The present invention relates to a method for marking consisting of several elements of packaging for satariano in her products, as well as to an apparatus for carrying out the method. In the context of the present invention the term "Satarova products" refers to piece the products are grouped or with a few products, as well as to bulk or dispersed materials. The present invention relates primarily to such satariano products as products of the tobacco industry and in this case it is preferable cigarettes, as well as filter cigarette, which usually grouped or stocked in a certain way on several pieces as supply during the successive stages of individual elements of the package in the form of inserts, inlays or onlays, respectively enclosed in the packaging material supplied in the form of blanks and forming the inner and outer wrapper. Depending on the applied for this purpose packaging materials as a result of packaging in the form of so-called soft packs or hard packs (with hinged cover).

The present invention was used to develop measures that would allow to establish the fact prefabrication of each individual packaging for the protection ol the products from counterfeits.

This problem is solved in the proposed invention the marking device consisting of several elements of packaging for satariano it products due to the fact that the individual items of the packaging supply characteristic marking signs, and at least one element of the package provide a marking sign, cryptographically linked on the basis of individual characteristic marking of the characteristics of the individual elements of the package.

Supply of marking only the packaging elements without drawing on satariano in this packaging products provides at acceptable costs effective protection of products against forgery. When this marking signs can be applied in the form of visually visible or invisible random numbers, in the form of text information or bar code. The actual process of marking can be done, for example, a printed, optical (laser), magnetic, electric (on the basis of the change in conductivity) or other method.

In the particular case of the method of individual packaging elements can be supplied random characteristic marking signs.

Achieved by using the proposed invention in solution, the advantage lies in the ability to detect deviations from the source of the compliance of the packaging elements only one of them made a separate package by identifying and comparing individual characteristic elements of the package marking signs and cryptographically linked to the marking sign package that allows you to identify illicitly manufactured (counterfeit) products, respectively, to detect the illegal manipulation of the packaging and its contents.
