SUBSTANCE: construction material having a seal on the part for the tongue and groove joint. The seal is closed with a seal-covering film. The seal preferably comprises a styrene-based copolymer resin and/or a mixture of an olefin-based resin and an adhesive resin. The method of manufacturing a construction material includes the stage of heating the sealing material to a temperature equal to or greater than the softening temperature of the sealing material, the stage of forming a sphere-like seal by means of applying the heated sealing material on the part for the tongue and groove joint, formed in the main material, and the stage of coating the seal with the seal-covering material.
EFFECT: construction material exhibits a strong cutting ability and adhesion to the part for the tongue and groove joint and is not substantially coloured in case of oil fluid leakage or the like.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an emulsion of the agent for paper internal sizing and a biocide emulsifier, such as cationic starch-free quaternary ammonium compounds, which is added into the paper pulp for obtaining antimicrobial paper. The antimicrobial paper is suitable facing material for gypsum boards. The biocidal sizing emulsion comprises the agent for internal sizing and a biocide emulsifier, at that the agent for internal sizing and a biocidal emulsifier are emulsified in water, at that the biocide emulsifier is a starch-free quaternary ammonium compound.
EFFECT: improving the antimicrobial characteristics of the paper.

SUBSTANCE: SVF system comprises facing tiles, each having a retaining ledge directed downwards, at the face side in the upper part it comprises a horizontal ledge, and in the lower part - a ledge with a shelf directed downwards, and which are made as capable of arrangement as one above another as overlapping with each other on their upper and lower edges. On the face side of each tile, along one of the ends there is a vertical ledge. A subsystem for fixation of facing tiles is equipped with horizontal profiles, each of which comprises a flat part for attachment to vertical profiles, in the lower part it comprises an elastic stop for contact with the rear side of the tile, and in the upper part it comprises a bend with a shelf parallel to the flat part, besides, the upper edge of the shelf is made as capable of placement in the slot, formed by the retaining ledge above the tile, and the lower edge of the shelf is made as capable of placement of the upper edge of the lower tile between it and the flat part of the profile.
EFFECT: reliable fixation of facing tiles at any tallness of a building and repairability of facing, horizontal arrangement of solid profile makes it possible to easily provide for horizontality of facing seams on a facade, to arrange vertical seams of adjacent vertical rows in staggered order.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mounting profile for tiling a facade from stone material. A device for mounting of facade tiles of any type, in which on their rear side there is a retaining ledge facing downwards, and on their front side there is a grooved slot and a comb facing downwards, which are made as capable of placement on the building facade one above another with vertically adjacent tiles arranged as overlapping with each other on their upper and lower edges so that the comb of each upper tile extends into the grooved slot of the adjacent tile located below, besides, the device comprises an extended mounting profile with a substantially flat narrow part and a pair of shelves, arranged on opposite edges of its long sides, besides, each comprises an inner part of the shelf, which is connected with the narrow part, and a split outer part of the shelf, which extends from the narrow part along the support plane to retain rear sides of the facade tiles, and which represents evenly located mounting hooks for retention of facade tiles by means of their retaining ledges, besides, at least one of outer parts of the shelf comprises fixing ledges to fix facade tiles in horizontal direction and to prevent them against side displacement, and fixing ledges stretch from the appropriate shelf inside along the support plane to the centre of the narrow part and comprises an end part bent outside, which is located to rest against the inner side edge of the tile, besides, the narrow part and the shelves together form a vertical discharge channel to send downwards any moisture, which gets between inner side edges of two tiles.
EFFECT: improvement of profile characteristics, taking into account side arrangement and prevention of moisture ingress.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to structures of complex volumetric and spatial ceilings and walls. The novelty of the invention consists in the method to develop a volumetric and spatial structure using standardised composite modules. In accordance with the proposed method the standardised modules are manufactured in advance, at the specialised production plant, not taking into account their specific use. Further on the construction object they assemble a complex volumetric and spatial structure from the modules in accordance with the specific project. Development of the complex volumetric and spatial structure from the set of modules is possible due to usage of standardised dimensions of coupled parts and collections of previously developed standard projects.
EFFECT: advantage of the proposed invention consists in simplification and cheapening of design and production of complex volumetric and spatial structures on a construction object, reduction of material wastes.

SUBSTANCE: on a facade to the place of element adhesion before application of glue on its rear surface they fix auxiliary devices that represent a rectangular metal plate with extended holes for attachment to the facade. The plate is equipped with two rows of sharp cogs arranged along large edges of the plate perpendicularly to its plane. Tips of cogs have process nicks-and-burrs. Auxiliary devices are fixed on the wall so that cogs are arranged perpendicularly to the facade plane, with sharp ends outside. Afterwards glue is applied onto the rear surface of the element, and the element is strongly pushed onto protruding cogs so that the rear plane of the element and the plane of the facade contact each other, and excessive glue is squeezed out. Excessive glue is removed. The auxiliary fastening device provides for necessary temporary fixation of the element until complete drying of glue.
EFFECT: invention improves quality and reduces cost of assembly.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of industrial and civil construction, namely to structures of building and facility curtain wall systems installed in construction and reconstruction of buildings. A curtain wall system comprises brackets for fixation of the system to a construction base, guides installed onto brackets for fixation of facing panels, and also elements of fixation of facing panels, connecting inserts and closing cramps, besides, guides are made as shaped and are of open shape in the cross section, each connecting insert is also made as shaped, is installed inside two adjacent guides, between ends of which there is a gap, and is fixed at the end of one of adjacent guides, and inside the second adjacent guide the connecting insert is installed tightly to ensure coaxiality of adjacent guides, besides, at this end of the second adjacent guide there is a closing cramp, besides, each guide is fixed on the bracket, at the same time gaps between ends of guides are at the distance from areas of guides fixation on brackets and preferably at the such distance, when in guides along their length there is minimum bending torque, sent from facing panels via elements of their fixation, besides, connecting inserts in areas of their fixation at guides create closed surfaces jointly with inner surfaces of guides, and closing cramps in areas of their fixation on guides create closed surfaces jointly with outer surfaces of guides.
EFFECT: increased bearing capacity and reliability of a curtain wall system.

SUBSTANCE: decorative board represents a composite material and differs by the fact that the base is veneer, binder is polyester resin of PN-1 grade, accelerator is cobalt naphthenate, catalyst is metyl etyl keytone peroxide, decorative layer material is wood chips with length of not more than 5 mm and moisture of at least 10%.
EFFECT: development of an alternative appearance of finish lining of facades, this appearance shall not be inferior in main operational properties and outer surface to existing types of finish lining of building and structure facades.

SUBSTANCE: facing system of external walls includes small main stones used for facing of an external wall, and facing stones with front, rear, upper, lower and side faces, as well as with vertical or horizontal projections on the rear face, where the main stones have one or more slots on the external face, which correspond to one or more projections on facing stones; besides, sizes of slots exceed sizes of the corresponding projections by the value of an adhesive seam that attaches stones to each other. A projection on the rear face of the facing stone is inclined to the rear face of the facing stone at an angle of α < 90°; external projections on the rear face of the facing stone have internal faces that are inclined at an angle of β ≥ 180°- α, and sizes of the main stones are divisible by sizes of facing stones.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of glued laminar structures. Laminar composite comprises two surface layers of sheet material glued together and two inner layers arranged there between. Every said inner layer is composed by reinforced cellular structure of bamboo fragments shaped to plates or chips ob bamboo walls obtained by cutting the bamboo stem along the walls and across the stem. Cellular structure reinforcement is made with the help screen of glass fibre or glass fibre web. Note here that cellular structure is laid in screen or web and closed from above by another screen or web. Besides, this invention describes the versions of laminar material.
EFFECT: higher operating performances, decreased weight.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to external insulation systems of buildings. The insulation system comprises insulation elements (1), covered by finishing boards (2), fixed on a combination of shapes (5), installed on a wall subject to insulation (0). Insulation elements (1) and shapes (5) are retained by cantilevers (3), comprising substantially the flat first part (31) of the support and fixation to the wall subject to insulation (0) and substantially flat second part (32) of support, retention and fixation at the adjusted distance from the specified wall for the first substantially flat part (51) of shapes, which contain the second substantially flat part (52) of support for finishing boards (2). Cantilevers are made of material with thermal resistance of not higher than 0.5 V/(m·K). The invention also relates to the cantilever (3) for this insulation system.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to simplify assembly of an insulation system and to improve properties of a building facade.

SUBSTANCE: method is realised by facilities of development of several versions of a universal plastic panel, which is made of at least one section shaped from at least two plates of preferably rectangular shape so that a pair of plates is located one under the other, to create a volume section, and also to ensure strength, the space between the pair of plates arranged one under the other is filled with cells of preferably rectangular shape, the quantity and size of which is selected randomly or depending on parameters of plates, for connection of sections between each other there is a lock element, formed by ends of parallel plates of the section extended in the place of formation of the lock element for the width of the lock element and bent towards each other to produce two elastically compressible and releasing arched structures arranged at the end of the section along its long side and providing for reliable fixation with the round ledge formed at the opposite side of the section from the lock element at the end of the section along its long side by the fact that the lock element of one section, gripping and holding by means of compression the round ledge of the other section, fixes the sections in the fixed condition relative to each other, providing for reliable connection of sections to each other to produce a collapsible structure made of several sections. To provide for decorative properties and to observe visual homogeneity of the structure made of one or several sections, on that side of the section, where there is a round ledge, there is a slot shaped along the lower side of the slot as extension of the lower plate of the section along the width through its entire length and lateral sides formed at one side by the end of the section and at the other side bent preferably at the right angle by the side of the lower plate, forming a rectangle with an open external side, in this case the round ledge is arranged not in the end of the section, but on the external free side of the slot, in case of combination of several sections into one by means of their arrangement on a single lower plate, the slot between sections is made without a round ledge. To provide for installation of various holders, and/or decorative retained elements, and/or storage systems on the structure from sections, on one of slot sides there is a closed contour representing a structure of rectangular shape directed along the long side of the section, with width by size smaller than the side wall of the slot, providing for rigidity of fixation of sections along their long side, and also providing for stiffness of fixation of holders, and/or decorative retained elements, and/or storage systems, which by means of their installation into the slot are reliably fixed by means of engagement to the closed contour.
EFFECT: development of such universal plastic panel, design of which would provide for production of finished universal panels of different size and configuration, where reliable fixtures would be provided, design of which would provide for the possibility to create various decorative walls for interiors and exteriors, using universal plastic panels.

SUBSTANCE: facade facing mounting system consists of pin-anchors arranged in rows linked with each other and with elements of their tension by rods fixed in the building wall, at free ends of which locking devices-bolts with a rectangular T-shaped head and a rectangular neck on which locking elements retaining the lining are put, are installed with a possibility of an adjustable longitudinal movement due to the connecting threaded couplings. The locking elements are designed as horizontally arranged rectangular U-shaped clamps, in the middle part of which there are tabs, which are pressed against the upper and lower plates, and the central hole for the locking bolt, and their bent parts cover the lock-bolt head from the lateral sides and there are ledges, fixing the plates, pressed to the legs at the ends of the bent parts.
EFFECT: creation of a mounting system for facing the curtain ventilated facade, provision of good aerodynamic qualities, achievement of low metal consumption and labour intensity of manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: bracket for attachment of profiles includes a rear wall with holes for attachment of a bracket and L-shaped plates, the first flanges of which are intended for attachment of profiles; with that, the second flanges of plates are directed from bracket symmetry axis. Flanges perpendicular to the plane of the rear wall are cut out and bent in the central part of the rear wall in the direction of profiles; with that, the second flanges of plates are located parallel to the rear wall on its reverse side. The face side of the rear wall faces to the direction of the profiles, and the first flanges of plates are located parallel to flanges of the rear wall and rigidly attached to them. Ribs of angles formed with the plane and the flanges of the rear wall are located in internal corners of the plates; besides, on the second flanges of the plates there are holes coinciding with holes for fixation of the bracket on the rear wall.

At least a section of the base surface may continue outside the strong component. The base prevents contact of strong components of adjacent ceramic tiles, not requiring a filling paste, with each other, and may look like a filling paste. The first connection element and the appropriate second connection element of the adjacent ceramic tile, not requiring a filling paste, are made as capable of connection of two adjacent ceramic tiles, not requiring a filling paste.

SUBSTANCE: device has support profile connected to wall to be covered, intermediate member cooperating with support profile and bearing member having U-shaped profile. U-shaped profile shoulder is connected to intermediate member surface. Free ends of U-shaped profile have projections extending at 90° from sides thereof. There is a gap for opposite panel edges installation formed between inner surface of each projection and intermediate member surface. Shoulder of U-shaped profile is provided with tong embedded in window formed on intermediate member. Tong is folded relative one side of U-shaped profile for 90° angle. Tong length exceeds that of projection extending in the same direction. Tong has through orifice for securing member insertion. Orifice mates to through orifice made in intermediate member. Shoulder of U-shaped profile has zigzag area formed in tong direction. Each bend of zigzag area has angle of not more than 90°. Distance d between bend apex adjoining side of bearing member opposite to tong and inner tong surface corresponds to intermediate member thickness. Intermediate member window width and length exceed tong thickness and width by 1 - 2 mm.
EFFECT: improved service conditions, simplified mounting, reduced material consumption and increased reliability of panel securing.
