equipped with a manual lifter motor, even in the case when the engine is electric lifter motor and brake housing manual lifter motor mounted in different places of the bearing portion of the door module.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention the reception area has the arrester for drum manual lifter motor. Preferably atacontrol made in the form of a sliding bearing. It can also serve to center the crankshaft axis manual or electric window lifter.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention, the first area to install electric drum lifter motor has a diameter of from 35 to 65 mm, preferably from 40 to 60 mm, while the diameter of the second zone is much smaller and ranges from 20 to 40 mm, preferably from 25 to 35 mm

In another preferred embodiment of the invention the total construction height reception area more than twice the height of the zone for installation of the drum for electric window lifters. Accordingly, the drum for rope electric window lifter is installed only in the area with a large diameter, while the drum for rope manual lifter motor passes through the first zone to the second zone. This corresponds to the different heights of the drums for rope electric and manual actuators window.

In another preferred embodiment of the invention the slot of the drum is made as part of the so-called hybrid door. When the slot of the drum is formed on the door by casting or extruding under pressure. The implementation of the invention

1 shows a partial cutout of the door module 100 in the area of the lifter motor. The door module 100 has a carrier part 102 for mounting a door assemblies and door fittings, in particular of the lifter motor. For this supporting part 102 and heat receiving area of the drum of the cable lifter motor, this reception area is formed embedded in the carrier portion 102 of the slot 104 for drum, which is structurally formed with a bearing part 102 single item. For example, the supporting part 102 may be formed with the socket 104 to drum up a single plastic molded part.

Limited slot 104 for drum reception area for drum cable lifter motor has an area of 106, depicted in figure 1 by the dashed line. Area 106 has a diameter of 107 selected so that it was sufficient for the installation of the drum 108 of the cable for the electric drive of the window lifter. For example, the diameter of the zone 106 is 35-65 mm, and preferably 40-60 mm

In the reception area to area 106 adjacent area 110, as shown in figure 1 by the dotted line. Area 110 has a diameter of 112, which is less than the diameter 107 zone 106. The diameter 112 is selected so that it was sufficient for the installation of the drum 118 cable for manual drive of the window lifter.

In the version pictured here use the door module 100 is used for a vehicle with electric drive of the window lifter. So here is used only area 106 for mounting the drum 108 of the cable for the electric drive of the window lifter. The drive drum 108 of the cable is effected by an electric motor 114 attached to the supporting part 102.

Figure 2 shows the door module 100 for use in a vehicle with manual transmission window. In this case, the reception area is the drum 118 cable having a smaller diameter than the drum 108. Further, the drum 118 of the cable has a greater structural height than the drum 108 of the cable, so that, in spite of a smaller diameter, it was possible to put the cable the same length for opening or closing the window. Therefore, the drum 118 cable fills in the main area 110 of smaller diameter and extends into the zone 106 of larger diameter 107.

In the slot 104 of the drum formed by the sliding bearing 120, which includes the axis 122 of the manual drive of the window lifter. Further supporting part 102 has a housing 124 of the brake.

Due to the fact that the reception area consists of two zones 106, 110, it becomes possible to use the same door module 100, for cars with manual and electric window lifter.

Preferably the carrier part 102 is also in order to divide the internal space of the door on the dry and wet compartments, and a dry compartment is limited to the visible inside of the vehicle door trim.

On Phi is .3 presents the corresponding view in plan of the supporting part 102 from the dry compartment, i.e. on the inner side of the vehicle. On the supporting part 102 are fasteners 126, intended for fastening of the electric motor 114 or housing 124 brakes. Due to this, the door module 100 may optionally be used for vehicles with electric drive, and for vehicles with manual transmission window, even when the motor 114 (see Fig 1) and the housing 124 brakes (cf. figure 2) are mounted in different places.

In addition, no need to install a seal between the slot of the drum and the carrier part.
