The present invention relates to medicine, namely to orthodontics, and can be used to limit the clamping jaws and installation of the lower jaw in a constructive occlusion.

In the treatment of children with sagittal dentofacial anomalies accompanied by a reduction in the lower third of the face, it is frequently necessary to divide subna series with the installation of the lower jaw in a constructive occlusion. Such anomalies include: distal occlusion and disocclusion, deep cutting occlusion and disocclusion, anterior occlusion, anomalies accompanied by dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ).

For isolation of tooth rows are used occlusal onlays, crowns and Invisalign. These orthodontic devices divide the teeth and allows for free movement in a given direction of the jaw region or anomalina located tooth.

So for isolation of tooth rows of a device made in the form of overestimating orthodontic crowns placed on the side of the group of teeth (Khoroshilkina FA Guide to orthodontics. - M.: Medicine, 1999. - S-301).

Contraindications to the use of this device are incomplete root formation of the abutment teeth; inflammatory and destructive processes in the periapical tissues of teeth, incomplete PoWPA is the statements of the crown, significant destruction of hard tooth tissues.

The closest in technical essence to the present invention is an orthodontic device that contains the base plate and secured to it occlusal pads on the lateral teeth (Warawa G.M., strelkovskaya K.M. Orthodontia and prosthetics in childhood. - Moscow, 1979. - P.52-53). Base plate can be made on both upper and lower jaw. The height of the occlusal pads depends on the evidence. When closing the mouth, the device acts only as a limiter clamping jaws and thereby disconnecting the teeth.

The disadvantages of this device, resulting from its design features should include the impossibility of its use with:

- the hypertrophic enlargement of the mucous membranes of the oral cavity, arising during use of the apparatus;

active caries process;

- incomplete mineralization of the teeth, as is disturbed secondary mineralization of teeth, covered in plastic;

- primary and secondary partial adentia, so how complicated the process of moving teeth to close gaps and create the correct occlusal relationships;

- simultaneous eruption of canines and premolars in both jaws, when deterrence their eruption is not shown because it is of one implementation of the vertical growth of the alveolar process;

- simultaneous separation of the jaws with the correction of occlusion on sagittal;

- increasing bite by sequential disocclusion, requiring a significant increase in treatment time.

The objective of the proposed technical solution is the development of the orthodontic device, which provides simultaneous correction of occlusion on sagittal and vertically.

The technical result of the proposed method is to provide disocclusion jaws with the installation of the lower jaw in a constructive occlusion.

The technical result is achieved by the design of the proposed orthodontic device consisting of mandibular base plate with occlusal overlays on the lateral teeth.

Distinguishing features of the claimed device are that occlusal onlays are made on the lower teeth, the occlusal surfaces of the occlusal pads made depressions in the form of deep imprints of the teeth of the upper jaw in a constructive occlusion.

Structural difference of the orthodontic device is that the distal ends of the base plate of the fixed supporting and retaining the klamer.

Comparative analysis of the proposed solutions and prototype shows that the proposed device is structurally different from f the th and therefore, meets the criteria of the invention of "novelty."

Design features of the claimed device ensure the achievement of the technical result, namely getting disocclusion jaws in a constructive occlusion, and allow you to eliminate the above drawbacks of the prototype by performing pads on the lower canines and run on the chewing surfaces of plates deep imprints of the teeth of the upper jaw in a constructive occlusion.

We offer orthodontic device eliminates the possibility of introducing a large group of the abutment teeth syndrome "short person"; in the constructive position of the lower jaw is marked stimulation of growth of the condyle during growth and decompression of the articular disc, and therefore, eliminates the conditions of TMJ; prevents the development of caries process on the surfaces of the teeth, covered in plastic. The inventive device may also be used in the absence of posterior teeth in removable and permanent dentition.

The fixation of the supporting and retaining clasps at the distal ends of the base plate facilitates the reliable fixation of the mandible.

In the analysis of known orthodontic devices identified is the lack of information about the impact of the distinctive features by offering the first device to obtain a technical result, that allows us to consider the claimed invention meets the criterion of "inventive step".

The inventive orthodontic device is intended for use in healthcare, in particular in orthodontics. The implementation of its capabilities is confirmed as described in the application techniques and equipment. From the above it follows that the claimed technical solution meets the condition of patentability "industrial applicability".

The essence of the invention illustrated by figures 1, 2, which depicts a General view of the inventive orthodontic device, and figure 3, reflecting the placement of the device in the mouth.

Orthodontic device consists of mandibular base plate 1 and occlusal pads 2 with deep imprints of the teeth of the upper jaw in a constructive occlusion 3. In the distal part of the base plate 1 set supporting and retaining the klamer 4.

The inventive device operates as follows.

Patients with the syndrome of "short person", accompanied by abnormalities - distal occlusion or disocclusion, deep cutting occlusion or disocclusion, anterior occlusion, with anomalies involving TMJ dysfunction, pre-shoot impressions of the jaws and cast plaster models. In the laboratory produce vos the new templates to define constructive occlusion. During the next visit is determined by the constructive occlusion under the control of the x-ray TMJ. Working models gypsum in the articulator. On a working model using cramponing tongs are made clamp 3. Basic wax model base plate 1, occlusal pads 2 on the lower teeth 5 with prints of the upper teeth 3 in the articulator. In subsequent wax replace basic plastic.

The patient try on and ready pin is stuck orthodontic device in the mouth.

The device performs the function of receiving disocclusion jaws in a constructive occlusion due to the introduction of the device is limited by the teeth occlusal pads with deep imprints of the teeth of the upper jaw. In use the device is dentoalveolar elongation in the lateral zones and, consequently, increasing the height of the lower third of the face in the treatment of the syndrome of "short person". In the constructive position of the lower jaw is marked stimulation of growth of the condyle during growth and decompression of the articular disc, and therefore, is the elimination of the phenomena of TMJ.

The efficiency of the proposed device is confirmed by a clinical example.

Patient K., 7,5 years, appealed to the Department of pediatric dentistry of Igiv for consultations. Objective: the profile of the person p is agnatically, the lower third of the face is reduced; in the mouth it is stated: distal occlusion, sagittal blade disocclusion, deep cutting occlusion (with mucosal injury of the sky).

The patient was asked to perform the separation and retention of the jaws in a constructive occlusion. This was made and installed the inventive orthodontic device on the lower jaw of the patient K. (see Figure 2).

After 6 months of active treatment, including the constant wearing of the inventive orthodontic apparatus was achieved by increasing bite through deportive teeth, lower jaw, took a strong position, was missing its distal offset. The patient is in active treatment.

Using the inventive orthodontic devices were treated 10 patients, of which 5 children diagnosed with distal occlusion, deep blade disocclusion, retopologize lower jaw; 2 children with a diagnosis of anterior occlusion, reverse deep Burin disocclusion, shift the lower jaw forward, reducing the lower third of the face; 3 children with a diagnosis of distal occlusion, deep cutting occlusion complicated by secondary edentulous posterior teeth in the mandible and maxilla. Complications resulting from the application of this orthodontic design have been identified.

Thus, the claimed the e device provides disocclusion jaws in a constructive occlusion due to the introduction of occlusal pads on the lower canines with imprints of teeth in the upper jaw. This eliminates the possibility of introducing a large group of the abutment teeth syndrome "short person"; in the constructive position of the lower jaw is marked stimulation of growth of the condyle during growth and decompression of the articular disc, and therefore, eliminates the effects of TMJ; prevents the development of caries process on the surfaces of the teeth, covered in plastic. In addition, the proposed device can be used in the absence of posterior teeth in removable and permanent dentition.

The use of the inventive orthodontic devices has reduced the number of cases of failure in the treatment of the above anomalies and significantly reduce the number of complications inherent in the known devices.

We offer orthodontic apparatus effective, easy to manufacture and convenient in use.

The apparatus may be combined with elements of permanent equipment, extraoral devices.

Orthodontic device containing the mandibular base plate with occlusal overlays on the lateral teeth, characterized in that the distal ends of the base plate of the fixed supporting and retaining the klamer, occlusal onlays are made on the lower teeth, the occlusal surfaces of the occlusal pads made depressions in the form of g is ubaka prints teeth of the upper jaw in a constructive occlusion.
