Method is suggested for manufacturing of electric machine (10) rotor winding, comprising at least four excitation poles (P) installed in stator (11), collector rotor (13), having grooves arranged along circumference and pole teeth (Z), number of which differs from number of excitation poles, sections (S) of winding and the same number of collector plates (L), number of which is at least twice more than number of pole teeth (Z). The invention relates to the field of collecting electrical machines, mainly AC machines for household appliances.

Widespread use among household electric machines have a two-pole machine with an even number of teeth on the anchor, the number of winding sections, twice the number of teeth, and brush width, close to 1.5 collector divisions. The parity of the number of teeth allows the sections in pairs positioned parallel to each other (so-called H-winding), to enter although the second number of teeth, when the above width of the brushes is the absence of any damping of the residual EMF in section, up in the groove of the latter, which causes heavy wear of the brush-collector node and an increased level of interference. Splitting the section into pieces, placed in different slots, allows to compensate for the residual voltage in the extreme section of the groove, but the circuit of the winding and the manufacturing process complicated, increases the width of the zone switching, reduced utilization of active materials.

The present invention allows, without complications of construction and reduction of energy data to eliminate the disadvantage of the prototype, i.e., to improve the switching, to reduce the level of interference and the rate of wear of the brush-collector node.
