SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dowel for securing a layer of material on a structure including a tray (12) and a hollow shaft (14) formed therein to receive a fixing screw, wherein a stepped hole (16) is provided in the hollow shaft. The stepped hole (16) includes at least two steps (28) between at least three regions (18; 30). The hollow shaft (14) on the outer surface is at least partially conically decurrent. Hollow shaft (14) is provided with radially extensible elements, and extensible elements are executed from the external side in the conically decurrent part of hollow shaft (14) as axial seizures (40). According to the invention, it is proposed that the seizures (40) at the base of the seizures are at least partially provided with a thin, expandable or tearable by expansion, bottom. The present invention further relates to a fastening element including a dowel and a fastening screw according to the invention.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the stability of the dowel independently of the fastening screw.

A flat retaining element, for instance, a disc, may be assembled with a metal section to form the fastening unit, which may be used to retain the insulating coating. The flat retaining element may include a rounded edge, and when using a process of coating application, may include ledges on the surface to prevent sticking of adjacent parts in process of coating application.
EFFECT: manufacturing of a fastening button as more reliable, providing for higher service life under difficult operation conditions.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fixture elements. Screw-in anchor with controlled plastic deformation, containing elongate, tensile reference element, which interacts to at least one extruding element, and receiving element, able to receive elongate, tensile reference element and to hold extruding element. Elongate, tensile element passes beyond receiving element for length, which corresponds beforehand specified plastic deformation rate up to final fracture. According to the other version screw-in anchor allows also indicator for movement indication of receiving element relative to reference element. Control ability of plastic deformation of screw is provided by means of hollow formation in elongate, tensile element at movement for any length.
EFFECT: reliability growth of screw-in anchor operation, predictability increasing of its operation.

FIELD: construction, equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and connection mechanisms used in construction. The component wooden plug consists of a spacer assembly, which consists of head and shaft, clamp plate, designed for mounting on the outer side of the joined item, which is fixed to the fundamental item, second clamp plate, designed for mounting between the joined item and the fundamental item. Both clamp plates have mounting bores and a star shape dispersing from the outer circumference of the clamp plates and incurved pointed elements in the form of incurved needles of different forms. Curves of the needles alternate in opposite directions. The technique for fastening wooden and/or fibrous items uses wooden lugs, clamp plates which have mounting bores, combined with previously drilled openings in the joined items. The clamp plates are mounted in cavities which are made around the openings. On the upper and lower sides of the joined item there are cavities. On the upper side of the fundamental item there is a cavity, identical to the cavity on the lower side of the joined item. The cavity on the upper side pass through the joined item, and on the lower side which is the basic, there is a blind hole. The spacer assembly is inserted through the mounting bore of clamp the plates and openings in the joined item. As a result, there is formation of a multilayer construction with formation, internally and externally, of a uniform strong frame, without any internal stress.
EFFECT: increased strength properties of the multi channel construction, due to formation of a frame which does not have any internal stress.

SUBSTANCE: device for holding article on object, particularly, on wall, depending on design versions, contains fastening rod on one end of which article can be held, attachment member for securing fastening rod in hole provided in object. Fastening rod and attachment member are made so that expanding of member body takes place at least at one full revolution of fastening rod. According to first and second design versions, section of fastening rod providing said expansion of body of attachment member has axial length exceeding axial length of attachment member. According to third design version, axial space of attachment member has length less than axial length of fastening rod. Device for holding article on object in hole made in object is secured as follows: attachment member is driven into hole, fastening rod is driven into hole, attachment member is wedged in hole by radial expansion by means of fastening rod. Expansion of attachment member is provided at one full revolution of fastening rod. Attachment member and fastening rod are driven into hole simultaneously. Attachment member is preliminarily fitted on fastening rod.
EFFECT: provision of quick and easy connection between article and object, particularly, wall.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an emulsion of the agent for paper internal sizing and a biocide emulsifier, such as cationic starch-free quaternary ammonium compounds, which is added into the paper pulp for obtaining antimicrobial paper. The antimicrobial paper is suitable facing material for gypsum boards. The biocidal sizing emulsion comprises the agent for internal sizing and a biocide emulsifier, at that the agent for internal sizing and a biocidal emulsifier are emulsified in water, at that the biocide emulsifier is a starch-free quaternary ammonium compound.
EFFECT: improving the antimicrobial characteristics of the paper.

SUBSTANCE: SVF system comprises facing tiles, each having a retaining ledge directed downwards, at the face side in the upper part it comprises a horizontal ledge, and in the lower part - a ledge with a shelf directed downwards, and which are made as capable of arrangement as one above another as overlapping with each other on their upper and lower edges. On the face side of each tile, along one of the ends there is a vertical ledge. A subsystem for fixation of facing tiles is equipped with horizontal profiles, each of which comprises a flat part for attachment to vertical profiles, in the lower part it comprises an elastic stop for contact with the rear side of the tile, and in the upper part it comprises a bend with a shelf parallel to the flat part, besides, the upper edge of the shelf is made as capable of placement in the slot, formed by the retaining ledge above the tile, and the lower edge of the shelf is made as capable of placement of the upper edge of the lower tile between it and the flat part of the profile.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of facing tiles at any tallness of a building and repairability of facing, horizontal arrangement of solid profile makes it possible to easily provide for horizontality of facing seams on a facade, to arrange vertical seams of adjacent vertical rows in staggered order.

A device for mounting of facade tiles of any type, in which on their rear side there is a retaining ledge facing downwards, and on their front side there is a grooved slot and a comb facing downwards, which are made as capable of placement on the building facade one above another with vertically adjacent tiles arranged as overlapping with each other on their upper and lower edges so that the comb of each upper tile extends into the grooved slot of the adjacent tile located below, besides, the device comprises an extended mounting profile with a substantially flat narrow part and a pair of shelves, arranged on opposite edges of its long sides, besides, each comprises an inner part of the shelf, which is connected with the narrow part, and a split outer part of the shelf, which extends from the narrow part along the support plane to retain rear sides of the facade tiles, and which represents evenly located mounting hooks for retention of facade tiles by means of their retaining ledges, besides, at least one of outer parts of the shelf comprises fixing ledges to fix facade tiles in horizontal direction and to prevent them against side displacement, and fixing ledges stretch from the appropriate shelf inside along the support plane to the centre of the narrow part and comprises an end part bent outside, which is located to rest against the inner side edge of the tile, besides, the narrow part and the shelves together form a vertical discharge channel to send downwards any moisture, which gets between inner side edges of two tiles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to structures of complex volumetric and spatial ceilings and walls. The novelty of the invention consists in the method to develop a volumetric and spatial structure using standardised composite modules. In accordance with the proposed method the standardised modules are manufactured in advance, at the specialised production plant, not taking into account their specific use. Further on the construction object they assemble a complex volumetric and spatial structure from the modules in accordance with the specific project. Development of the complex volumetric and spatial structure from the set of modules is possible due to usage of standardised dimensions of coupled parts and collections of previously developed standard projects.
EFFECT: advantage of the proposed invention consists in simplification and cheapening of design and production of complex volumetric and spatial structures on a construction object, reduction of material wastes.

SUBSTANCE: on a facade to the place of element adhesion before application of glue on its rear surface they fix auxiliary devices that represent a rectangular metal plate with extended holes for attachment to the facade. The plate is equipped with two rows of sharp cogs arranged along large edges of the plate perpendicularly to its plane. Tips of cogs have process nicks-and-burrs. Auxiliary devices are fixed on the wall so that cogs are arranged perpendicularly to the facade plane, with sharp ends outside. Afterwards glue is applied onto the rear surface of the element, and the element is strongly pushed onto protruding cogs so that the rear plane of the element and the plane of the facade contact each other, and excessive glue is squeezed out. Excessive glue is removed. The auxiliary fastening device provides for necessary temporary fixation of the element until complete drying of glue.
EFFECT: invention improves quality and reduces cost of assembly.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial and civil construction, namely to structures of building and facility curtain wall systems installed in construction and reconstruction of buildings. A curtain wall system comprises brackets for fixation of the system to a construction base, guides installed onto brackets for fixation of facing panels, and also elements of fixation of facing panels, connecting inserts and closing cramps, besides, guides are made as shaped and are of open shape in the cross section, each connecting insert is also made as shaped, is installed inside two adjacent guides, between ends of which there is a gap, and is fixed at the end of one of adjacent guides, and inside the second adjacent guide the connecting insert is installed tightly to ensure coaxiality of adjacent guides, besides, at this end of the second adjacent guide there is a closing cramp, besides, each guide is fixed on the bracket, at the same time gaps between ends of guides are at the distance from areas of guides fixation on brackets and preferably at the such distance, when in guides along their length there is minimum bending torque, sent from facing panels via elements of their fixation, besides, connecting inserts in areas of their fixation at guides create closed surfaces jointly with inner surfaces of guides, and closing cramps in areas of their fixation on guides create closed surfaces jointly with outer surfaces of guides.

Every said inner layer is composed by reinforced cellular structure of bamboo fragments shaped to plates or chips ob bamboo walls obtained by cutting the bamboo stem along the walls and across the stem. Cellular structure reinforcement is made with the help screen of glass fibre or glass fibre web. Note here that cellular structure is laid in screen or web and closed from above by another screen or web. Besides, this invention describes the versions of laminar material.

SUBSTANCE: method of melting materials, made from rolled materials on heat-insulation basis, covered with a black binder, includes preliminary perforation in areas of formation of water-air bubbles, extrusion of air-water bubbles with the help of a roller towards moisture drainage, realisation of subsequent thermal heating for the entire depth of the hydraulic insulating covering with a regulated heat flow at pressure of 0.8-0.9 of atmospheric and material compaction, removal of heat of waste gases jointly with evaporated moisture to atmosphere. Previously they dry the heat insulation layer by heated air to temperature of 40÷60°C and with flow of 1.5÷3 m3/hr, and then drying is carried out cyclically with an interval of 15÷30 min by heated and cold air.
EFFECT: increased quality of roof recovery and its increased operational resource.
