For the third version, members made of solid porous noise-absorbing material are used as noise-absorbing facing, which is namely foamed aluminum or metal ceramics, either metal plastics, or shell rocks with degree of porosity being within 30-45% range. According to fourth version, members with layer-by-layer reeling of porous threads, reeled upon acoustic transparent frame, like wire frame, are used. According to fifth version, crunches of solid vibration damping materials are used, for example, elastomer, polyurethane, or "Agat", "Antivibrit", "Shwim" type flexible PVC. Size of fractions of crunch is 0,3-2,5 mm.

Anti-noise head phones (versions)

Anti-noise head phones (versions)

Anti-noise head phone can be used as aid for protection ears of human against hazardous influence of excess noise. Anti-noise head phones have headband, case with protector, made of material with magnetic properties, and noise-absorbing facing. According to first version, as noise-absorbing facing the plates made of mineral on basalt base cotton, like "Rockwool", can be used, as well as mineral cotton "URSA", either basalt cotton P-75, or glass cotton provided with facing made of glass felt, or foamed polymer like polyethylene or polypropylene. Sound-absorbing element has its total surface faced by acoustic transparent material, for example, with glass tissue of EZ-100 type or "Povyden". According to second version, plates on base of aluminum-containing alloys can be used which plates are filled with titanium hydride or with air at density within 0,5-0,9 kg/m3 to have the following properties: compression strength is within 5-10 MPa, bent strength is within 10-20 MPa. Holding device for protection face-mask for connecting it with protection helmet

Holding device for protection face-mask for connecting it with protection helmet

Holding device for protection face-mask, which is fixed at protection helmet, has fitting hooks connected with flexible length-adjusted belts. Hooks are made for introduction into receiving recesses made onto protection helmet. Rest, working with friction and geometrical closing, in combination with flexibility of constriction belt, which serves simultaneously for individual adjustment of mask when it is put onto face, prevent automatic opening of hook. Slide members matched with rests for shift provide automatic optimal balancing of constriction belts. Connection between constriction belt and adjusting hook is made by means of cast holder formed on constriction belt, which is held for geometrical closing in recess, connected with adjusting hook of clamp member.

Protective headwear and protective clothing, and method for modifying of protective headwear and protective clothing

Protective headwear and protective clothing, and method for modifying of protective headwear and protective clothing

Protective headwear has enclosure 26 provided with inwardly facing surface which faces user's head, and outwardly facing surface which faces away from user's head 10. Outer layer 28 is superposed the top of at least portion of outwardly facing enclosure 26. Breakable means 30 is adapted for fixed attachment of outer layer 28 to remaining part of headwear in one or more places. Breakable means 30 is configured so that it is broken when force exceeding threshold value is applied to outer surface 28 of headwear, said force acting at least partly tangentially so as to turn headwear and user's head. Upon destruction of breakable means 30 m in one or more places, the applied force urges at least part of outer layer 28, which accepted said force, to move relative to enclosure 26 similarly to protective motion of human's scalp relative to skull.

Protective shield

Protective shield

Protective shield has leather collar with fastener at its rear side, and transparent screen equipped with members for retaining and adjusting its position on collar. Leather collar is covered with fire-resistant heat-reflective fabric. Transparent screen is made in the form of parabola and is manufactured from thermally stable glass with heat- and light-reflective deposition.

Swimming cap

Swimming cap

Swimming cap 1 is made from flexible material 2 and is equipped with two lateral openings positioned in opposite lateral regions of cap 1 and adapted for accommodation therein of respective means 4 for protecting of hearing organs, said means being equipped with selectively formed perforations 6. Flexible material 2 has plurality of small-sized apertures 3 for discharge of water penetrating into cap 1 to the outside. Cap 1 is provided with two fastening binders 5.

Face net

Face net

Face net has isolating cover for head and neck, said cover preventing insects from penetration therethrough. Face net is also equipped with spreader layer made in the form of system consisting of spaced apart spreaders adapted for equally spacing of isolating cover from user's head and neck by distance inaccessible for insect's sting or proboscis. Isolating cover is positioned opposite face. Face net is provided with spacing device adapted for spacing of isolating cover from user's face and made in the form of shield positioned on user's forehead and fastened on user's head by means of ring.

Transformable cap

Transformable cap

Transformable cap has crown and peak separable from one another by means of zipper-fastener. Ornamental cord is positioned onto zipper fastener at site where crown is joined to peak, said ornamental cord being attached with its ends to peak and used to serve as handle for bag, which is produced from peak separated from crown, or as means for attachment of peak to user's head when peak is used as headwear. Cap may be transformed to four articles: cap, bag, purse, and headwear formed as peak of cap.

"baseball hat" type head-dress and method of manufacturing the same

Head-dress is made in the form of semi-rigid elastic sewn construction consisting of wedges with rearward semi-oval cut, rigid trapezium-shaped peak, stitched ear covers and narrow tightening belt equipped with buckle. Method involves connecting layer material with head-dress top by means of adhesive; connecting all top parts by stitch; stitching ear covers to small thin rubber strip by knitted seam; stitching-in peak; after connecting of ear cover parts, stitching special high-density rubber strip around inner circle of peak; stitching knitted insert into semi-oval cut and sewing mating part of tightening belt and buckle.

Protective helmet

Protective helmet

Protective helmet comprises casing with dome-like part equipped with shock-absorbing members formed by changing the shape of surface, and inner equipment. Shock-absorbing members are extending along contour of dome-like part base, have transition zone leading from dome-like part to casing lower part, said transition zone having Z-shaped section, and are arranged above sites of attachment of inner equipment to casing. Narrowing parts are provided in curved portions of transition zone.
