SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to mining machines with a gathering head. Gathering head is installed at the front end of the mining machine. Gathering head has a front end and a rear end, the rear end being intended to be positioned adjacent to the mining machine. Head comprises at least one base extending along the length of the head, the base having a surface of the base for contacting the material collected by the head, a pair of side walls, disposed at the longitudinal ends of the base, at least one back plate, a shelf extending along the length of the head and descending, projecting forward and backward from the base, providing a leading edge of the head. Each of the side walls has a side surface for contact with the material and tapering inwardly in the widthwise direction of the head from the front end to the rear end. Each lateral surface narrows outwardly relative to the surface of the base from the lowest region to the uppermost region of each side surface, directing the flow of material to the surface of the base and the material contacting surface. In this case, the back plate has a material contacting surface, extending upward from the rear region of the surface of the base and continuing in the lengthwise direction of the scraping head between the side walls.

EFFECT: technical result is the elimination of the need for additional raking feet, facilitating the movement of the extracted material.

SUBSTANCE: tow hitch is made in the form of rods, eyelets and two mutually perpendicular axles of different diameters, with a smaller diameter axle that passes through a hole in the large-diameter axle for rotation and is connected through the eyelet with a thrust, and the axle of diameter is inserted with a gap into eyelets of a stretcher section of the loading elevator.

EFFECT: free movement of the machine in three directions with respect to the loading elevator, simplified design, reduction of overall size and weight of the loading elevator.

SUBSTANCE: complex comprises a receiving wedge part with a loading module, a hopper for exploding and loading, an unloading scraper part, a self-movement mechanism, a pump station, a control panel, a hydraulic manipulator with a drilling machine on a portal trolley moving along a loader column, a safety support moving along guides at hopper boards with the help of sliding carriages. At the same time the inner part of guides at boards of the hopper for exploding and loading is arranged in the form of a geared rack, and wheels of sliding carriages of the safety support - in the form of geared wheels moving along the rack, besides, movement to geared wheels is transferred from electric drives installed inside sliding carriages, and their supply is provided by electric cables wound onto drums installed in a tail part of the hopper for exploding and loading and having a mechanism of automatic winding making it possible to pull a cable from a drum as sliding carriages move along the hopper to the bottomhole, and to wind the cable back onto the drum as sliding carriages move away from the bottomhole.

EFFECT: improved design of a tunnelling exploding-loading complex, reduced labour intensiveness and higher efficiency of tunnelling works.

A complex comprises a receiving wedge part with a loading module, a hopper for exploding and loading, an unloading scraper part, a self-movement mechanism, a pump station, a control panel, a hydraulic manipulator with a drilling machine on a portal trolley moving along a loader column, a safety support made of safety shields and stands, moving along guides at hopper boards with the help of sliding carriages. At the same time safety shields have two sections, the front section is hingedly attached to the rear section, and is made as capable of turning down by means of two hydraulic cylinders, arranged under safety shields, at the same time the front section is lowered before blasting and lifted afterwards from a panel of complex control.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mining, namely, to devices for collection of broken rock from tunneling machine in process of underground mining. Device for removal of broken rock from tunneling machine comprises pipe fixed on partition, conveyor installed inside pipe, holes arranged in pipe for supply of rock and hardener, mechanism of mixing rock and hardener in moulds and opening with gate for rock discharge, which are arranged in the same plane that is transverse to pipe axis at its back end, where a double-arm lever is also installed with compaction mechanisms, being connected to gates. Besides device is also equipped with pump for supply of binder into moulds. Moreover, in order to start and stop a mentioned pump, at each yoke of double-arm lever there are levers fixed, being installed with the possibility of closing and opening of limit switches contacts installed at the back wall of pipe.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation in device for removal of broken rock from tunnelling machine, improved quality of finished products manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: cutter-loader comprises conveyer, loading crane with lugs, hitch to connect loading crane with conveyer. The hitch is arranged over loading crane and includes two rings having inner diameters exceeding conveyer width. The rings are coaxial one to another and connected with each other so that the rings may perform mutual rotation. One ring is fixed to conveyer. Another ring has webs provided with vertical slots and enclosing loading crane. The webs are connected to loading crane by means of horizontal axis passing under loading crane through vertical web slots and loading crane lugs.

EFFECT: increased loading crane stability in transversal direction and improved reliability of loading crane connection with cutter-loader conveyer.

FIELD: automated vehicle control means adapted to be used in underground environment and vehicle control methods.

SUBSTANCE: control method involves determining vehicle route from distances between vehicle and mine wall measured by means of vehicle sensors, angular vehicle velocity and left and right vehicle wheels or caterpillar velocities, as well as vehicle acceleration with the use of controller to direct vehicle to the nearest route point. Control system has distance and angular position measuring means to determine position of movable bridge conveyer 10 and angular position of associated face chain conveyers 30. Electronic controller receives input data from each sensor at each movable bridge conveyer 10 to calculate position and direction of bridge conveyer 10 and face chain conveyers 30. Controller plans optimal movement route and calculates speed of each independently acting caterpillar unit of bridge conveyer.

FIELD: mining industry, possible use for mechanization of operations in underground mines, in particular for cleaning ore fines and backfill material out of inter-rail space and side zones of railways, and also for other cleaning operations at haulage ways.

SUBSTANCE: self-propelled loading machine for mining operations contains bearing frame with rail type propulsion devices, and following devices, held on the frame: operator booth, transporter with loader, equipped with toothed bucket, interacting with rods of hydro-cylinders of its engine. Transporter in loading zone is positioned asymmetrically relatively to longitudinal axis of the machine, while operator booth is displaced in opposite direction relatively to transporter. Bearing frame is provided with bent frame capable of rotation in horizontal plane, fastened to which are bodies of hydro-cylinders of loader bucket, and bucket is provided with beams, one support of which is connected to body of corresponding hydro-cylinder, and another support - to its rod. Bucket is additionally equipped with traction bars, which are jointly connected to bucket by one end, and by other end are connected to rotary bent frame, while bottom of bucket is made with side shelves of angled shape, while unloading zone of bucket is provided with lengthening piece, and transporter is equipped with collapsible inclined drops, projecting beyond its dimensions in horizontal plane. Operation booth is located in zone of connection with inclined collapsible drops.

EFFECT: increased compactness, maneuverability and universality of machine, improved quality of cleaning of inter-rail and rail-adjacent space.

FIELD: mining industry, namely, drilling and loading mining machines, used when driving preparatory mines in mining industry, primarily in coal industry.

SUBSTANCE: loading-transporting tool consists of loading, linear and unloading sections, interconnected jointly. In aforementioned sections, running rollers are mounted, axes of which are perpendicular to planes of aforementioned sections. Two L-shaped scraping conveyors with L-shaped scrapers are closed in circular manner around rollers. Scrapers are connected by vertical section to the chain. Working branches of scraper conveyors are mated with running rollers by sides of chains, provided with horizontal sections of scrapers. Running rollers of idle branches are mounted in supports, which are positioned above scrapers, have height, not exceeding height of scraper, and are in contact with scrapers in zone of vertical parts of the latter. Generating line of running rollers of working branches are positioned at a distance from front edge of loading section, not exceeding 2,5 l, where l - length of horizontal section of scraper.

SUBSTANCE: present description relates to the cutter head for mining machine, and in particular to gear of the force transition to the cutter head of the mining machine, such as continuous miner. The machine for the ore bed development includes: motor with shaft, cutting drum with specified motor and connected to ring tooth-wheels. The primary planetary gear connecting the motor and cutting drum and containing sun gear connected with shaft for force transition to the planetary pinions entering in the engagement with the internal ring tooth-wheel. Secondary planetary gear comprising sun gear receiving force from the ring tooth-wheel and transmitting the rotation force by the non-orbital planetary pinion. Spur gear secured to each side of the non-orbital planetary pinion, at that each spur gear engages with the ring tooth-wheel secured to the cutting drum.

EFFECT: possibility of use of same motor to drive various parts of the cutting drum, as spur gears can engage with various parts of the drum.

SUBSTANCE: method involves positioning of an automated complex for deep development relative to the working face considering the direction of ore bodies settings. Control of mine rock parameters is performed by means of control sensors of physical and mechanical characteristics of mine rocks for adjustment of a mine rock cutting force considering rotation speed of a working element and movement speed of the working element in a vertical plane throughout the cutting depth and cutting direction by means of hydromechanisms of telescopic retraction and a turning mechanism of the head section. Width of capture of the ore body plane in a horizontal direction is provided by means of the positioning mechanism of the complex relative to guides; with that, information on circuits of destructed mine rock is sent from control sensors of mine rock circuits to a system control unit.

EFFECT: increasing productivity, improving reliability and enlarging technological efficiency of destruction of rocks of different strength and coherence degree by controlling a cutting force in a zone of processing and formation in a surface layer of the processed massif of destruction zones considering strength characteristics of rock.

Turning shaft at hold-down beam is equipped with turning mechanism at the machine conveyor. Manipulators are equipped with drilling and anchoring tools with permanent anchorage. Hold-down beam is equipped with sliding telescopes; manipulators with permanent fixtures are fixed at sliding telescopes of the hold-down beam. Turning shaft is made as load lifting telescopic boom with lifting and spacing cylinders. Hold-down beam at carry does not protrude beyond machine dimensions.

EFFECT: improving reliability of timberer, reducing errors at erection of permanent anchorage, increasing mobility and expanding scope of application both with minimum and maximum draft size.
