Proposed composition contains the following substances, in wt %: soda - 19.0-21.0, borax - 5.0-7.0, cryolite - 5.0-7.0, perlite and/or obsidian - 67.0-69.0. Glass melting is performed at 1260-1300°C. Melt is poured in metal moulds made from refractory steel. Glass articles are subjected to annealing and machining.

Glaze contains, wt %: scrap window and/or container glass 77-80; kaolin 2-3; borax 10-14; cryolite 6-8. The glaze has frost-resistance of 40 cycles. The glaze is fired at temperature of 830-900°C.

Glaze contains, wt %: broken window or container glass 74-76; kaolin 3-4; melted alkalis NaOH and KOH 3-4; copper oxide 1-2; zinc oxide 3-4; bone ash 12-14. Frost resistance of glaze constitutes 35-40 cycles. Broken window and/or container glass is crushed, mixed with other components and melted at temperature 1400°C. Melt is granulated into water. Finished suspension is applied (by spraying, pouring) on tile surface, dried and burnt at temperature 900-950°C.

The melt is obtained at temperature of 1150-1350°C, poured into metal moulds and fired.

The prepared glazing charge is melted at 1000°C. The produced frit is ground, mixed, and a suspension is prepared, which is applied onto the surface of ceramic products. Baking is done at 850°C.

The enamel has heat resistance of not less than 200°C. The coating is fired at temperature of 850-1000°C.
