DETAILED description of the INVENTION, INCLUDING VARIANTS of IMPLEMENTATION, WHICH is PREFERRED AT the PRESENT TIME

Figure 1-3 shows the bag corresponding to one of the embodiments of the invention, which is executed in the form of a package and has opposite ends 12, 14, the front and rear walls 16, 17 and opposite side walls 20, 22. At the end of 14 bags provided by clasp type "zip-lock" mechanism for repeated opening and closing of the "press-to-close") 24, which allows you to open and close the end face 14, while the end face 14, alternatively, can be hermetically closed by the manufacturer, if you fill the bag from the side end face 12. The fastener may alternatively be another device, such as zipper"lightning". The end 12 is left open to allow filling of the bags in the future, or sealed, if you fill the bag from the side end face 14. On each of the side walls 20 and 22, when folded along the length, as shown by line 26 creates a wedge teaching the current 26. It is understood that the bag-package - just one of the forms of construction of the bags, which can be implemented invention. The principles of the invention can be used in bags with other forms, buckles, bends, gain, wedges made of other materials, etc.

On the side wall 20 has attached thereto a handle 28 that allows you to carry the bag in one hand like a briefcase or suitcase. As shown in longitudinal section in figure 4 and in the top view in figure 5, the handle 28 forms part of a strip of handle 30 and is adjacent to the outer surface 32 of the side wall 20. In the side wall 20 has a pair of round holes 34, through which protrude the ends of the strip of the handle 30, so that the portion 36 of the end sections in contact with the inner surface 40 of the side wall next to the holes 34. As shown in figure 5, the strip of handle 30 has a region 42 of smaller width, where the ends protrude through holes 34; band width of the handle in the areas of reduced width corresponds to the width of the round holes 34. The ends are part 44, which are placed on corresponding parts 36 have holes 34 and hermetically attached to these parts. In addition, at sites 46 folded portions 44 is sealed to the portions of the inner surface 40 near the holes 34. Zone tight joining is provided on this and subsequent figures, the cross-hatched. The design is such that, due to the folded portions 36, 44 at each hole, the reinforcing strips at the joints of the strips stick to the side wall 20 are thicker and stronger. In addition, the folded parts are tightly closed hole 34 from contaminants on the outside of the bag and drop the contents of the bag from the inside, which is especially important if the bag is designed to transfer food. Obviously, if the leak is not important, the handle can be attached to the bag leaking way, provided that this will not affect the strength of the site of attachment of the handle.

Figure 6 and 7 depict an alternative embodiment of the invention, where used bag package, similar to that shown in Fig.1-3. As in the embodiment represented in figure 4, the handle 28 forms part of a strip of handle 30 and is adjacent to the outer surface 32 of the side wall 20. In the side wall has a pair of round holes 34, through which protrude the ends 48 of the strip of the handle 30 so that the ends come into contact with the inner surface 40 of the side wall. Unlike the implementation presented in figure 4 and 5, the reinforcement strip 50 is not formed as continuations of the handle, and is a completely separate element located on the inner side of the side wall 20. The field limit is x plots of the handle strip and the area of the strengthening strip 50 is hermetically attached to each other through the holes 34. Firming strip 50 is wider than the ends of the handle strip and the area sealed connection is made more holes 34, so that at the area of the end sections of the strip of the handle and reinforcing strips were pressed tightly to each other and to portions of the inner surface 40.

On Fig and 9 shows another variant embodiment of the invention, using a bag-pack, similar to those shown in Fig.1-3. In this embodiment, the bar handle is the part where the actual handle, and leaf plots. The handle strip is located entirely on one side of the side wall 20 adjacent to its outer surface 32. Firming strip 51 is located on the other side of the side wall 20 adjacent to its inner surface. As in the embodiment shown in figure 4, in the side wall 20 has a pair of round holes that are covered with parts of the strip of the handle 30, and a supporting strip 51, and the band handles and firming band tightly connected among themselves through the holes. Zone tight connection is made more holes, so lots reinforcing band surrounding the hole is sealed to the inner surface of the side wall 20.

Figure 10 and 11 shows another variant embodiment of the invention, using a bag-pack, similar to those shown in Fig.1-3. the AK and in the embodiment, depicted in figure 5, the side wall 20 of the bag has a handle 28, which forms part of a strip of handle 30 and is adjacent to the outer surface 32 of the side wall 20. In the side wall 20 has a pair of round holes 34, through which protrude the ends of the strip of the handle 30, so that part of the end sections 36 are in contact with part of the inner surface 40 of the side wall, near the holes 34. As shown in figure 11, the side edges of the strip handles are V-shaped cut-outs 41, which are formed region 42 of smaller width, where the ends protrude through holes 34, and the width of the handle in places reduced width corresponds to the width of the holes 34. Strip the handle 30 has a short tail section 31 and a long tail section 33. During manufacture, the long tail section is formed on each of the parts 36 have respective holes 34 and hermetically attached to these parts. In addition, the outer section 46 of the folded portion is in contact with portions of the inner surface 40 near the holes 34 and is sealed to such sites. Area tight joining is shown in the top view 11 cross-hatched. As in the embodiment shown in figure 5, the construction is such that, due to the folded section, a supporting strip in the connection strip of the handle when the iron wall 20 is thicker and stronger. In addition, the folded parts are tightly closed hole 34 from contaminants on the outside of the bag and drop the contents of the bag from the inside.

In each of the embodiments described invention, the bar handle and a supporting strip formed from the bonding-sealing thermoplastic film material, and sealing is carried out by sealing. Such materials include polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, polyesters, vinyl polymers and the like, These materials can be polymers of low, medium and high density and may be single-layered or multi-layered composite materials. Composite layered materials may contain adhesive layers. Suitable materials for the adhesive or bonding layer is an adhesive resin, such as manufactured by Mitsui Petrochemical material ADMERŪ. To improve the welding layers of some polymers may be used resins, sealants, and the use of such smothermenow can eliminate the need to use adhesive bonding layers. The invention involves the use of thermoplastic films, which are made of insulating sheet material, for example, ethylene vinyl alcohol, which creates a barrier, in General, prevent the third movement of gases, or include this material.

The thickness of the film material is selected, mainly depending on the assumed mass, on transfer to which the bag is designed, and generally ranges from about 2 to 20 mm In the optimal case, as the strength of the handle of the bag, and the strength of the zones of connection of the handle with the bag are high from the point of view of resistance to rupture from excessive heavy loads or rough use. However, for bags with foodstuffs or other similar content, in the case of the above-mentioned heavy loads or rough use, it is preferred that the handle broke before the bag is torn in places of connection of the handle with the bag. In another embodiment of the invention, the materials stripe pen and pad bags, as well as the size and strength of the connection zones are configured so that when the test handle the impact of a given mass or force, the handle will break down sooner than break the bag. In this case, even if the handle of the bag is broken, the bag will retain integrity, which will reduce the risk of loss or contamination of the contents of the bag.

Although the preferred structural material is a thermoplastic film, the invention is also applicable to bags formed from other sheet materials, such as thick paper or cardboard, and so is e to the other sheet and film materials. The type of thermoplastic or other sheet material depends on the purposes for which designed bag, ease of use on the production, printing on the bag, her integrity, tensile strength or elongation, etc.

In one example, the film strip material of the handle and the strengthening strip is formed from two layers of the composite sheet of coextruding layers of thermoplastic material and glue, and are alternately arranged in the following order: a 1.75-1.9 mm polyethylene, 0,35-0,5 mm adhesive polymer, 0.5 mm nylon, 0,35-0,5 mm adhesive polymer, a 1.75-1.9 mm polyethylene. Such composite sheet can be purchased in multiple extrusion companies, including "Pliant Corporation. The handle may be manufactured by laminating together two layers of the above-described composite material using glue, which can contain the basis of the solvent and does not contain solvent (i.e. made using 100% solids). The strips can be formed from another film material, depending on the specific properties required from the handle and the gain from the point of view of the destination of the bag and its manufacturability. Alternative thermoplastic composite structure has a multilayer material, where the outer layers are represented by polyethylene, and the Central layer is nylon. The choice of materials for the layers and the number of layers of each material is carried out, on the basis of certain properties that are desirable for this bag. Thus, the polyethylene has good insulating properties and relatively high strength. A copolymer of polyethylene with a high content of elastomers can be used when you want a soft handle. The strip material of the handle and the strengthening strip is chosen so as to achieve the desired strengthening effect in the place where the band handles are fastened to the panel of the bag. So, can be used a thermoplastic film, in which the manufacturing process is focused on giving special mechanical strength along the line of the handle or in other places of critical loads. As you know, this focused strength can be achieved, for example, by stretching at room temperature, the orientation of the melt during extrusion, etc.

Sealing and bonding of layers of sheet material is carried out by exposure to temperature and pressure for a specified time in places where layers must be thermally welded. Certain temperature, pressure and time are selected based on the specific nature of the link along the sheet material. Linking is usually done at several points linking, and link the material is subsequently cooled. For materials such as PL the percentage of paper or cardboard, which are not suitable for use in the zones of contact between the strip of the handle and reinforcing strip use glue; glue is also used in places where the reinforcing strip and strip pens (except the part where the actual handle)comes into contact with the surfaces of the panel, in which the handle is attached.

It is assumed that the design of the handbags with handle many possible changes, while maintaining the principles of the invention. For example, the holes 34 are made of a round form, as this form allocates efforts around the edge of the holes when picking up the bag by the handle, thereby reducing the likelihood of rupture of the material of the bag and handles. However, it can be used and other forms, depending on the need to reduce the load during transfer or other kinds of loads, or to provide other properties required at the connection point between the strip of the handle 30 and the reinforcing strip, as well as the provisions of this compound relative to the panels of the bag, in which the connection is located. Thus, holes can be in the form of an oval, slit, D, Crescent or other suitable shape, and the edges of the holes can be smooth or rough (for example, to have a serrated edge).

In addition, although the preferred implementation options there are two holes at a distance from each other, can use the change over the two holes, the band handles and firming strip can be sealed and connected in all holes or in some of them. Another option implementation provides for the creation of many small holes in the wall of the bag so that the handle strip and the reinforcing strip at each point of contact actually was tightly connected to each other through a mesh or lattice of the top panel of the bag.

The following describes a method of manufacturing the design of the handbags with handle in accordance with one embodiments of the invention, and this method of manufacture, in particular, applies to the variant of implementation of the bags shown on figure 4 and 5. As shown in Fig, canvas bags 60 of thermoplastic film material turns from a roll and fed around rollers (not shown) through a variety of stations, which performs a series of operations. Such operations may include some or all of the following: (a) bending, (b) cutting, (C) perforation, (a) the formation or addition of wedge-shaped sections, (e) the formation or adding reinforcing sections, (f) adhesive (g) sealing, (h) cooling, (i) installation of the fastener elements of the type "zip-lock" or other fasteners, etc.

Shows the canvas bag 60 is suitable for forming bag package, in the form shown in figures 1 to 3, and to whom it is shown by a dotted line, has sections 66, which will become the front and rear walls of the bags, and parcels 68, which will be the opposite side walls of the bag, where the side walls in the finished bag will be formed wedge-shaped sections. Usually, handbag package, similar to that shown in figure 4, the wedge-shaped areas formed in the sides of the bag-pack, and one end or leave it open to fill in the future, or are tightly closed and at the other end of the install device fasteners, such as fastener type "zip-lock" or a zipper, the zipper. Features of the manufacturing process, to the extent they relate to the stages of manufacture, do not constitute subject matter of the invention and will not be described in detail below. It is assumed that the bag pack is merely one of the forms of bags which can be produced by the method of manufacture corresponding to the invention. Using the described method of manufacture of the invention can be made handbags that have other forms, panels, fasteners, wedge-shaped parts, materials, etc. where appropriate modifications depend on the specific form made bags.

When preparing the design of the handbags with handle, in accordance with one embodiments of the invention, and in accordance with the content pig, whole leaf soum and 60 passes through the punching station, where it momentarily stops, it breaks the pair of holes 70. As shown in the drawing, the holes punched in the side of the bag, which is designed for use as wedge side wall. The holes are circular in shape, although, as indicated above, depending on the desired properties of the handle (strength, resistance to tear and the like), the shape of the holes may be different.

As shown in Fig and 14, whole leaf material for strip handle 62 also turns of the roll. The canvas material for the handle strip is used to form a number of strips of the handle, as shown by the contour (dashed line) Fig for side feed and pig for end feed (in accordance with the direction of the arrow 64). The canvas strip handle is around rollers (not shown) to a punching station where the canvas are semicircular or triangular cutouts forming region 72 of smaller width. The width of each region 72 is equal to the diameter of the holes 70 in the canvas bags that facilitates performance in subsequent stages described below threading and auto search. The ends 74 of the handle strips perform rounded, although they may have a different shape.

Then the canvas bag 60 and the cloth strips of the handle 62 serves to station threading, where the canvas momentarily stopping the pad from sliding which are stated, to strip the handle 30 has been separated from the material of the strip of the handle 62 and attached to the suspended part of the fabric of the bag 60. In one of the embodiments of the invention, the side is served by a separate strip of the handle, as shown in Fig. As shown in Fig, strip handle 62 is applied in a bent position to a transmitting cylinder 76. The handle strip is held in position by vacuum or other means of temporarily fixing force to the transmitting cylinder 76; however, the size and shape of the transmitting head is such that the ends 74 of the strip of the handle twisted and freely protrude from the transmitting head. During the manufacturing process, the transmitting head is moved forward to the hanging cloth bags 60 so that the ends 74 of the handle strip was inserted into the holes 70. When the ends 74 of the element constituting the handle are inserted into the holes 70, open retractable locking head 82. To shut off the vacuum, each clamping head is aligned over a corresponding end section of the strip handles and catches him. Then the clamping head disposed to fully stretch the ends 74 through the holes 70 and straighten element constituting the handle, after which the clamping head 82 is open. When the handle strip is straightened, it reaches such position, when the sphere is reduced width 72 automatically appear in the centre of the holes 70, after which the clamping head 82 is open.

In another embodiment, the transmitting head, instead of a vacuum, or in addition thereto, the transmitting head uses a sliding contact of the sponge to temporarily compress the strips stick to the finger parts of the transmitting head, before transmitting cylinder will be announced close to the canvas bags for holding the end sections of the strip of the handle into the holes. After the operation, conduct, contact sponge opens. In an alternative embodiment, the conductive station, the cloth strips of the handle moves from the end as shown in Fig. A variation of the transmitting head, which holds the free end of the fabric strip of the handle in one of the pairs of holes in the canvas bags. Then strip the handle is separated from the cloth strip handle, and the transmitting head bends the separated strip of the handle to make it possible for the other end of the strip of the handle in the other of the pairs of holes. Attach the strips stick to the canvas bags is with the use of vacuum and/or device clamping head, similarly to the description illustrated in Fig.

Then the canvas bags installed in place of the handle strip is fed to the first station of heat sealing. At the first station of heat sealing the ends 74 of that act and is adjacent to the bottom surface p. the pilot of the bag 60, pre-welded to the canvas bags. Preliminary welding is used to secure the canvas bags and the band handles in the desired position for subsequent processing. In addition, it starts the operation of folding in each side of the bar handle, protruding through spaced apart holes 70 for the formation of folded sections. These combined areas are shown in finished form as the elements 36 and 44 in figure 4. At the next station of heat sealing, the folded sections are folded device with a sliding plate and attached by sealing the parts of the handle strip, located in the holes 70, resulting holes are closed and fortified. As shown in figure 4 and 5, the folded sections of create consist of two parts firming strip adjacent to the holes 70, where the extreme parts of this band are also attached to the canvas handbags in the place which will become subsequently the inner surface of the bag. Multi-stage operation of heat sealing with natural or accelerated cooling is used to create a durable connection, and in order to limit the accumulation of heat, which otherwise would cause decomposition of thermoplastic material. In the case of the variant implementation, presented in figure 10, the portion of strip handles, speakers cher the C spaced apart holes 34, have different length. In this case, the folding device folds the only longer protruding portion so that to weld longer a prominent part of the position at which to close out both openings 34. Upon completion of the step of heat sealing, a single folded portion, together with the covered parts 36, forms a hermetic region of double thickness at the hole and around them.

During the operation of heat sealing, area of heat sealing should cover the entire area of the folded material so that no part of the folded material does not remain free. The presence of any free portion of the strip material of a handle or the strengthening strip is undesirable, because this part can be a source of attenuation and source for the penetration of air and pollutants. In addition, because the material can get an excessive amount of, which is undesirable, especially if, at a later stage in the formation of bags, the wall containing the window handle, you will need to fold for the formation of a wedge-shaped section.

When all operations are binding, whether the sealing or with an adhesive, it is important to avoid cavities, as they can be sources of penetration of insects, air and moisture that can damage the contents of the bag or ruin it, if this function is passed are edible materials, for example, feed for animals. One of the sources of voids is puckering of the material in the connection. In the case of thermoplastics, puckering and emptiness minimize, using a thermoplastic material with good heat transfer properties. For example, a high level of heat transfer can be achieved by increasing the content of elastomeric polyethylene in the polyethylene layer, where conventional polyethylene and elastomeric polyethylene to form a copolymer with the desired properties. However, the content of the elastomer should not be too high, as this will adversely affect the machinability of the finished material or impart an unpleasant stickiness. Appropriate is the content of elastomeric polyethylene at 23%.

Presented on Fig.6-9 embodiments of bags with handle can be implemented using processing steps similar to those described above, but adapted to the needs of a particular design bags with handle, as should be clear to professionals with ordinary knowledge in the respective field.

All of the depicted and described embodiments of the invention relates to a bag, in which the wall to which the handle is attached, is also a wedge. It is assumed that the handle can be attached to any wall of the bag. For example, the handle may be located is ogena in any of the side walls, any of the end walls or the bottom wall at the end of the 12 sample bags, shown in figure 1-3.
