SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, namely to method for producing a moist canned food for unproductive animals. Method comprises grinding the raw ingredients, then cutting them, packing the resulting mixture into cans and sterilizing to obtain the final product. Ingredients of animal origin are ground in a top with a lattice diameter of not more than 16 mm. Kuttering is conducted with a simultaneous loading in the interval of 1 min in the following sequence: ingredients of animal origin, which are taken as minced chicken or turkey, beef head meat, collagen-fat component, chicken liver, pork liver, with the addition of water, further emulsifier, gelling agent, blood plasma or blood, then add soy protein or sodium caseinate, fodder additive, taurine, fermented rice, caramel, chicken protein hydrolyzate, animal beef protein and water, the components are taken in a certain ratio.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to obtain a high-quality fodder product with high food and energy value.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises mixing 1 part by weight of biomass larvae Hermetia illucens, grown on wheat grain and pre-washed with tap water, with a protein content in the biomass at least 36 wt.%, with 1 part by mass of probiotic crude product of solid phase fermentation strain Bacillus subtilis VKPM B-8130 on a sterile medium. Latter is a beet pulp, impregnated with nutrient medium containing molasses, potassium phosphate dibasic, magnesium sulfate, yeast autolysate and water to a moisture content of not more than 35%. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to processing of secondary products of brewing for production of fodder. Method provides for mechanical dehydration of brewing waste with separation of it into dehydrated waste and suspension received after dehydration of the waste, use of dehydrated grains suspension and residual beer yeast. Mechanical dehydration of brewing waste is performed till moisture content of not more than 60% by way of filtration with formation of sediment and by mechanical pressing of the sediment in the thin layer formed in the gap between two moving endless belts made of filtering material. During dehydration of waste by filtering, a finely dispersed suspension is obtained, which is mixed with residual beer yeast preliminarily subjected to conditioning for inactivation. Obtained mixed suspension undergoes centrifugation and centrate and paste-like fluid sediment are extricated from the mixed suspension. Before drying, the sediment is mixed with dehydrated waste and grain alloy, ensuring achievement of the mixture humidity of not more than 70 %. This mixture is used to create a vibrofluidized bed; drying is carried out at a temperature of not more than 80 °C using the convective technique with blowing of the heat carrier through the vibrofluidized bed. Obtained mixture of dry fodder products is additionally mixed with malt sprouts, aspiration, polishing and grain wastes and is granulated to produce a feed material.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce highly nutritious protein fodder product.

Complex feed additive for laying hens includes carbohydrate-protein fodder additive consisting of sugar and yeast suspension, vitamins A, E, C, B12, sunflower phosphatides and fodder fat. Vitamin and mineral adsorption feed additives for poultry includes ekobentokorm, synthetic preparations of fat-soluble vitamins A, D3, E, sunflower oil, and antioxidant "Bioks". All components are taken in a certain proportion. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to animal feed industry and can be used for producing high-performance feed. Method of producing feed additive involves dissolving vegetable phospholipids, diacetophenonylselenide, beta-carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C in vegetable oil in two steps and application of obtained solution on carrier. At first stage in vegetable oil is introduced beta-carotene at temperature 90-95 °C, stirred for 30-35 minutes and cooled to temperature of 45-50 °C. At second stage is introduced vegetable phospholipids, diacetophenonylselenide, vitamin E and vitamin C, stirred for 20-25 minutes, cooled to temperature of 20-25 °C. Further, obtained solution is applied on carrier, which is a mixture of chalk and wheat bran preliminarily treated at temperature 100-105 °C during 30-40 minutes and cooled to temperature of 20- 25 °C. Feed additive for laying hens, obtained using said method, consists of diacetophenonylselenide, beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C, vegetable phospholipids, vegetable oil and carrier. Carrier for feed additive used is a mixture of chalk and wheat bran. All components of feed additive are used in a certain ratio.

EFFECT: feeding with obtained feed additive ensures higher productivity of laying hens and higher category of quality of eggs.

SUBSTANCE: fodder additive is represented by a powder produced from the residue formed during successive treatment of diffusion juice activated by carbon dioxide to pH 7.0-7.5 suspension residue of II saturation in an amount of 5-10% to weight of diffusion juice for 3-5 minutes at temperature 60-65°C and treated with aqueous solution of calcium hydroxide with density 1.18-1.19 g/cm3 in amount of 1.2-1.4% to weight of diffusion juice for 10-15 minutes at temperature 60-65°C. The formed precipitate is separated , dried at temperature of 85-90°C till humidity no more than 8%, cooled to temperature of 20-25°C and ground to particle size of not more than 100 mcm to produce the end product.
