FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: threaded holes (2) are made in the first component (1). On the component (3) made of plastic metal, recesses (4) for heads of fastening elements (5), coaxial to the holes (2), are made. The components (1) and (3) are fastened by the fastening elements (5), wherein the heads of the fastening elements (5) are embedded into the recesses (4) until formation of free space between the heads and the component (3) surface. The component (3) made of plastic material is affected by a rotating cylindrical tool (6) to heat it to the temperature causing its plasticization. When moving the tool, the mentioned free space of the recesses is filled with plasticized metal (7) of the second component (3), ensuring closure of the heads of the fastening elements (5) in them, receiving hermetic permanent joint. During the heating of the second component, when the cylindrical rotating tool (6) is moving, the first component is cooled.
EFFECT: method provides high structural strength of the permanent joint of dissimilar materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for laying pipes, cables or wires through walls or partitions. The device comprises a line enclosing channel structure, a clamping device, a mounting base plate. The channel structure is designed for insertion into the wall opening and comprises at least one compressible sealing portion, which is driven to the active sealing state and passive mounting state with the clamping device, with the help of which the sealing portion for sealing against the inner side of the opening may be actuated into the sealing state. The mounting base plate is designed to set the position of insertion of the channel structure in the axial direction of the opening. The mounting base plate is connected to the channel structure with a hinged joint, so that there are several angular positions between the mounting base plate and the channel structure. The opening sealing system comprises a pair of proposed devices, one of which is located at one through end of the opening, and the device - on the other through end of the opening.

SUBSTANCE: bushing comprises central part with through central opening and flange at one of the ends of the central part, squeezed part, and squeezing means. The squeezed part is interposed between the flange and squeezing means. The squeezing means is connected with the flange for permitting various positions with respect to the flange that points off the central part, and its outer diameter is greater than the inner diameter that receives the bushing. The squeezing means is mounted for permitting sliding over the outer side of the central part.

FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: sealing method of attachment assemblies in cover from laminated polymer composite materials with sealed layer is described, at which the fastener is installed into the hole drilled in the cover, and assembly elements and cover layers located between them are tightened with the above fastener. Elastic ring is located between sealed layer and the corresponding assembly element so that the cover hole zone is covered; inner cavity of the above ring is filled with uncured sealing composition, and the latter is cured after maximum compression of elastic ring with indentation of the composition from inner cavity of the ring to the delaminations of the cover in the zone of the hole at tightening of fasteners of the assembly.
EFFECT: invention improves sealing reliability of attachment of the design elements.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to joint 1 for tube lead-through 2 for jointing two tubes together. FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: unit is designed for protection of building structures and equipment of extra precise production from vibration effect and can be implemented for connecting roof of buildings with exhaust, ventilation and other ducts subject to vibration effect. The unit consists of a protecting apron secured on the duct, of a transitive upturn with anchor bolts arranged on it, and of a fit ring put on anchor bolts. The fit ring is made detachable in plane perpendicular to its axis, it is equipped with an upper and lower crimp seals made along its internal diametre and equipped with a spherical elastic anti-friction insertion secured on the internal surface of the fit ring from the side of the duct. The duct is equipped with a ball segment forming a pivot with the anti-friction insertion; the fit ring is put on the anchor bolts of the transitive upturn with a vibration damping padding. The crimp seals of the ring are equipped with vibration damping circular bushings with vibration damping fingers.

SUBSTANCE: said invention relates to pipeline transport and energy systems, and relates to clamping device to be used in sealing system, which incorporates a body comprising, in addition to clamping device, compressable devices for passing pipes and/or cabling. The clamping device is pressed against either inner straight corner or wall of the body.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises outer frame (11) provided with at least sealing member (1) that embraces the cable or pipe (8). Sealing member (1) is split in the longitudinal direction and is formed by the sheets for adapting the area of its passage to the cable or pipe (8). Sealing member (1) is used for filling the window of frame (11) together with expanding unit (12) and has a split to make a possibility to be detached into two halves. The split is inclined to the longitudinal direction of sealing member (1) or longitudinal axis of the passage. When sealing member (1) is adapted to cable or pipe (8), one of the halves can be rotated by 180 degrees. Member (1) cab be adapted to cable or pipe (8) until the halves of module (1) are in a contact at the narrow end of the space. The half can be rotated back by 180 degrees thus forming a uniform space with complete sealing around cable or pipe (8).

SUBSTANCE: proposed closing facility designed for use in frame 11, 12 for cable entries, lead-through tubes, and the like has plate 1, 14, 18, 19, locking means 7, 8, and sealing means 5. Plate 1, 14, 18, 19 is provided with flanges 2, 3 for guiding plate when disposing it in frame 11, 12. In addition, plate 1 has bolt joint 4 to receive bolt 9. As an alternative, plate 1 can have bolt 17 with nut 16. Locking member 7, 8 and plate 1, 14, 18, 19 are disposed on opposite ends of frame 11, 12 and held on respective sides of frame 11, 12. Closing facility is held on frame 11, 12 by means of bolt 9, 16 passed through hole 6 of locking member 7, 8 and is engageable with bolted joint 4 of plate 1 or with nut 16.

SUBSTANCE: weld joint is heated by sending an electric current via a weld joint up to 10 kA as current leads are fixed at different sides relative to the weld seam on the process lap of a blade and a blisk. In the process of thermal treatment they measure the temperature of the weld joint surface and adjust it by the variation of the current value within 540-620°C. The maximum permissible heating temperature is set with the condition of saving the fine-grained structure of the weld joint. The minimum permissible temperature is set with the condition of removal of residual welding stresses in a weld joint. Thermal treatment is carried out with AC current with thyristor regulation of its value.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of removal of residual stresses of joints due to the reduced distortion of the blisk profile, and also to increase the efficiency of thermal treatment due to direct heating of the entire cross section of the weld joint by electric current of a high value.

Then, pin metal base is formed of refractory metal powders by powder metallurgy process. Then, at least one thermal compensation cut-out is made in ceramic shell to extend over the shell height that features depth equal to its thickness. Said one thermal compensation cut-out can be directed in tool axis or inclined thereto or can be composed of helical line.

SUBSTANCE: process can be used at production of titanium structures by friction welding with mixing. Titanium sheets (802, 804) are welded together to make the blank with several cast zones of welds (918). Said blank is arranged between female die section and cover section. Female die section is heated to heat said blank. Compressed gas is fed in space between cover section and female die section to press said blank into female die for form the component. Cast zones of welds feature preset relative depth after component forming making from 1.1 to 1.25 so that metal sheets and formed component feature several, in fact identical, characteristics. Said characteristics are selected from the group composed of strength, fatigue properties, crack and rust resistance, impact strength and grain size.
EFFECT: selection of required superplasticity strain in the weld cast zone at its preset depth.

Blade 18, 20, 22 comprises plate to allow its reliable clamping in clamp 68.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to welding. Butt of blanks 1 and 2 is arranged at support roller 5 with form chase 4. Weld is produced by displacing working rod 6 of welding tool 7 to make weld root. Adding material 3 following the shape of roller 5 form chase 4 is continuously fed into said form chase. End of welding tool rod 6 is displaced during welding into adding material 3. Note here that edges of parts 1 and 2 and those of adding material 3 are squeezed by welding tool 7 in welding zone.
EFFECT: complete penetration of blanks over depth, higher quality of weld.
SUBSTANCE: washer is fitted at the ends of pipe and pie plate, its outer surface having conical and cylindrical parts and ID being equal to pipe flow area. First, pipe edges and pipe plate holes are machined to make inner conical surface of "pipe - pipe plate" assembly with skew angle corresponding to that of washer conical surface. Washer cylindrical part OD is smaller than maximum diameter of said inner conical surface of the assembly. Washer is turned at pressure force and stopped at cogging.
EFFECT: higher quality of joint.

SUBSTANCE: section of transition from weld to parent metal is heated by argon-arc processing at displacement of arc over weld surface after liner friction welding and removal of extruded flash. Specific heat flow rate and arc displacement rate are set in compliance with numerical simulation of temperature field in article by preset equation. Maximum temperature of weld heating is set such that fine-grain structure is preserved while minimum temperature is kept to remove residual welding strains. Heating depth is defined by blade and disc machining allowances. Argon-arc processing is made in turns on blade back.
