The invention relates to a duplex connector, which contains two fasteners for receiving two single plug-in connectors to form one duplex plug connector. This type duplex connector, according to his birth is known from U.S. patent 5579425. This duplex connector includes a plate element on the side walls of which are respectively made two different ways cylindrical pin, which is intended to sticking in the corresponding holes in the housing of the connector, namely a single plug. On the upper side of this plate element placed arcuate element, which in the assembled condition, is engaged with the locking clip single plug connector, so that when exposed to the arcuate element both retainer clip single plug connectors are raceplane at the same time. Single connectors on both sides of his body with openings so that every single plug-in connector can be placed on either side of the duplex connector. Due to this, it is possible, for example, a subsequent change channels through the change or replacement of a single plug. Thus by duplex connector provides the possibility of obtaining two single plug connectors of the same duplex plug connector. Another advantage is that in case of a defect of one single plug connector should be replaced only this defective plug connector. The disadvantage of this known duplex connector is missing as mechanical connections, and limited applicability. Therefore, the basis of the invention is to create such a duplex connector for glass fiber connectors, which would provide the possibility of universal insert and implementation of an improved mechanical connection between the duplex connector and the plug connector. The solution to this problem is the subject of the invention according to the characteristics of paragraph 1 of the claims. Other preferred forms of execution of the invention follow from the dependent claims. To solve this problem, the mounting hardware is designed in such a way that they cover at least partially a socket housing and a means of protecting the cable from bending to be hosted in the fixing device plug connector. Thanks to be be placed in the fixing device plug connector is firmly clamped by the fastening device, and the clamping forces are distributed around the plug housing or enclosure in accordance with the form of the fasteners. Another advantage of the duplex connector according to the invention is that it actually does not need any mechanical, proactive supports at the plug connector. Thanks to this duplex connector provides the possibility of universal application plug-in connectors from various manufacturers. Duplex connector 1 contains the top side 2 and bottom side 3, between which is located in the middle of the wall element 4 in the form of an inter-connector. On each side of this wall element 4 has one S-shaped slot 5 and one L-shaped slot 6. C-shaped slot 5 extends across the entire width of the lower part 3 duplex connector 1. The ends 7 of the upper shelves provided with a chamfer 8, and the ends 9 of the lower shelves provided with a chamfer 10. The end face 9 of the bottom shelf extends along the entire length L duplex connector 1, while the end face 7 only comes to L-shaped slot 6. Parallel to the upper side 2 duplex connector 1 in the area of the L-shaped slot 6 is a transverse crosspiece 11, which is slightly narrower In width duplex connector 1. This transverse crosspiece 11 is also provided with a chamfer 12. The length of a C-shaped slot 5 is approximately two times greater than the length of the L-shaped slot 6.
