FIELD: engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in tooth gears. Gear wheel contains body in the form of disk and gear ring with teeth at the ends of which a pair of ring linings are reinforced. On the circumference of the body, in the bases of interdental slots, radially oriented cutouts are made along the whole width of the body, the lateral surfaces of each notch are interfaced with the lateral surfaces of the slots, the bottom of each cut is perpendicular to the ends of the body. In the body sections between adjacent cuts, through-going rectangular holes are made, oriented parallel to the ends of the body and perpendicular to the axes of symmetry of the slots under which they are made. Holes are arranged symmetrically with respect to the ends of the body, the top of each hole coincides in plan with the circumference of the bases of the gear rim, and the bottom of each hole is interfaced with the bottom of the adjacent notches.

EFFECT: construction is facilitated and the costs of manufacturing the gear are reduced.

The gear rim is made of separate teeth that are not connected to each other and are fixed by their ends between the disks. The teeth are truncated in their bases, and working sections of their side surfaces are preserved. A circular insert with its width being equal to the distance between the disks, is installed between the hub and the gear rim coaxially to the wheel rotation axis between the disks and is fixed on the latter. The outer insert radius is equal to the radius of dedendum circle of the gear rim with non-truncated teeth.

EFFECT: lower costs of gear wheel production with their strength characteristics being preserved, improved repairability.

SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body and a gear rim with teeth, a flat ring is installed above the upper end face of the gear rim and parallel to it with a gap in respect to the rim, the outer diameter of the said ring is equal to the diameter of the addendum circle and its inner diameter is equal to the dedendum circle. The ring is fixed on the teeth by radially oriented fins. The gap between the body and the flat ring is covered by a circular insert with its width being equal to the value of the gap between the flat ring and the gear rim and its diameter being equal to the dedendum circle.

SUBSTANCE: proposed motorcycles suspension system contains first sprocket including hub with cross slot on outer surface and ring engaging with hub and provided with surface for engaging with belt, and stop member engaging with hub to hold ring on hub. Ring is made with profile and projection on inner surface for relative engagement with slot. Sprocket is connected to wheel. Ring is made of polymeric material. Motorcycle suspension system contains also frame member, hinged lever connected to frame member in point of turning, said ring being connected by axle to hinged lever, and shock absorbing member arranged to connected hinged lever and frame, and second sprocket installed for engagement with first sprocket. Sprocket of motorcycle suspension system has hub, ring engaged with hub through adhesive material. Ring has profile on outer surface for engagement with belt and radially directed projection passing crosswisely on inner surface of ring. Inner diameter of ring is smaller than outer diameter of hub. Hub is provided with slot for engagement with projection. Ring is made of polyurethane.

EFFECT: prevention of rotation between hub and detachable working surface.

FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in development of new gear set designs. The gear set consists of drive (1) and driven wheels with teeth made on their surfaces. Teeth (3) of drive wheel (1) represent detachable disks. Roots (4) terminate in a "dovetail"-shape bifurcation. Drive wheel (1) consists of two rigidly coupled parts, i.e. a base and a cover, the latter accommodating centring pins (7) opposite every tooth at the foot of the "dovetail". The base inner side has the "dovetail"-shape blind slots similar to those of the roots of teeth (3) and with an identical pitch along the base upper surface. The outer surface driven wheel has cells with a shape similar to that of tooth (3) of drive wheel (1) and with the same pitch. Conjugation between the said cells and driven wheel surfaces in both lengthwise and crosswise planes are made smooth. The call curvature radius equals that of the camber of tooth (3) of drive wheel (1). The cell depth makes, at least, half the height of tooth (3) of drive wheel (1).

EFFECT: lower contact strain and higher transmitted power.

SUBSTANCE: gear wheel comprises a body (1), a gear rim with teeth (2) and a pair of annular end patch pieces fixed on the body and covering the teeth edges. The gear rim is made of separate teeth (2) that are not connected to the wheel body. Each tooth (2) is set in the patch pieces by means of an axis (8) so that it can be turned by the latter in the wheel rotation plane. The root of each tooth is made by two planes (13, 14) perpendicular to the tooth symmetry plane and distanced from each other by the tooth height. The planes are set between the side surfaces (11, 12) of the tooth and the plane of its symmetry. In the state of a tooth with no impact load applied one plane (13) rests against the wheel body (1) on the area made on the circular surface of the wheel body perpendicular to the tooth symmetry axis and equal in area to the tooth root projection on the body. The other plane (14) placed closer to the tooth tip rests against the body by a flexible gasket (16) equal in area to this plane and providing for turning of the tooth by its axis in case the nominal load value is exceeded by the value of the load affecting it.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: method of gear wheel manufacturing involves separate production of a body (1) and a rim wheel consisting of a rim (2) fitted by a geared rim with teeth (3) set on it, and their further assembly. The body (1) is made as a cylindrical disk with the diameter less than the diameter of the inner surface of the rim (2). The rim is fitted by splines (4) set on its inner surface by the symmetry planes of the geared rim's teeth (3) perpendicular to the rim end faces (7). The height of the splines (4) is more than the difference of radiuses of the inner rim surface and the peripheral body surface. The body periphery is fitted by grooves (10) mating the rim splines and having the section exceeding the splines' sections. The rim wheel and the body are matched coaxially with each other with their end faces being set in one plane and are fixed in this position. The cavities between the body and the rim are filled by melted material, for example, plastic, the melt is matured until hardening, afterwards fixing elements are removed from the gear wheel.

EFFECT: simplified process of gear wheel manufacturing and its improved reliability.

On teeth ends and wheel body the end ring-type straps are rigidly fixed.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building and can be used in tooth gears operated with lubrication. A gear wheel comprises a hub 1 with an axial lubricating channel 3 mounted on a shaft 2, and a toothed rim 4 with teeth 5. Through radial bore 7 connected to the shaft channel is made in the root 6 of each rim tooth space. Each bore is crossed by the second dead bore 8 of the same diameter made in the zone of the tooth space root along its width at the hub end face 9 perpendicular to the said end face. This bore is fitted by a plug 10 at the end and is connected to the tooth space root by a row of grooves 11 parallel to the through bore 7 which is equipped with an insert 12 on the tooth space side while the insert is provided with a through hole 13 with its diameter being equal to the diameter of the grooves 11.

EFFECT: optimal lubricating mode for a gear wheel is provided.
