FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in gears lubricated by magnetic particle method. Gear train comprises paired gears mounted by means of shafts in a closed housing within which a magnetically active powdered lubricant is activated, which is activated by an externally located magnetic field source. Body and bodies of gears are made of diamagnetic material. Teeth of gear wheels of gears are made of ferromagnetic material. Between the bodies of cogwheels and their gear rims are crowned cogwheels made of ferromagnetic material, in conjunction with serrated crowns, the width of which is equal to the width of the gear rims. At the ends of the body of each gear wheel, a pair of annular linings made of a diamagnetic material, the outer diameter of which is not less than the diameter of the circumference of the bases of the gear rim of this wheel, and their width is not less than the thickness of the crown wheel.

EFFECT: quality of the lubrication process of the gear wheel is improved.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building, namely to machine parts, and can be used in reverse tooth gears periodically lubricated by plastic lubricants. The tooth wheel lubricating device is pair of the flexible plates installed without movement relatively to the rotating tooth wheel, in its radial plane at both ends of the toothed rim, at right angle to the ends. The plates cover the rim through full height, and part of the wheel body adjacent to the rim. Areas of the plates covering the rim have spacing below width of the tooth rim, and in them from the rim side the curs are made at right angle to the rim. Areas of the plates covering part of the wheel body have spacing equal to width of the tooth rim, at that they are turned relatively to the radial plane of the wheel towards the running-on of this wheel.

On the teeth ends the lubricant holding elements are installed, they are located along the full length of their side surfaces. The lubricant holding elements have the outside profile identical to the profile of the teeth ends, cross-section of the elements through the full length has U-like shape. Middle parts of the lubricant holding elements are strengthened at the teeth ends, and two other parts creating the outside profile adjoin to the side surfaces of the teeth at right angle to their ends.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the machine building, in particular to machine parts, and can be used to lubricate the wheels of the reverse gearing with rectilinear/plane flank toothing in one of spur gears periodically lubricated with plastic lubricants. The lubricating device of the toothed wheel comprises body, tooth rim with teeth, concentric rings, pair of flexible plates and cantilever. The concentric rings are secured at the body ends along the circle of the tooth gullets. Pair of the flexible plates secured on the rotating cantilever installed hingedly on the gear casing with the axle of rotation. The cantilever is located between the concentric ring and wheel centre. The cantilevers are provided with gear of their rotation to both directions relatively to the radial plane of the wheel towards the running over side surfaces of the teeth ensuring their simultaneous contact along the full length.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of lubrication of the toothed wheel.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and is intended for gearbox cooling in the revolving gear of the cutter for breast mining. The revolving gear contains a set of separate transmission gears and cooling system. The transmission gears are arranged in row in elongated casing. The cooling system contains heating medium injection system in each of the transmission gears. Each injection system has longitudinal hole made in shaft of the transmission gear, and pipe for the heating medium injection installed in this hole. The pipe diameter is below the diameter of the longitudinal hole. The heating medium supply line is connected to the heating medium injection pipe. To the longitudinal hole and adjacent to one its end the hole is connected for the heating medium outlet, so the heating medium exiting from end of the specified pipe flows back along it, and then exits shaft of the transmission gear ensuring heat removal from the individual transmission gear.

EFFECT: improved design.

SUBSTANCE: method of the gear wheel lubrication includes the running-in of the work surfaces of teethe of the toothed rim, with pressing to them by the lubricating element in form of the pinion with teeth made out of pressed lubricating material. During the running-in the pinion is provided with axial oscillating movements, and width of pinion teeth is made equal to sum of widths of the wheel teeth and double amplitude of oscillations.

SUBSTANCE: method of rotaprint lubrication of geartrain includes running-in of the work surfaces of teeth, of at least one gear wheel of the geartrain, with pressing to it of the lubricating element in form of the pinion with teeth made out of pressed lubricating material, at that pressing degree is changed directly proportional to change of the loading of the geartrain, for this the train is provided with sensor of its loading, and pinion has gear changing its pressing to the wheel of the geartrain.

SUBSTANCE: proposed vertical gear reducer has housing 1, three stages assembled from cylindrical gear wheels 3, 5, 7 which are rigidly connected with shafts mounted rotatably in bearings 9-12 in housing. Lubricating fluid 13 is located in lower part of housing. Third-stage wheel 7 is partially immersed in lubricating fluid. Fitted on shaft of second-stage wheel 5 is washer 15 which rotates together with pinion stem 6 performing axial and angular motion. End faces 16 and 17 of gear wheels 3 and 7 of first and third stages directed towards second-stage wheel 5 are located in one plane. Washer 15 is pressed to end faces of gear wheels 16 and 17.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to reliable delivery of lubricant to teeth of wheels of higher stage.

SUBSTANCE: breather comprises flexible vessel (1), which is in communication with crankcase (8) of the reduction gear through pipeline (6), and pressure gauge (10). Flexible vessel (1) is made of corrugation provided with frame (3) and compression springs (4) which arrest the flexible vessel against free lowering and define a space for compensating air rarefaction in the crankcase of the reduction gear at initial moment of operation.

SUBSTANCE: proposed breather has stepped housing 1 with air escape hole, cap 6 and hemispherical dampening element 5. Rod 2 is fitted in air escape hole. Upper part of rod 2 is provided with circular groove. Lower part of rod 2 which is taper in shape extends beyond housing. Dampening element 5 is received by circular groove of rod 2. Cap 6 mounted immovably on housing 1 is provided with slots 7 in its lower part. Clearance is formed in between bottom of cap 6 and end face of rod 2. As soon as pressure reaches its excessive level, rod moves upward letting the air outside through clearance formed between dampening element 5 and through hole of housing 1, flat and slots 7.

EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability; avoidance of water penetration inside mechanism at immersion of breather in aqua medium.

In front of bearing (13) are projections with transverse grooves. The projections are provided on the face of the bearing rods of satellites (42) and carrier (41). The grooves receive the split stop ring that embraces the step washer secured to carrier (41).

The flange of the first crankcase joint is curved and provided with base bearing surface for bearing units of the driven pinion from the side of the plane cooperating with the crankshaft. The pinions have the second joint plane that is parallel to the first one. From the opposite side, the curved flange is closed and provided with ring port for receiving the driving pinion with bearing units containing the third joint plane. The ring port is overlapped by means of the segment projection provided on the base bearing surface of the bearing unit of the driven pinion. Each joint plane is provided with mutually perpendicular ports for cooperation with the fastening and setting members. The inner surface of the crankcase is provided with means for catching, storing, and supplying oil to the friction surfaces of the bearing units of the driving pinion. The means is made of a rectangular space with rounded corners, and its smaller side is arranged along the width of the crankcase.

Proposed angle gear drive has case 1 with oil reservoir. Driving wheel 7 is installed bearings inside cup 10 rigidly coupled with body. Cover 18 with sealing member 19 is secured on flange of cup 10. Oil deflector 11 is installed between bearings of driving wheel 7 oil collector is made in form of space 14 on inner surface of body 2 and is coupled with through holes in cup 10. Oil holes 21 are symmetrical relative to horizontal plane passing through axle of driving wheel 7 at distance not exceeding inner radius of outer race of front bearing 9 of driving wheel 7.
