Dispersant for hydraulic composition Present invention relates to a dispersant composition for a hydraulic composition, which contains alkyldiethanolamine having an alkyl group with 1-3 carbon atoms, and a condensate of naphthalenesulphonic acid and formaldehyde, wherein the weight ratio of the alkyldiethanolamine having an alkyl group with 1-3 carbon atoms to the condensate of naphthalenesulphonic acid and formaldehyde ranges from 0.01 to 2.0. The invention also relates to an aqueous solution containing said dispersant, as well as to a hydraulic composition containing an alkyldiethanolamine having an alkyl group with 1-3 carbon atoms, a condensate of naphthalenesulphonic acid and formaldehyde, hydraulic powdered material, an aggregate and water, where the hydraulic powdered material contains SO3 in amount of 0.5-6.0 wt % and the weight ratio of the alkyldiethanolamine having an alkyl group with 1-3 carbon atoms to the condensate of naphthalenesulphonic acid and formaldehyde (alkyldiethanolamine/condensate of naphthalenesulphonic acid and formaldehyde) ranges from 0.01 to 2.0. The invention also relates to use of said dispersant to improve mobility retention of the hydraulic composition. The invention is developed in subclaims. |

Air-entraining additive and method of obtaining thereof Invention relates to a method of obtaining and a composition of an air-entraining additive, applied in manufacturing monolith and assembled concrete and reinforced concrete products and constructions, as well as in the oil production industry in a composition of grouting cement materials. In the method of obtaining the air-entraining additive alkylarylsulphonates are obtained by polycondensation of alkylnaphthalenesulphonic acids with formaldehyde with further neutralisation of the reaction mass with sodium hydroxide, with the synthesis of alkylnaphthalenesulphonic acids being realised in the course of a combined alkylation-sulphonation process by a processing mixture of naphthalene and alcohol with a sulphonating agent in an interval of temperatures of 80-165°C with the following ratio of the reaction mass components, mol.%: naphthalene 100 and over 100: alcohol 80-200, sulphonating agent 110-150; polycondensation of alkylnaphthalenesulphonic acids with formaldehyde is carried out in an interval of temperatures of 90-130°C for 20-200 min with the following component ratio, mol.%: alkylnaphthalenesulphonic acids 100 and over 100: formaldehyde 40-80, until the air-entraining additive, representing a water solution with the weight part of dry substances of 5-32% is obtained, with the dry substances consisting of a neutralised mixture of products of polycondensation of alkylnaphthalenesulphonic acids and sodium sulphate with the following component ratio, wt %: neutralised mixture of products of polycondensation of alkylnaphthalenesulphonic acids 70-88, sodium sulphate 12-30. Invention relates to a method of obtaining polymethylene naphthalene sulphonates (PNS) with a regulated low content of sodium sulphate, which includes sulphonation of a naphthalene-containing raw material with a sulphonating agent under conditions of the forced discharge of a steam-gas mixture of a balanced composition to a degree of action of sulphuric acid 1.5-4% counted per residual sulphuric acid, with the regulation of naphthalene and water content in the steam-gas mixture and a quantity of the discharged steam-gas mixture in total being carried out by a step-by-step creation of vacuum, and the first stage of sulphonation is carried out in a standard sulphurator apparatus in a temperature interval of 140-168°C and pressure in the apparatus of 0-20 kPa, and at the second stage in the same apparatus without interruption of the technological process, vacuum -15÷-90 kPa is created with an exposure at a temperature of 150-155°C, with further increase of temperature at the end of the process to 160-165°C and obtaining a sulphomass with the total titratable acidity of 22.5-26%. |

Complex additive for concrete mixture Invention relates to construction and industrial construction materials, specifically to making complex additives for mortar and concrete for accelerating hardening of concrete structures. The complex additive contains the following, in wt %: plasticiser S-3 - sodium polymethylene naphthalenesulfonate 87.0-99.8, wood saponified resin 0.1-6.0 and sodium alumomethyl silicate 0.1-7.0 and is a micro-grained additive obtained by spray drying an aqueous solution of its components with particle size not greater than 0.3 mm. |

Invention refers to construction materials, particularly to compositions of water reducing additives used in manufacturing concrete, mortar mixes, reinforced concrete and special concrete products, namely - to composition of high-range water reducer based on naphthalensulphonic acid and formaldehyde polycondensation products. The high-range water reducer based on neutralised naphthalensulphonic acid and formaldehyde condensation product contains, wt %: oligomers with 2-4 naphthalene rings - 10.0-28.5, oligomers with 5-9 naphthalene rings - 6.0÷11.5, oligomers containing 10 naphthalene rings and more - 60.0÷80.0. Besides specified high-range water reducer can contain in addition salts of naphthalensulphonic acid, naphthalendisulphonic acid and sodium sulphate in ratio, wt %: specified oligomers 85.00÷98.00; salts of naphthalensulphonic acid and naphthalendisulphonic acid 0.5÷5.0; sodium sulphate - the rest. Specified oligomers can contain in addition hydroxyl groups, and one hydroxyl group goes to 40÷200 naphthalene rings. |

Concrete mix modification method Concrete mix is modified by introducing (i) aqueous solution of polymeric compounds with different molecular mass obtained by condensation of naphthalenesulfonic acid and formaldehyde and (ii) ferrous or ferric salts in amount 2-4% of the weight of mix, said polymeric compounds being used in amount 0.3-0.7% of the weight of cement in case of degree of polycondensation equal to 2-5 and at their ratio to water between 30:70 and 40:60.
