One of the sleeves has a larger diameter and the other - the smaller diameter. Inside the sleeve of smaller diameter, coaxially to it a screw is located, which is pressed into it. The outer surface of the screw represents a helical groove. Inside the screw an opening with a screw thread is made. In the sleeve of greater diameter, coaxially to it, a fitting is located, rigidly mounted in it by a threaded connection through the sealing gasket. Inside the fitting a cylindrical opening is coaxially passing into axially located diffuser, which is connected to the cylindrical chamber. The cylindrical chamber is formed by the inner surface of the sleeve of smaller diameter and the end surface of the screw.

Device for hermetic storage of fluid substances and their delivery

Device for hermetic storage of fluid substances and their delivery

Invention refers to device for hermetically stored fluid substances delivery by means of manually controlled pump and may be used for storage and delivery of cosmetic or medical substances. Device for fluid substances hermetic storage and their delivery contains a rigid container with a threaded neck restricting an opening. The neck opening provides access to the container cavity. The device is also provided with a bag from thermoplastic material enclosed in container with its own neck, a flange passes radially from the container. The flange restricts an opening in order to provide access to the bag cavity and to enclose a housing of manually controlled pump for removal of fluid substance from the bag and its delivery outside through the pump delivery rod. Pump housing is pressed to form a packing on the bag flange by the first annular cap. The device contains the second annular cap screwed on container neck and attached to the bag. The first annular cap is attached to the second annular cap. Engagement means are provided between the first and the second annular caps in order to make the first and the second cap torsionally rigid with each other. Rotation applied to the first annular cap of the pump results in corresponding rotation of the second annular cap thus facilitating an empty bag removal from container caused by pump removal from the container. Provided is at least one channel for air penetration outside the container in a gap between inner surface of the container and outer surface of the bag enclosed in it. The second annular cap is attached to the bag by a flange located between the second annular cap and the first annular cap.
