Thereafter, the child is trained to pronounce the consonants missing in his/her speech by blowing out an air flow, which is blocked by obstructions formed by articulation organs; the consonants are reinforced in the game situation with using the object movement and gesture accompanying the sound pronunciation; the gesture and object motion are supposed to mean the same sound. The second stage involves practicing how to complete the word pronunciation with the use of an effect of an unstressed syllable fixation to a stressed one, and/or unstable music fixation to a stable one, and/or how to complete a rhythmically specified word structure. That is followed by practicing words consisting of two or three open syllables and one closed syllable. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to restorative medicine and can be used for the drug-free correction, prevention and rehabilitation of the functional state and the enhancement of adaptability in patients of various age groups suffering various psychoneurological symptoms. There are performed three successive stages: setting (SS), adaptation (AS) and tactile contact (TCS). The SS involves introducing the patient into dolphins' organisation and behaviour characteristics, instructing to perform commands required for communication with a dolphin, and tactile contact with a dolphin. The adaptation stage involves meeting the living dolphin and contacting it directly on a swimming pool platform out of water. The TCS involves doing the exercises to develop patient's communicative abilities, fine motor skills, motor coordination, motor activity control, emotional state and attention with the use of art therapy elements, musical exercises together with the dolphin, action games with the dolphin using various objects. The TCS is performed in the swimming pool filled with mineral water NaCl 1.8-2.0 ppm at temperature from 25 to 28 degrees; the whole correction course involves from 10 to 14 sessions, from 30 to 40 min each. The SS length is at least 3 sessions of 30 min each; the AS is from 1 to 3 sessions of 30-35 min each; the TCS includes from 7 to 9 sessions of 35-40 min each.

EFFECT: method provides the higher stress stability and adaptation potential of the patient of any degree of functional preparation, the integral enhancement of communicative ability and orientation to active targeted activity, the optimised length of the rehabilitation course depending on the patient's psychoemotional state and abilities.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, pulmonology and can be used for the integrated treatment of chronic bronchitis. The pre-formed physical factors are used, and a manual therapy is conducted to eliminate functional blocks of a thoracic spine. The integrated exposure to the pre-formed physical factors involves a diadynamic therapy. At the beginning, the presence of an imbalance of thoracic muscle tonus from the right and left is detected, and the relaxed region is exposed to the diadynamic therapy applying toning manipulations by means of Tonus-1 apparatus starting with a full-wave continuous pulse current at frequency 100 Hz for 3 min and changing an electrode pole from (-) to (+) for the following 3 min; that is followed by the half-wave rhythmic exposure for 1 s, with a pause of 1 s, continued for another 3 min, and changing the electrode pole from (-) for (+) for the following 3 min. The procedure is terminated by exposing the back muscles to postisometric relaxation preceded by isometric stress of the above muscles. Herewith, initially the patient sits with his/her back turned to the doctor, clenches his/her fists and fixes them on his/her sacral bone. The doctor initially stands behind the patient's back at arms' length, stretches his/her arms and fixes his/her hands on the patient's elbow joints; the doctor holds his/her back straight and sets one foot back to keep balance. The patient inhales and presses his/her sacral bone for 5 s with his/her elbows pulled back and shoulder rotated outside; this position is held for 7-9 s. While the patient exhales, the doctor stretches the patient's back muscles inactively, pulls the patient's elbows forth, rotates the patient's shoulder inside; the patient's fists are still held on his/her sacral bone. The manipulation is performed 5 or 6 times for 1 or 2 minutes as a part of the integrated procedures for 12-15 min in the therapeutic course, daily.

EFFECT: method provides normalising the thoracic muscles tonus, improves the external respiration function, eliminating the functional blocks that enables increasing the effectiveness of the integrated treatment of chronic bronchitis, relieving its clinical course, avoiding acute periods for a long period of time (up to 1 year).

SUBSTANCE: functional training consists in performing circular training, during which exercises on stations are done. Cardio warming up and exercises for muscle pre-stretching before the main part of training and cool-down- after training, are performed. As the main part of training performed are: 2-4 circles of aerobic exercises, where each circle includes the following stations: exercise of the general influence - involving in operation more than 2/3 of the muscle groups of the entire body, after which two exercises of a selective impact - involving in operation separate regional groups of muscles. Between the exercises there is time for rest, with the station of cardio-insertion being carried out at the end of each circle. The level of complexity is regulated depending on the level of preparation of the training person by changing the frequency of repetitions, duration, type of exercises in the stations, duration of rest. The ratio of the time for rest and for the fulfilment of exercises is specified depending on the level of preparation: 2:1 - for the starting level of preparation, 1:1 - for the middle level, and 1:2 - for the advanced level.

SUBSTANCE: method includes carrying out electrostimulation and exercises, aimed at the recovery of the laryngeal nervous-muscular apparatus work. The electrostimulation is realised by a current with a bipolar asymmetric pulse shape, with the frequency of 20-120 Hz, pulse duration of 0.2 ms, with 2 sec interval between the pulses. The time of exposure is 5-10 minutes. Seven pairs of electrodes, placed symmetrically, are used. The first and second pairs of electrodes are placed in the area of anterior and posterior bellies of the digastrics muscle on the left and on the right. The third and fourth pairs of electrodes are placed horizontally on the left and on the right in the area of upper and lower thirds of the lateral neck surface, crossing the sternocleidomastoid muscle. The fifth pair of electrodes is placed at the level of 3 and 6 cervical vertebrae in the area of the posterior neck surface on the left. The sixth pair of electrodes is placed at the level of 3 and 6 cervical vertebrae in the area of the posterior neck surface on the right. The seventh pair of electrodes is placed in the area of the middle third of the trapezius muscle on the left and on the right of the spine. After that the patient independently does a number of exercises. First he/she protrudes the tongue towards the teeth, then the tongue root is pulled back. Then he/she makes an inhalation and with the mouth closed, holds the nose wings for 1 s during one exhalation. After that, without opening the mouth, he/she makes an inhalation and holds the nose wings a single time for 5-7 seconds with their further opening during one exhalation. Then, he/she makes an inhalation, holds the nose wings and realises an exhalation through the mouth, shutting the lips one time for 1 second. The described exercise is repeated, increasing the duration of the lips shutting to 5-7 seconds. Each exercise is repeated by the patient 3-4 times running. While fulfilling the exercises the patient bends his/her head to the chest, pressing the chin to it. After performing the exercises, the shoulder girdle area is subjected to a vibrostimulation impact. The impact is realised with the frequency of 20-60 Hz, amplitude of 1.5 mm, at the rate of vibration frequency growth by 20% per 10 seconds. The time of the impact is 10-15 minutes. The course includes 8-12 daily procedures.

EFFECT: method increases the working range of the voice, recovers the phonation time due to the recovery of a contraction of the laryngeal muscles, normalises functions of the respiratory apparatus.
