SUBSTANCE: valve for controlling the flow of medium from the first system to the second system comprises a deformable dome-shaped structure forming a reservoir. The valve cover includes the first connecting hole for connecting the valve to the first system and a contact element for interacting with the flow path hole to open and close it. The valve base is hermetically connected to the valve cover and to the dome-shaped structure and includes the second connecting hole for connecting the valve to the second system. The deformable dome-shaped structure is configured in such a way that it is deformed in the open position of the valve, and the flow path hole is not connected to the contact element so as to allow the medium to flow from the first system to the second system through the first and second connecting holes and the flow path hole. In the closed position of the valve, the deformable dome-shaped structure has its original dome shape, and the flow path hole is connected to the contact element and is thus closed. A pumping device for transporting the medium and a breast pump device for extracting milk from the breast of a nursing woman are disclosed.

SUBSTANCE: plunger is provided as a control valve with the effective area of the plunger being equal to the area of a throttling seat, in order to improve operation precision of the valve operated in the wide flow rate range. The plunger is coupled with a setting spring and a damper by a locking ring that provides for improved reliability of interaction of movable control valve parts at abrupt change of input pressure and at vibration loads. The plunger is fitted by a channel I communicating the cavity of controlled pressure E with the sealing cavity K to reduce the deformation of sealing rings. The damper set inside the setting spring beyond the gas flow does not create gas flow disturbances at the inlet to the control valve.

SUBSTANCE: regulator comprises a casing and three chambers in it divided by walls: a high-pressure chamber (HPC) and a reduced pressure chamber (RPC), a regulation chamber (RC), a hole with a seat, a partition with a plunger dividing the RC into a piston cavity and an annular cavity, a valve with a sealing element set in the RPC, the first channel connecting the RPC with the RC piston cavity, the second channel with a regulated check valve connecting the RC annular cavity with the environment, the third channel in the casing connecting the RPC with the RC annular cavity. Method of gas flow regulation in the regulator involves: supply of gas to HPC, displacement of the partition with the plunger and formation of a gap between the seat and the valve sealing element, coming of gas flow into the RPC and respectively to the gas consumer, from RPC through the first channel to the RC piston cavity, flowing of gas from the RPC through the third channel with a throttle to the RC annular cavity and back, provision for difference of pressures and forces resulting in the displacement of the partition with the plunger and the valve, change of the gap between the valve sealing element and the seat and regulation of the supply and pressure of gas coming to the RPC relevant to the above change.

EFFECT: provision for automatic regulation of the specified reduced pressure of gas supplied from the source to the consumer at low amplitude of fluctuations.

SUBSTANCE: shutoff electropneumatic valve comprises a gas supply channel, a high-pressure cavity with a regulating seat and a regulating gate installed in it with the gate being fitted by an auxiliary spring, a cylindrical chamber with a movable element which is fitted by a pusher interacting with the regulating gate and in the chamber on the side of the pusher providing for a low-pressure cavity with an off-take channel and on the opposite side - for a control cavity connected to the channel in the movable element and the pusher with the movable seat made in the pusher's end, an element serving to set for the specified low pressure, an adjusting spring installed in the control cavity and a control electromagnetic valve with an inlet seat communicated with the gas supply channel, regulating member actuated by an electromagnet, and an outlet seat. The control cavity is communicated with the cavity of the control electromagnetic valve with the outlet seat connected to the atmosphere, and the low-pressure cavity is separated from the high-pressure cavity by a shutoff gate being the integral unit with the movable element, and by a shutoff seat placed on the side of the movable element and connected to the regulating seat by a direct-flow channel.

EFFECT: improved cost efficiency of gas supply systems due to no escape of gas into the atmosphere from the low-pressure cavity of a shutoff electropneumatic valve at its closure.

SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator comprises a body provided with a cylindrical guide and inlet and outlet chambers, a gating assembly with a rod made to provide a possibility of sliding along a cylindrical guide for closing the seat opening, a stopping mechanism made to provide a possibility of movement to close the outlet chamber, a gate travel limiter, a membrane assembly controlling the gate and an assembly controlling the stopping mechanism. In this case the pressure regulator comprises the first noise-reducing element located in the calibrated passage and attached to the gate, the second noise-reducing element located in the body outlet chamber, a gate displacement damper assembly located between the gate travel limiter and the gate control membrane assembly. The second pressure control valve comprises a valve section consisting of the second valve section and the third valve section. The second spool is set in the second valve section and is able of displacement. A spring is set in the third valve section and the second valve section is connected to the control valve. The fluid delivered to the second pressure control valve is buffered so that the pressure of fluid supplied to the actuator is increased gradually.

The start-up shutoff electric pneumatic valve comprises a cavity of high pressure with a gas supply channel and a cylindrical chamber separated from it with a fixed control seat and a control gate with a movable element, equipped with a pusher interacting with the control gate and creating a low pressure cavity in a chamber at the side of the pusher with a drain channel, and at the opposite side - a control cavity connected by a channel in a fixed element and a pusher with a movable seat, made in the end of the pusher, a tuning element for the specified low pressure, a mechanical spring arranged in the cavity of control and a control electromagnetic valve with an inlet seat communicated with a gas supply channel, a control element driven by an electromagnet, and an outlet seat. The control cavity is communicated with the cavity of the control electromagnetic valve with an outlet seat connected to atmosphere, and the gas supply channel is separated from the high pressure cavity by a fixed shutoff seat and a shutoff seat, making a whole with the control gate.

EFFECT: increased cost-effectiveness of gas supply systems due to elimination of gas leakage into atmosphere from a low-pressure cavity of a start-up shutoff electric pneumatic valve when closed, made in case of multiple connections and disconnections.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved method of producing acetic acid comprising the following steps: reacting methanol with carbon monoxide in a reaction vessel containing water, methyl iodide and methyl acetate in the presence of a group VIII metal based carbonylation catalyst; separating products of said reaction into a volatile product phase containing acetic acid and a less volatile phase; distilling said volatile phase in a distillation apparatus to obtain a purified product of acetic acid and a first overhead fraction containing methyl iodide and acetaldehyde; condensing at least a portion of said overhead fraction; measuring density of said condensed first overhead fraction; determining relative concentration of methyl iodide, acetaldehyde or both in the first overhead fraction based on the measured density; and adjusting at least one process control parameter associated with distillation of said volatile phase as a response reaction to said relative concentration. The invention relates to a method of producing acetic acid comprising the following steps: reacting methanol with carbon monoxide in a reaction medium containing water and methyl iodide in the presence of a group VIII metal based carbonylation catalyst; performing vapour-liquid separation in said reaction medium to obtain a vapour phase containing acetic acid, methyl iodide, acetaldehyde and water, and a liquid phase; distilling said vapour phase in a distillation apparatus to obtain a purified acetic acid product and at least a first overhead fraction containing acetaldehyde and methyl iodide; condensing said first overhead fraction; extracting said first overhead fraction with water to obtain a raffinate containing methyl iodide and an aqueous extract; measuring density of at least one stream selected from a group consisting of said first overhead fraction, said raffinate and said aqueous extract; determining relative concentration of methyl iodide, acetaldehyde or both in at least said first overhead fraction, said raffinate and said aqueous extract based on the measured density; and adjusting at least one process control parameter associated with either distillation of said vapour phase or extraction of said first overhead fraction as a response reaction to said relative concentration.

SUBSTANCE: pressure regulator comprises a casing with inlet and outlet holes and a flange connected to the casing by screws. A membrane dividing the pressure regulator cavity into fuel and air chambers is fixed in the junction place. The pressure regulator also comprises a lower plunger and an upper plunger coupled with the membrane, a spring with a threaded cup to adjust the action force of the lower plunger on the inlet hole seat. The casing is fitted by vertical inlet and outlet holes connecting the inlet and outlet holes to the fuel chamber and to the pressure measuring sensors and fuel temperature measuring sensors. For the purpose of adjusting the conjugation of the seat and the lower membrane's plunger, the seat inlet hole and the mating supporting part of the lower plunger are of conical shape, the side casing surfaces are fitted by additional outlet holes to feed one or more units.

SUBSTANCE: reducer comprises a case with three chambers divided by walls: a high-pressure chamber, a reduced pressure chamber and a regulation chamber, a partition coupled with a movable plunger diving the regulation chamber into a piston cavity and an annular cavity, a valve which is connected with the plunger, set in the high-pressure chamber, fitted with a sealing element interacting with a seat in the wall, the first channel connecting the reduced pressure chamber with the piston cavity of the regulation chamber, the second channel with a check valve connecting one of the regulation chamber cavities with the environment, the third channel with a regulated throttle connecting the high-pressure chamber with the piston cavity. The valve seat comprises a metal ring and an elastic ring connected to the metal ring and having a sealing surface for leakproof interaction with a working element regulating the flow, and fluid medium flow rate control units, at least part of the external elastic ring surface includes a circular protrusion for leakproof interaction with a circular groove in the case of the fluid medium flow rate control unit, the internal elastic ring surface is connected to the external metal ring surface. The fluid medium flow regulator comprises a case having an arm formed by an annular cavity in the case between an inlet hole and an outlet hole, and the above valve seat set inside the case.

EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of a fluid medium flow regulator and provision for forced position fixation in essence to prevent shift of the valve seat in respect to the case of the fluid medium flow rate control unit.

SUBSTANCE: fluid medium control includes an actuator, a valve and a housing of a balanced channel, which is located inside the valve for flow conditioning in order to convert a turbulent flow inside the valve to laminar flow when fluid medium reaches a receiving section of a Pitot tube located inside the outlet valve opening. The balanced channel housing includes an opening passing through a side wall and located between the valve channel and the outlet opening. The above opening includes a partial obstacle such as partition walls or a sieve, above which fluid medium flows to convert turbulent flow to laminar flow. There are versions of a fluid medium control design.

EFFECT: improving operating reliability of a control due to the fact that the preceding pressure in the flow direction does not influence on control of the following pressure in the flow direction.

SUBSTANCE: gas pressure regulator is fitted with a drive, a control valve and a device of pressure-induced loading. The pressure-induced loading device provides for loading the drive diaphragm surface with pressure which counteracts the output pressure on the opposite diaphragm side with the latter pressure being controlled by the regulator. In case the output pressure is changed the diaphragm moves and shifts the controlling element in order to regulate the output pressure while the pressure-induced loading device keeps up the specified pressure. The pressure regulator can comprise a regulating shutter which compensates the force of input pressure on the controlling element.

Said valve is arranged in channel (3) for fuel feed into ICE and equipped with shutoff valve (10).The latter displaces between position whereat it opens pressure channel (3) and position whereat it shuts off the latter.This pump assy comprises stroke limiter (11) arranged in pressure channel (3) to make shutoff valve seat and to retain shutoff valve (10) after opening of check valve (9), and seal (23) arranged between the wall of pressure channel (3) and limiter (11).

EFFECT: higher reliability of pressure channel isolation, ruled out radial and/or axial displacements of shutoff element in seats, decreased wear.
