FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: coating comprises the first layer made of a flexible material, the second and third layers made preferably from a rigid material and attached from the opposite sides to the first layer. The second and the third layers respectively have V-shaped grooves limiting the respective adjacent rigid structural parts. Every rigid part can be oriented relative to the adjacent rigid part by means of bending the first layer with providing the coating modelling in accordance with three-dimensional configurations and/or simple or double curvature.

EFFECT: reduced labour costs while mounting the coating.

SUBSTANCE: manufacturing method of a semi-round component involves the following stages: sawing of a wood workpiece of a cylindrical shape into at least one separate rectangular plank, with their further drying and gluing on a micro stud with formation of a lamella. Then, glue is applied onto lamellae and pressed to each other for bonding into a semi-round structural component; after that, side surfaces are straightened, and each of the four corners of the semi-round structural component is cut along its longitudinal axis with formation of a quadrangle in a cross section.

EFFECT: simpler manufacture of a component.

SUBSTANCE: this vaulted structure is composed of mesh with rectangular cells of interconnected lengthwise and crosswise elements made of wood rods of round cross-section. Note here that said lengthwise elements are solid while crosswise elements abutting by their ends on lengthwise elements are connected therewith at mesh nodes. Crosswise rods are coupled with lengthwise rod at line nodes with coupling over cylindrical surface in compliance with geometry of vaulted structure. Said rods are provided with butt straps arranged on inner side and having the bending strength of jointed crosswise rods and secured therewith and with lengthwise rod by coupling bolts passed through openings made in rods and strap. Butt strap has slits coupled with said rods turned to each other relative to lengthwise rod axis.

SUBSTANCE: dome includes wooden meridional arched ribs made of rods attached with their end faces at an angle to each other, lining attached to the frame and horizontal trusses attached to the meridional ribs. Rods are made of a wooden section including veneer plates and flanges from wooden bars fixed at their longitudinal edges. Rods are fixed with butt strips made of bars fixed on both sides of the veneer plate so that planes of bars, which are located on both sides of the plate and form butt surfaces of the rods, coincide with the plane of its end face. The dome is provided with a vertical load-carrying member that is attached with its upper end to a central supporting member made in the form of a ring, and in downstream sections it is attached to an intermediate floor made of radial beams, one end of which is attached to the corresponding composite meridional rib or supporting member of the dome base, and the other one to the vertical load-carrying member. Neighbouring radial beams are attached to each other by means of additional trusses comprising rings in a plan view, which are concentrically located relative to the vertical load-carrying member.

SUBSTANCE: three-pin arch of triangular cross section includes semi arches from rectilinear elements, made of paired thin-walled elements of open sections and fixed at the ends by walls of sheet gusset plates. Sheet gusset plates are made along the length of alternating contours, at the ends they contain flanges and ribs, and provide for development of unloading eccentricities both in support units in area of ties fixation and also in the arch comb.

SUBSTANCE: method to install an arch consists in preliminary installation of binding beams, installation of temporary supports of alternating height onto them and serial assembly of arch elements with support against temporary supports. Additional temporary supports of alternating height are mounted on the binding beam at the low level, two side half-arches are assembled on them without support areas, as well as the middle part of the arch, from arch elements Then two side half-arches are hingedly fixed to the middle part of the arch, forming a hinged branch of the arch, afterwards weight-lifting devices are mounted on temporary supports, the hinged branch of the arch is rested on them in a hinged manner, and with the help of weight-lifting devices it is raised to the design height. After installation of support areas and combination of the binding beam and the arch with the help of arch filling the temporary supports are dismantled.

EFFECT: reduced labour costs in arch installation.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to a spherical spatial structure. The spherical structure comprises a frame made of sections of thin-walled profiles connected to form hollow cells. The area of the profile cross section provides for meeting the condition of developing a self-bearing frame without taking into account external loads. A stiff finishing material is fixed to sections of cell profiles, in the form of sheets or boards, on which a solid insulating material is laid. The shape of materials is congruous to the shape of appropriate cells. Grooves between adjacent boards of the insulant for some of their depth are filled with heat insulation material. Free space is filled with a reinforcement frame and concrete. Reinforcement "whiskers" are taken out from concrete, which interact with a volume cellular structure laid onto entire surface of the sphere onto the insulation material, on which concrete is applied.

EFFECT: reduced weight of a spherical structure, simplification of its assembly, increased accuracy of making a spherical surface.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely, to the method of assembly of structures of spherical shape. The method of assembly of a spherical structure includes assembly of a frame from sections of thin-walled profiles with formation of hollow cells. The sphere carcass is mounted bottom-up. The internal finishing material is mounted bottom-up. The stiff finishing material is fixed to sections of the profile of the appropriate carcass cells to form a cell bottom, where insulation material is laid. The shape of filling materials is congruent to the shape of cells. Grooves between adjacent insulation boards are filled with insulation material for part of depth. The remaining free space is filled with reinforcement carcass and concrete, and starter bars are taken out. The surface of the sphere carcass is covered with volume cellular structure, which is coated by concrete.

EFFECT: accuracy of spherical surface arrangement.

Outer surface of outer enclosure has polymeric coating with corbels connected thereto for mutual connection of outer enclosure and polymeric coating. SUBSTANCE: structure, particularly quickly-assembling framed structures namely covered pavilions, hangars and cafes, comprises arch-shaped frame installed on movable ballast supports so that rain water drainage channels are defined between the arches. Arch assembly with two parts of awning side surfaces is substantially shaped as hyperboloid paraboloid and cylinder defined in-between and acts as wind tunnel. The wing tunnel has two flow-compression sections and flow-expanding section located in cylindrical structure part. Above sections compress/expand wind approaching front or rear arches.

SUBSTANCE: building structure comprises cold-formed profiled members produced of thin roll and connected with each other by folded lock joint forming so that the first lower layer is created. Building structure also has the second upper layer of thin profiled members connected with the first layer through perforated spans fastened to projected folds of lower layer by means of tap-bolts and to upper layer by means of sheet cleats. The first cleat ends are fastened in spans, other ones are secured in each third profile of upper sheet and are built in folded lock joint. Both layers are aligned with foundation trough sheet covering plates by means of bolts. The covering plates are installed at different levels with the use of additional thin profiled member having 500 mm length. The levels are spaced 150-200 mm one from another.

SUBSTANCE: dome comprises meridional arch-shaped ribs of load- articulated bearing members connected with each other and rigid baulks fastened to meridional arch-shaped ribs in load-bearing member connection points so that annular load-bearing members are formed over dome surface. The annular load-bearing members divide each dome sector into trapezoid and upper triangular sections. Additional stiffening members are rigidly connected to each trapezoid section. The additional stiffening members are made as quadrilaterals constituted of rods. The quadrilaterals are arranged over dome surface in staggered order and corners of each quadrilateral are connected to centers of corresponding rigid baulks and load-bearing members defining trapeze sides.

SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to the construction sphere, namely to design of transformable coverings for permanent and temporary structures. Transformable covering includes base with bridling equipment placed thereon, transformable in space stands with tent shell fixed thereon. Each stand made in the form of chain consisting of rigid elements beaded on cable, and capable of changing its spatial position depending on cable tension. Homonymous cable ends are connected to bridling equipment drive, the other ends being connected between themselves by elastic metallic ties of arched shape and fabricated with coupling elements to be attached to fixing units positioned on base around bridling equipment. Cable length is chosen on the basis that stands, in their free state, are attached to base, and in tied-up state, take linear form.

EFFECT: improved of functional reliability of covering for permanent and temporary structures.
