Device contains analog key, commutators of upper and lower levels, level shift circuits, generator of step voltage, OR element, impulses generator, RS-trigger, counter, AND elements of first and second groups, connected to output of device. Additionally introduced to device are mono-stable multi-vibrator and four generators, as a result of which number of counts is decreased time interval between which is less than time of relaxation of mono-stable multi-vibrator.
