Method for treating diseases of urinary bladder of inflammatory etiology / 2304990
At first, it is necessary to wash urinary bladder's cavity with ozone/NO-containing physiological solution. Then, 1-3 min later one should evacuate the worked out solution and introduce ozonide/NO-containing butyric "oil-in-water" emulsion into urinary bladder's cavity. Cavitary sonication should be carried out through the solution with low-frequency energy at 26.5 kHz frequency and fluctuation amplitude being about 60-80 mcm for 1-2 min. The worked out solution should be evacuated. Urinary bladder's cavity should be refilled in with fresh solution of ozonide/NO-containing butyric "oil-in-water" emulsion. One should affect with low-frequency ultrasound at fluctuation frequency of 44 kHz and amplitude of 25-30 mcm due to external contact impact upon the tissues of anterior abdominal wall in area of urinary bladder's projection. Moreover, it is necessary to simultaneously bubble the emulsion solution with ozone/NO-containing gaseous mixture for 1 min followed by aeration of urinary bladder's cavity with ozone/NO-containing gaseous mixture for 1 min. Application of such complex therapy enables to decrease urethral traumatism , intensify regional blood and lymph circulation in the area of urinary bladder, create the depot of medicinal preparation in tissue layers of urinary bladder's wall and fulfill sanitation of urinary bladder's walls.
Method for carrying out medical rehabilitation of vascular vegetative dystonia patients / 2312653
Method involves administering pearl bath containing dissolved Biolong remedy. 30-50 ml of Biolong remedy per 100 l of water is consumed for taking bath. Bath treatment is carried out at water temperature of 36-37°C in 15-20 min long procedure. The procedures are given 2 days successively with pause at the third day. The total treatment course is 14-15 procedures long.

(57) Abstract: The invention relates to medicine, in particular to therapy, and can be used in the treatment of erysipelas. Implement integrated with traditional methods, the blowing of the affected limb ozone-air mixture. Use the mixture with ozone concentration of 0.5 mg per 1 l of air. Blowing spend 15 minutes 8 times a day. The method allows to speed up the recovery of patients. The invention relates to medicine, in particular to infectious diseases. Well-known traditional method of treatment faces, including etiotropic and pathogenetic therapy (1), requires a long time in hospital treatment and does not guarantee the recurrence of the disease. The aim of the invention is the reduction of the treatment time faces. This goal is achieved by the fact that ozone-air mixture blows the affected limb for 15 minutes, 8 times a day and contains 0.5 mg of ozone in 1 liter of air. The method is as follows. It is known that erysipelas is caused by Streptococcus and is an infection of the outer skin. The study included five patients with erysipelas in age from 31 to 71 years male. On the LASS="ptx2">In all patients beginning was acute, increased body temperature to 39-40oC, there was a pain in the affected limb and hyperemia with clear contours in the form of "tongues of flame", the stack. To the touch the limb at the site of lesion was hot. In all cases evolved classically variant of the disease and the diagnosis is not in doubt. It was noted tachycardia (heart rate of 120-140 1 min). Because of pain in the affected limb movements were limited. In the peripheral blood were leukocytosis (12-15 thousand), with neutrophilia to 86% and shift formula blood to the left (up to 15-20%) due to stab and other forms. The treatment consisted of the following: the affected limb was placed in a sealed cylinder (tselofanovy bag), which were summed chloraniline tube along which the cylinder did an ozone-air mixture. The concentration of ozone (O3) was 0.5 mg per 1 liter of air. The mixture was applied using the microcompressor in the upper part of the affected limb, and published in the distal through the exhaust valve (chloraniline tube). Thus, the affected limb within 15 minutes Abduvali ozone-air mixture, and then after the break the ozone generator and the compressor is ilos integrated with traditional methods of treatment faces. Patients received penicillin 500 thousand intramuscularly 4 times a day, detoxification therapy, including the introduction of a 5% glucose solution 500 ml with 5% ascorbic acid solution - 5 ml, gemodeza - 250 ml intravenously. Patients also received desensibiliziruyuschey therapy, vitamins and analgesics. At high temperatures was introduced lytic mixture. UVR (ultraviolet radiation limbs) in this group was not conducted. Within a day of starting treatment with ozone-air mixture condition of patients improved. Temperature was normalized, disappeared hyperemia and swelling of the limb, normalized picture of peripheral blood. Patients within 3-5 days was discharged from hospital. Further monitoring of this group of patients within 2 years showed no recurrence of the disease. One patient before use of the method of treatment with ozone-air mixture for two consecutive years in the autumn-winter period of time was observed recurrent erysipelas. For the first time in the hospital he spent 27 days, the second - 24. After treatment with ozone-air mixture was discharged on the 3rd day in a good condition and in a further recurrence of the disease had not been observed. Thus, aprobirovany on what Asinara, but doctors outpatient network. Portable installation (unit weight 1 kg; dimensions: 30x20 cm) allow the use of the proposed method at home, which gives undoubted economic effect, and healing the sick is 8 times faster than using traditional methods of treatment faces. Sources of information1. Galperin, E. A., Risking R. R. MUG. - M.: Medicine, 1966. A method of treating patients with erysipelas, including the use of traditional methods, characterized in that comprehensively with the traditional methods of exercise blowing the affected limb ozone-air mixture with ozone concentration of 0.5 mg per 1 l of air for 15 min to 8 times per day.
