Proposed invention relates to a method of production of a paper sheet decomposable in water. The method comprises the following stages: providing the presence of at least one tape of a water-soluble binder in the form of a dry film, providing the presence of at least two tapes, each of which is formed from at least one layer of cellulose fibres, placing the said tape of water-soluble binder between the said two tapes of cellulose fibres, moistening, connection and compression of the said three tapes, drying the composite tape thus obtained. The sheet thus obtained may be used for manufacturing the core which is a support element for the roll, for which one or more tapes made from the said sheet are wound along a helical line on the cylindrical mould-core. |

The claimed product comprises at least one layer which surface is partially covered with an embossed pattern. At that the pattern comprises at least one first continuous area, micro-embossed to form at least the 25 embossed recessions per cm2, preferably from 30 to 160 of the embossed recessions per cm2, forming a background embossed area. The plurality of second areas is unembossed and constituting at least one element of the ornament. In addition to the second areas, there is at least one third area largely surrounded by linear recessions. At that all the third areas and all the second areas are located so that the second areas and the third areas are isolated from each other or at least one second area and at least one third area are located so that they are partially overlaid on one another. |

Invention relates to moulding system 1 to make container 1. Said system comprises opposed moving mould half 10 and fixed half 20. Container 500 has bottom 57 from compacted cardboard blank, walls attached thereto and rim partially moulded from plastic and attached to top edge of said walls, all along their edges. Mould moving half 10 comprises at least core plate 4 and flat compaction frame 5 to displace relative to said core and has compaction surface 5a and surrounds said core 41. Besides, said half 10 has limiting frame 6 to be arranged between said core 41 and compaction frame 5. Mould fixed half 20 comprises at least one mould plate 7 with cavity 71 and compaction surface 7a. System 1 is equipped with extension nozzle 612 coupled with base stage 611 of said limiting frame 6. Note here that compaction surface 612a of said nozzle 612 has grooves or recesses located below the plane of compaction surface other part. Limiting frame surface or cutouts can comprises convexities or patterns, grooves of recesses located either level with surface 612a or extending a bit therefrom. Moulding system for cardboard container production Invention relates to production of container from cardboard. Proposed system comprises moving and fixed mould halves arranged opposite each other. Container has bottom from compacted cardboard blank, walls attached thereto and rim partially moulded from plastic and attached to top edge of said walls, all along their edges. Mould moving half comprises at least core plate and flat compaction frame to displace relative to said core and has compaction surface and surrounds said core. Besides, said half has limiting frame to be arranged between said core and compaction frame. The limiting frame allows making of said rim and displaces relative to both compaction frame and said core. Mould fixed half comprises at least one mould plate with cavity and compaction surface. Proposed moulding system comprises insert to rest on mould bed to coupled therewith. Said insert decreases mould cavity depth H by its height h so that insert continuous surface doubles as a new bottom for mould cavity. Note here that length H of core section extending inside mould cavity in moulding cardboard blank may be decreased by insert height h by replacing plate core with shorter core or split joint to core invariable-length base part or to variable-length adapter part. It results in possibility to use mating core or core adapter parts and bed inserts to vary depth of cardboard blank depth, that is, the distance from container bottom to top edges of its walls. |

First stamping unit allows timing of its operation with packing process. Note here that proposed device allows timed feeding of packing foil to second stamping unit after first stamping unit. Method of manufacturing metallised label paper Invention relates to manufacture of packaging materials, in particular, to a method of manufacturing metallised label paper. The method includes the application of polymer varnish on base paper in at least two layers. The first varnish layer is applied by the method of direct printing, and the second layer by the method of reverse printing. Clamp of the paper to the plate shaft in the method of the reverse printing is carried out from the top with two shafts in which when lowering the lower line of the generatrix is located below the upper line of the generatrix of the plate cylinder, and the shafts are located on opposite sides of the plate cylinder. The diameter of the plate shaft applying the second layer of polymer varnish by the method of reverse printing is greater than the diameter of the shaft of the direct printing, which is 191-192 mm, by 8-9%. The viscosity of the varnish applied by the method of reverse printing is lower than the viscosity of the varnish applied by the method of direct printing. Then, on the layer of varnish a metal coating and a layer of varnish is applied, the mesh back side of the paper is moistened, and embossing of the paper is carried out. |

Invention relates to devices for embossing or calendaring paper webs to be jointed together by pressure. Proposed device comprises two overlap shafts to press paper web or layer fed there through. Every shaft comprises fixed central shaft with its ends supported by appropriate holder and tubular jacket fitted on central shaft by arranging low-friction connection elements on opposite sides relative to fixed central shaft central axis so that said jacket for contact with processed webs or layers may easily turn about lengthwise axis of said jacket. Proposed method comprises preparation of endless film and webs, applying glue and extra adhesive on one of opposite surface of said film or endless web. Then said web is arranged opposite endless strip to press it there against. Note here that strong adhesive and extra adhesive are arranged there between. Said strip and web are temporarily fixed relative to each other by extra adhesive since string glue requires time for hardening. Hardened film is fed into plant continuously forming plastic bags. Every plastic bag comprises definite section formed from endless film that has outer surface to make handle from strip. |

Invention relates to production of plastic bags with rectangular bottom. Proposed unit comprises bag main part material feed device, side fold material feed device, appliance temporary attachment of one of bag main part material strips to side fold strip, main material guides, bottom fold forming devices and transverse and lengthwise welding appliances. Side fold material sheet 3 is bent in half, folded in two layers and fitted in between strips a and 2 of main part material webs. One of said webs is bent along lengthwise fold line 8 to make said webs 1 and 2 open so that open surface is produced on bad main part webs 1 and 2. One layer of side fold 3 is bent along lengthwise line 8 to make side fold material layers open together with extra fold section7 so that open surface is produced on layers of said section 7. Bottom fold material web 4 is applied on open surfaces of material 1 and 2 and section 7. Bottom fold web 4 and extra fold section 7 are heat-welded together while bag main part webs 1 and 2 and side fold material sheet 3 are heat-welded together over width of webs 1 and 2. Note here that open surfaces are retained as-formed. Bottom fold material webs 4 and, at least, one of webs 1 are heat-welded together in lengthwise direction of webs 1 and 2. Method to manufacture flexible packaging laminated material Method to manufacture a flexible packaging laminated material, including supply of the first structure, containing at least one layer, onto the first cutting station, where an external cutting line is formed, application of a contact glue onto one surface of the first structure and application of a permanent laminating glue onto one surface of the first structure so that the permanent glue does not cover the contact glue. Afterwards adhesive connection of the first structure with the second structure is carried out with the help of the permanent glue to form the laminated material. The second structure includes at least one layer of a flexible material. Then the laminated material is sent to the second cutting station, on which the inner cutting line is formed on the second structure, in which the external cutting line is used for the external opening part of the first structure, which is made as capable of separation from the first structure along the external cutting line. At the same time the inner cutting line is used for the inner opening part of the second structure, which is connected with the outer opening part with the permanent glue and is arranged as capable of separation from the second structure along the inner cutting line. |

Multilayer thin paper consists of at least two layers. At that the first layer includes a first embossing which forms linings. Moreover, each lining is formed in the shape of at least a part of the first motif. The second layer includes the second embossing which forms protrusions. And each protrusion forms at least a part of the second motif. Moreover, at least the first layer and the second layer are combined together so that the protrusions of the second layer are essentially located inside the linings of the first layer, and the motives are aligned with each other. Note that web with material for bottom fold has opposite side edges, one of them extending along one of opposite side edges of sheet material webs. Guides to direct one of aforesaid webs to allow their bending nearby one of opposite said edges of sheet material webs during their feeding and after temporary fixation of aforesaid webs. Method and device for making printed and imprinted cloth Method for making a multilayer cloth of tissue paper or non-woven material consists in the fact that a first material is impressed in the form of a cloth in an impression line between a first impression roller and a bearing roller, thereby forming a set of impressions. Further, a first paint with a first colour is applied on a first subset of a set of the impressions of the first material in the form of a cloth when the material is found on the first impression roller yet. Then, an adhesive is applied on a second subset of the set of the impressions of the first material in the form of a cloth when the first material in the form of a cloth is found on the first impression roller yet. The first material in the form of a cloth is combined with the second material in the form of a cloth to form multilayer cloths when the first material in the form of a cloth is found on the first impression roller yet. Also, the invention refers to a device for making such cloth and to the cloth made by the method described above. |

Scoring device for device for making gypsum plasterboard sheets Scoring device for machine for making gypsum plasterboard sheets comprises a rotary attachment and a support unit. At the same time the attachment is in contact with the upper surface of a paper sheet for the external layer of the gypsum plasterboard sheet that moves under tension. Bag with handles and method of its manufacturing Bag includes a panel, which has an inner surface and an outer surface and a couple of holes in the panel. A strip of a handle, which includes the handle proper, adjoins the outer side of the panel, where there are ledges in the appropriate ends of the strip, which enter the according holes, and at least one reinforcing strip that adjoins the inner surface of the panel. The sections of the handle strip and the sections of at least one reinforcing strip are tightly connected to each other near holes. Each ledge has the first section and the second section. The second section of each ledge is folded to the first section of the appropriate ledge and tightly adjoins to it, to form a pair of reinforcing strips, or each of ledges has the first section. One of ledges has the second section, where the second section is folded to each of the first sections of ledges and is tightly connected to it to form a single reinforcing strip. Note here that lateral fold material webs are opposed and spaced apart for main material web width and distributed over main material web length and fitted in between layers of main material. Method of regulating surpolus adhesive on drying drum Method of producing absorbing sheet comprises extruding moist cellulose canvas and applying it on drier drying cylinder. Note here that drying cylinder is provided with resin adhesive at, in fact, constant addition speed in steady-state conditions. Note here that resin adhesive consists mainly, of PVOH resin and epyhalohydrin resin in close ratio in steady-state conditions, while drier incorporates additionally a drying cap that allows temperature variations. Note also that proposed method comprises accumulating adhesive coat of drying drum by removing, at least, a portion of said coat from said drum by scrapper along with controlling moist canvas sticking to drying drum by whichever method. Thus, drier temperature decrease before removing the coat may occur, or resin adhesive composition may vary, or adhesive resin addition rate may exceed steady addition rate. |

Fabric-creped absorption sheet with variable local basic weight Absorbing cellulose sheet has a variable local basic weight and contains a paper-fibre mesh made of multiple extended compact areas and multiple fibre-rich top areas. At the same time the extended compact areas are made of pressed paper fibres. Besides, the pressed fibres are aligned in general in a machine direction of the sheet and have a relatively low local basic weight, and also front and back edges at their longitudinal ends. And enriched fibres of top areas are connected to multiple extended compact areas. Besides, the top areas have relatively high local basic weight and multiple collars passing across the machine direction of the collars, having vault-like profiles relative to the front and rear edges of multiple extended compact areas. Unwinding unit that unwinds cover tape on adhesive tape surface and thread cuts applied thereon to produce test adhesive tape that comprises adhesive tape, cover tape and thread cuts fitted there between, as well as winding unit whereon test adhesive tape is wound. Method of producing flexible strip material sections and containers Invention relates to method of producing section of strip consisting of flexible strip material. Break-off lines are arranged on strip material sections to loose the strip, not detaching strip section from material strip. Note that strip sections are detached from material strip along said break-off line. Note also that said material strip represents a fabric produced from drawn plastic strips while break-off line is made by laser beam. Mind that laser beam is directed with the help of scanning device along preset contour of break-off line in varying laser beam power in compliance with preset depth of penetration into strip material. |

Method of producing decorative multilayer paper article and multilayer paper article Proposed method comprises embossing two layer by embossing shaft to provide mechanical joint between said two layers. Note here that said embossing shaft comprises first ledges to produce first pattern of decorative embossing and second ledges to produce second pattern of decorative embossing. Note also that first ledges feature larger height than second kedges, and their height vary from 0.4 mm to 2.5 mm. Then, glue is applied onto one side of jointed layers at points corresponding to top parts of first ledges to bring together said layers for them to be glued together at glue application points. First pair embossing rolls comprises multiple uniformly distributed embossing points in amount of 20 to 70 per one cm2 for flat micro embossing on at least one layer. Second pair embossing roll comprises first and second zones distributed over its area. First zone comprises multiple embossing points in amount of 45 to 70 per one cm2 for flat micro embossing on at least one web of the nest layer. Second zones comprise no embossing points and make not over 40% of total embossed area and are not interconnected. Device comprises also at least one paster arranged nearby second pair embossing roll and directly behind rubber roll. Said paster applies glue on roll embossing points. Embossing rolls are arranged to provide a clearance to bring embossed layers together. To produce laminar joint of layers, connecting roll is arranged nearby first pair embossing roll. |

Sheet preform consists of cellulose material layer and thermoplastic layer. Said preform comprises a number of casing panels consisting of 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th panels, and a number of panels that cover the casing face and runs, in fact, parallel about aforesaid casing panels, and consist of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th panels that cover casing face. Each of 2nd and 4th face covering panels has 1st and 2nd inclined loose line that divide their panels into central subpanel adjacent to appropriate 2nd and 4th casing panels, and two end subpanels. Each of central subpanels features, in fact, triangular shape and runs from casing panel to the apex. First face closing panel comprises central tab extending outward its panel. Central tab is separated from its panel by loose line. The latter is shifted relative to imaginary line running through both apices and is located at the level of the most remote edge of the first face covering panel and imaginary line level. |

Invention refers to drum whereon there is mounted creaser ring in device for creasing material, such as paper. It is the object of the invention to develop a flexible creasing ring which can be split forming two adjacent ends to facilitate installation of a ring into a device without removal of a shaft. Drum (2) for installation of flexible creasing ring (8) of the creasing device is made in form of two parts (14, 15) each equipped with cylinder external surface (12) and an orifice for installation of part of the drum on shaft (4). First and second parts (14, 15) of the drum are of a shape facilitating two parts (14, 15) of the drum abut against each other forming base (18) between them and two side walls of channel (6) for receiving flexible creasing ring (8). At least one side wall of channel (6) has a recess so, that flexible creasing ring (8) positioned in channel (6) and projecting into a side direction into the recess can not be extracted from channel (6) in radial direction. Thus, ring (8) can be installed and maintained in its position without tightening and can be used in the split form. Rings can be replaced in the device without removal of shaft (4) from the machine where it is installed. |
