SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to crusher feeders for the mining industry. System with a tooth contains a holder and an assembly with a tooth. Holder has the first end and the second end, in which an opening is formed extending between the first end and the second end along the longitudinal axis, herewith the opening surface being conical and the diameter of the opening near the first end being greater than the diameter of the opening near the second end. Moreover, the surface of the opening forms an angle between 0.5 degrees up to 10 degrees with respect to the longitudinal axis. Tooth assembly includes an axle inserted into the holder opening along the longitudinal axis, herewith the axle being conical in order to match the opening.

EFFECT: preventing the concentration of stresses around the end of the holder, reducing the probability of shear failure.

SUBSTANCE: cutter for mining machines comprises a holder with an axial conical channel, where a tail is fixed of a cutting tip formed by two closed symmetrically arranged fixators with a conical working part and spherical seats at contacting surfaces for hard-alloy elements, the diameter of which increases in direction from the top towards the tail. The cutter is equipped with an additional holder in the form of a conical rod rigidly connected to a tail of the cutting tip, and hard-alloy elements and fixators are arranged with axial through conical channels, where the additional holder is installed. The additional holder may be made of a material with lower hardness and higher tensile strength compared to appropriate parameters of hard-alloy elements.

EFFECT: reduced hard alloy consumption, higher efficiency of cutter operation, increased tunnelling and speed of rock breaking.

In compliance with second version, said ejection core is driven by actuator mechanism. In compliance with third version, said base element is provided with rest section for rest on cutter holder or wear-resistant washer. Said retainer exploits the steel spring effect and combination of the angles of bevels that retain said retainer in holder seat. SUBSTANCE: cutter for driving and cleaning and cutting machines comprises a holder with a shank, a reinforcing hard-alloy insert having front and rear faces of sharpening, a cutting edge having a semi-circular convex shape. According to the first embodiment, the front face of sharpening of the reinforcing hard-alloy insert is made of semicircular convex shape, and the rear face - of plane-concave shape. According to the second embodiment, the front and rear faces of sharpening of the reinforcing hard-alloy are made of semicircular biconvex shape.

SUBSTANCE: pick or earth-moving tool comprises a body, a support surface, comprising a cavity and axially protruding side walls, an insert fixed in the cavity, comprising a tip, a cone-shaped front surface, a side surface and a transition edge at the crossing of front and side surfaces, and a ring arranged radially outside the protruding side walls, made of a more solid material compared to the body. The axial position of the transition edge and the axial position of the axially most front surface of side walls are substantially identical, at the same time the axially most rear surface of the insert is arranged at the axial distance L' from the insert tip, and the axially most front surface of the ring is arranged at the axial distance D' from the insert tip, where 0.5L'≤D'≤0.9L', preferably, 0.5L'≤D'≤0.8L'. The transition edge and the section of the cone-shaped front surface may be arranged inside a ballistic contour formed by the insert tip, the radially most external section of the axially most front surface of side walls and the ring.

SUBSTANCE: cutter for mining machines includes a holder with an axial channel. A cutter shank is fixed in axial channel with possibility of being turned and with possibility of restricted axial movement. Also, elastic element in installed in axial channel between end face of axial channel and shank. Peculiar feature of the above proposed cutter is that holder is provided at least with one radial slot in which a guide rod is fixed. Cutter shank is equipped with a bushing rigidly attached to it, the projecting part of which is provided with a wear-resistant material. Opposite (lower) part of the bushing is provided with an inclined slot for interaction with a guide rod of the holder. Besides, wear-resistant material is applied to external surface of the bushing in the form of inclined strips located in a staggered order.

EFFECT: such design of cutter allows increasing its operating efficiency and operating efficiency of an element of a continuous heading or extracting machine as a whole.

SUBSTANCE: cutting tool for mining machines includes holder with axial conical channel where there fixed is a shank of cutting tip formed by some close-ended symmetrically arranged fixing elements with conical operating part. Hard-alloy elements are done in a form of central stem of conical shape and blades. The blades have trapezoidal form in vertical plane, the larger base of which is oriented towards the holder, and are installed between fixing elements surfaces facing each other flush with their outer surface, note that there is an annular bore in the lower end of the holder and blades' upper ends have projections arranged in annular bore of the holder.

SUBSTANCE: cutter includes cylindrical holder and working head with conical part equipped with button insert and reinforced element in the form of hard-face rings between which rings made from material of lower hardness and interacting with them are located. Cutter is provided with frame installed on working head so that it can be rotated; at that, hard-face and intermediate rings are installed on the frame. As per the first version, intermediate rings are provided with slots throughout the height, and edges of hard-face rings contacting with them on the side of their bigger base are provided with projections arranged in slots of intermediate rings.
