Method for aging unknown dead body Method for aging unknown dead body / 2505266
Aging an unknown dead body is ensured by length, frontal cut sawing and cleansing of a shoulder bone. Besides, a cut surface is polished, died and imprinted on a paper. The prepared imprint is used to measure a line of anatomical neck of humerus, a derived value is plotted along the bone from its upper point to find the level of surgical neck and brought along the bone. Further, a total width of the bone, as well as a thickness of right and left bone walls are measured, and their mean arithmetic thickness is derived. A morphometric coefficient is determined by the ratio of the bone width to the mean arithmetic wall thickness by formula: MC=TW/(RW+LW):2, wherein MC is the morphometric coefficient; TW is the total width; RW is the width of the right bone wall; LW is the width of the left bone wall. If MC is 8.0-12.0, the age is specified as 20-29 years old. If MC is 12.1-18, the age is specified as 30-39 years old. If MC is 18.1-22.0, the age is specified as 40-49 years old. MC making 22.1 and more shows the age of 50 years old and more.
Method of differential diagnostics of nail plate diseases Method of differential diagnostics of nail plate diseases / 2503411
Invention relates to field of medicine, namely to optic methods of biological tissue analysis. To carry out differential diagnostics of nail plate diseases analysis of patient's nail plates, preliminarily processed with 25% glycerol solution, is performed by optic coherent tomography. Nail plate is analysed in its middle part in direction from posterior wall to free edge, step-by-step with overlapping previous probe position by approximately 1/3 of probe working diameter. Image of five horizontally oriented layers of nail plate are analysed on tomograms. If the first layer is unchanged, height of the second layer is increased, signal intensity increases in the second, third and fourth layers, inhomogeneity appears within the second, third and fourth layers, contrast decreases and boundary between the third and the fourth layers disappears, inhomogeneous change of the fifth layer takes place, with irregular arch-like elements, characterised by high and low signal, psoriatic affection of nails is diagnosed. If signal intensity decreases in the first layer, thickness of the second, third and forth layers increases, signal intensity decreases within the third layer, contrast decreases and boundary between the second and third and the third and fourth layers decreases, as well as linear zones, horizontally oriented, parallel to each other, with high intensity signal appear, onychomycosis is diagnosed.

The invention relates to medicine, namely to the medical anthropology, psychotherapy, anatomy, and can be used to assess the quality control of weight reduction by either fat or through the muscle tissue.

There is a method of quality control of weight loss with the help of bioimpendancemetria (Dusha, comparison of methods of assessing body composition and development of corrective therapy in patients with impaired nutritional status, Moscow, 2012. - 25 C.). This method of determining the composition of the body by measuring the impedance of biological tissues of the body with the passage of electric current: the blood, the contents of the hollow organs of the human body are good conductors (low impedance), and tissue denser (muscles, nerves and organs) are worse even higher resistance from fat the fabric. Data are processed by means of specially developed computer program, which is equipped with the device of bioimpendancemetria.

Effect: simplified and cheaper way for high accuracy and efficiency. This result is achieved by dividing the absolute content of fatty tissue on ideal body weight.

The method is as follows, the patient calculate the absolute content of fatty tissue by the formula D=d x S x k, where D is the absolute fat (kg), d - average the thickness of the subcutaneous fat with the skin (mm), S is the surface area (m 2 ), k is a constant equal to 0.13 (Ifanov, Tietamyksessa, Individually-typological peculiarities of formation and nature of menstrual cycles for girls with different somatotype, "Biology and chemistry". - 2006. - Vol 19 (58). - P.3-11).

Then take the value of ideal body weight by formula IDMT=45,5+2,3 x(0,394 x R-60), where EMT - ideal body weight (kg), R - height (cm) (B.J.Devine, Gentamicin therapy, 1974).

The value of the absolute content of fatty tissue is divided by the value of ideal body weight and receive the amount of fatty tissue on 1 kg of ideal body weight - ratio control weight loss (CXV), and when the value CXV >0.25 to diagnose weight loss by reducing the mass of muscle tissue, and a value of CXV <0,25 diagnose weight loss by reducing the mass of fat tissue.
