A door or a window has a frame consisting of a metal profiled profile containing the outer wall and a longitudinal slot with undercut cross section and the open edge placed in the plane perpendicular to the outer surface. The control system contains a handle, gear unit, rod and connector. The handle includes the base, claw made with the ability to rotate and control pin made with the ability to rotate and connected with the claw with the ability to rotate. The transmission device includes an input element made with the ability to connect the pin with the control handle and at least one carriage moving in a straight direction and connected to the input element by means of a device for converting rotary motion of the input element into linear motion of the carriage. The rod slidably engages with the slot. The connecting element is adapted with the ability to be attached to the rod. The rod is positioned in the slot with a connecting element that is slidably positioned on the rod. The transmitting device is placed on the profiled profile. Interconnection of the carriage and the connector is carried out, so that the connector is attached to the carriage for movement in the longitudinal direction of the slot. After interconnection of the carriage and the connector, the connector is fixed to the rod. Locking device comprises two automatic drives communicated with wings via brackets, one of drives is connected to covering wind through bracket installed with the possibility of rotation and traction rod hingedly fixed with one end to bracket, and with the other end - to lever connected to vertical rotary axis with handle installed at the edge of wing. Axis is equipped with lower locking eccentric unit, having possibility to interact with response part in the opening of gates, and upper locking hook with eccentric surface, having the possibility to interact with roller installed in opening of gates. On hook there is a tail provided as bound through spring fixator with wing for thrust against roller. Axis is installed with the possibility of rotation in bushings along edge of wing, has collapsible handle. Instead of lower locking hook there may be a locking eccentric unit used with a different design. On brackets on the side of wing hinges there are vertical slots arranged, where detachable journals are fixed for installation of drives. Device lock operates jointly with two hinged automatic drives, which open and close wings, at the same time unlocking and locking of wings are carried out as a result of using some of working travel in one of drives. |

Latch is provided with possibility of being offset in vertical direction between operating position in which it interacts with locking mechanism for locking the movable frame in closing position, and non-operating position corresponding to its stopping the contact with the locking mechanism in order to provide the possibility of movable frame opening. Device includes safety device for preventing the offset of latch to operating position until movable frame is closed again. Safety device has a limit stop provided with possibility of being offset relative to movable frame so that there provided is overcoming of impact of elastic counteraction device from extended position in which it locks the latch in non-operating position to a retracted position in which it provides the possibility of offsetting the latch to its operating position. Stop element of safety device is attached so that it has the possibility of being adjusted to limit stop and protrudes from movable frame so that it is supported on fixed frame so that it can provide movement of limit stop from extended position to the retracted position determined with closing of window or door frame. Limit stop is provided with possibility of being adjusted in the direction orthogonal to direction of its movement between extended and retracted positions. Limit stop together with elastic counteraction device is located on a slide installed so that it can be moved smoothly within the limits of movable frame and locked relative to the latter in specified positions. |

The latch is used for fixing a thin wall with an aperture to a wall support also equipped with an aperture. The latch has a support part placed near the wall support in its aperture and a head part diverging from the said support part. The head part of the latch corresponds to a removable part. Overcoming spring force directed radially outside this removable part can be inserted into an enveloping removable part with a groove formed with the aperture in the thin wall or held with the aperture in the thin wall. According to the first version the support part includes an element identical to design of the head part and arranged mirror-like. According to the second version the case is equipped with fixing cams clamped in the aperture in the thin wall. According to the third version there are hold down elements containing two disk-shaped plates arranged next to each other or one behind the other with an offset.
