SUBSTANCE: invention relates to public construction. Method comprises forming an anti-corrosion coating and heat insulation on pipeline (3), laying said pipeline in trench (2), followed by filling the trench with soil. Heat insulation on pipeline (3) with an anti-corrosion coating is formed after placing it in trench (2) by filling it with layer of sand (4) up to 2 times diameter (d) of pipeline (3) and wetting said layer using a known method with an aqueous salt solution of given concentration and subsequent filling of the final trench with soil (5).

EFFECT: improved heat-shielding properties of the pipeline in the trench from the effect of drop in sub-zero temperatures.

One lever part may abut upon inner body surface parts opposite to seat to close shutoff member as pump delivery increases at the time of admissible minimal supply. One lever end is pivotally connected to the body. Another lever end is bent. Valve also has outlet made as discharge pipe provided with seat and connected to side body surface. Valve has fork member. Seat and shutoff member surface touching it are flat. Discharge pipe with seat, lever and fork are made of plastic. Lever has liquid flow divider acting on the weight. In the case of increased pressure upstream of valve the divider is located from low lever side. If said pressure is between high and low values the divider is arranged over weight and space between weight and divider is equal to washer thickness. When said pressure is low lever is provided with additional liquid flow divider arranged over weight and space between weight and divider is equal to washer thickness. Water supply device using said valve is also disclosed.

SUBSTANCE: radiator comprises horizontally heating pipes installed with extreme sections bent upwards connected by adapters. Bent sections form air cavities compensating volume of freezing water. Besides, heating pipes have heat removing ribs, which reduce their size from the middle of the pipe to its ends, which prevents radiator break with increased length of the heating pipe.

EFFECT: in case of a heating system emergency cost of emergency-recovery works reduces significantly.

In the method of assembly of heat insulation of welded joints of pipes for under-ground installation they perform anti-corrosion protection of a welded joint of pipes with the help of a heat shrinkable polymer tape, heat insulation shells from polyurethane foam are installed onto the joint, fixed by tie bands with locks, a thermomelting adhesive tape is glued at edges of the protective shell of the pipe as overlapping onto shells from polyurethane foam, and a protective galvanized metal jacket is installed symmetrically relative to the centre of the welded joint, the surface of which is sealed with the help of a heat shrinkable polymer cloth.

SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating pipeline coating includes at least one layer of heat insulation made from tightly united styrofoam segments fixed on the pipeline surface using steel galvanized bandage tapes so that at least two bandage tapes are arranged on each segment. SUBSTANCE: assembly design of the heat-insulating coating of the underground pipeline for installation in highway conditions contains at least two shells in the form of semi-cylinders, including a metal-polymer shell with a heat-insulating layer of polyurethane foam. The shells are connected with each other along the length by a zinc-coating steel plate, and the interconnecting seam between the shells is sealed with a hot-melt adhesive tape, over which a heat-shrinkable tape is mounted.

EFFECT: increased lifetime of heat-insulating coating due to increased corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of heat-insulating elements.

FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by the means of using a heat-insulated flexible polymer pipe with one or more heat-insulating layers with a low heat transfer coefficient, wherein electric heating elements can be located in body of such pipe for compensation of heat losses. In addition, the outer polymer shell of such pipe has a thickness depending on the operating conditions. The proposed invention can be used for transportation of fluid produced form oil and gas condensate wells, as well as other liquids (for example, water, oil, methanol, gasoline or diesel fuel) in order to maintain their dynamic viscosity.

EFFECT: reduction of heat transfer from produced fluid to environment, prevention of water freezing inside the pipe and prevention sticking of paraffins, resins, hydrates and salts on inner surface of pipe, increase in service life of discharge pipe, increased safety of its operation, reduced cost for its operation.
