Signal cartridge includes case and grenade, which are connected by a link destroyed during firing. The grenade includes a shell, plastic fairing, and several pyrotechnical blocks with channels, installed in the grenade cavity in series. The shell is made in the form of cup with guide girdle and propelling gunpowder charge and pyrotechnical delay element placed at the shell bottom. Delay element is designed for required delay time of propeller charge actuation after firing. Plastic fairing is connected to the case by a link destroyed during propeller charge actuation. The case is made of plastic with external diametric recess moulded at the open end. The fairing is moulded together with thin-wall extension by which it is mounted on the external diametric case recess and attached to it. Mechanical sound wave generator is mounted inside the fairing and its extension. Generator is powered by kinetic energy of gas jet produced either by oncoming air flow or by gunpowder gas from combustion of gunpowder charge contained in the generator.

Gun cartridge comprises a cartridge case with an igniting primer, a point composite bullet, a missile powder charge, a signalling smoke bomb from a light or smoke pyrotechnical composition and a plastic wad container. The igniting primer interacts with the missile powder charge. The smoke bomb is placed in the plastic wad container, which consists of two coaxial cylinders. A fire transfer hole is available in the common bottom link of cylinders. The external cylinder of the wad container is equipped with longitudinal slots that form tabs adjoining each other when installed into the cartridge case. The smoke bomb is placed into the bullet with a heavier head part. The bullet is installed in the inner cylinder of the wad container with the possibility of longitudinal relative displacement. The fire transfer hole is made in the membrane adjacent to a smoke bomb, which is fixed on the bottom link of the wad container. The volume of the wad container is filled with metering shot.

Ammunition of high-explosive fragmentation optical action comprises a vessel, a detonating fuse, an additional charge of a powerful explosive substance with high speed of detonation and the main charge of high-energy explosive substance with lower detonating speed, comprising one or more sections in the form of grooves, or funnels, or chutes of various geometric shape, which may be arranged in various parts of the ammunition. Sections located in the main charge are fully filled with combustible powdery or fluid substances, or their mixtures of different consistence. The additional explosive shell may be arranged in various parts of the ammunition vessel.

Proposed round comprises cartridge case and grenade. Cartridge case is jointed with grenade by link to be destructed in fire. Grenade comprises case, pyro retarder, burster charge, plastic nose cone and star with parachute. Said case represents a barrel with axial bore and bottom recess. Pyro retarder is fitted in said axial bore. Star is connected to parachute by metal link. Nose cone is made up of thin-wall cylinder with radial stepped ledges. Case is made from plastic with face ledges, lengthwise grooves and diametral outer bulges. Star is arranged in nose cone between radial ledges of smaller height to thrust against radial ledges of larger height, and in case to rest upon case face ledges around bottom recess. Proposed method comprises fitting pyro retarder and burster charge into case, preparing nose cone and jointing star with parachute together. Then, sleeve-like appliance with end face ledges is fitted into nose cone to allow arranging parachute and star in sequential coils.

Cartridge includes case and shell, which are connected by a link destructed during firing. Shell includes body with driving band above its thickened bottom, fairing, pyrotechnic retarder, charge of black rifle powder and stick of lighting compound. Body is made in the form of shell and fairing is made in the form of cap. Fairing is connected to body by means of a link destructed during shell operation. Pyrotechnic retarder is installed in the hole of body bottom. Charge of black rifle powder is arranged in end groove of body bottom. Bottom of body is made from plastic material with outer annular groove in front of driving band and end projections. Fairing is equipped with cylindrical extension piece at front end of which there is outer diametrical thinning of its wall. Lighting compound is pressed into fairing and cylindrical extension piece. Fairing with its cylindrical extension piece is put on plastic body till lighting compound is borne against it. End projections of the body are arranged in end slots of lighting compound, and their link destructed during shell actuation is formed with rolling of some part of thinned wall of cylindrical extension piece into annular groove of the body.

Moderator is separated from propellant charge by diaphragm with opening with diametre equal to 0.12…0.51 of moderator internal diametre, and parachute is installed in semispherical fairing and is separated from cable by means of gasket, at that grenade extension is equal to 2.4…3.2 of caliber.

Invention concerns area of military technics, to an ammunition of nonlethal action, namely to the signal-illumination mines intended for the alarm system about occurrence of the opponent and illumination of district on an installation site. The ammunition case is executed with the central axial aperture for installation of a pushing out charge of a detonator. The propelling and illumination charges are located in case apertures on a circle round the central axial aperture. The involvement knot of the propelling charges is executed in the form of the basis with ring cavity with the branches which quantity corresponds to quantity of lighting charges. The ring cavity is filled with decelerating pyrotechnic structure. The pushing out charge of a detonator through the decelerators initiates propelling and illumination charges. The invention provides increase of efficiency and reliability of involvement of lighting charges, and also increase of convenience of operation and maintenance of flaming security at ammunition operation.
