Composition contains surfactants, antifreeze and fresh water, as the surfactant it contains MORPEN, which is the mixture of water and oil-soluble alkyl sulfates and sodium sulfoethoxylates, as antifreeze it contains the mixture of polyethylene glycol and monoethylene glycol with the following ratio of components, WT%: MORPEN-24.075.0; MEG-13.340.0; PEG-4.05.0; water - the rest. Method for preparing the composition comprises mixing all of its components at the room temperature until the uniform solution is formed.

EFFECT: technical result is the creation of the foam agent with the high foaming capacity, which allows to ensure effective removal of water-gas-condensate mixture from the bottom of gas and gas condensate wells with different mineralization of borehole fluid, in the wide range of gas condensate content and retaining its physicochemical properties at elevated temperatures.
