SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flat sealing gaskets for sealing the detachable flange connections, for example, flanged connections of pipelines, fittings, pressure vessels. Wave gasket contains a metal ring with a wave cross-section, located between the graphite layers. Surfaces of at least the cusps of the metal ring are ridged.

EFFECT: ensuring the tightness of the flange connection even with its substantial deviation from flatness.

Gas joint gasket (3) features rectangular cross-section and is made of material its hardness being 1015% lower than that of cylinder sleeve (1) and cylinder cover (2). Taken sizes ensure compression forces in gasket (3) resulted from tightening of aforesaid studs at 1520% lower force than gasket material yield point. Cylinder sleeve (1) and cylinder cover (2) gas joint surfaces have extending triangular teeth (8) in width and height making 25% of gas joint gasket (3) width and are located at mid section of said gasket.

EFFECT: compensated mutual radial and axial shifts of cylinder sleeve and cover.

SUBSTANCE: seal of a detachable connection includes a sealing metal gasket installed in a chamber formed with annular grooves of trapezoidal profile on flanges connected to each other. The sealing metal gasket consists of three parts: a base part and two changeable parts located on opposite end surfaces of the base part respectively. Material hardness of the base part is at least not lower than material hardness of flanges. Material hardness of changeable parts is lower than material hardness of flanges and lower than material hardness of the base part.

EFFECT: invention improves the connection reliability.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: sealing ridge of the gas turbine blade assembly includes a straight section and a curved section; at that, width of the curved section is less than width of the straight section. Curved section includes two bent sections and two straight sections. An angle between straight section and straight section of the curved section and/or between two straight sections of the curved section is 60 to 90. The other invention of the group refers to a gas turbine blade assembly containing a disc, fixing plates and curved sealing ridges made as above. Each blade is attached to the disc and has a body, a root and a flange between the body and the root. Between flanges of adjacent blades there are gaps, and between sections of roots of adjacent blades there are cavities of the root. Blades are fixed in axial direction on the disc with fixing plates. Sealing ridges are installed in gaps between flanges of adjacent blades and project in axial direction beyond the blade root and the fixing plate. One more invention refers to a gas turbine containing the above described blade assembly.

EFFECT: inventions allow improving reliability of a blade assembly and simplifying its fit-up.

SUBSTANCE: method of mechanical connection of flat gaskets having at least two layers consists in the fact that individual layers are arranged in area of working tool, and at least one puncheon with almost round cross section partially cuts the layers in certain places of the corresponding area of connection, and at least some parts of the rest material are deformed outside the corresponding cut, thus forming bent areas; at that, they are formed so that the corresponding cut area is rounded and the appropriate bent area is straight-line. Sharp edges at least of one of the layers, which are formed in the cut area, are connected to material at least of another layer in order to obtain the connection by means of clamping, but with possibility of its release.

EFFECT: invention simplifies manufacturing process of flat gaskets.

SUBSTANCE: proposed gasket comprises first main plate on head side and second main plate on cylinder block side, adjusting shim to control gasket thickness, and plate to increase pressure. Complete outward bends in first and second main plates extend from the side of cylinder peripheral parts, while semi-ends extend at the said outward bend area and therefrom. Said complete outward bends are arranged so that their top parts face each other at the points they are vertically opposed at. Adjusting shim and pressure increase plate are arranged between top parts. Invention covers also another version of gasket design.

SUBSTANCE: sealing metal spring ring is made from elastic plate metal and has in its cross section the U-shaped profile with one outward inclined wall. Non-inclined wall of the profile is solid along the whole ring, and the second wall and radial part has recesses across the cross section along the whole ring, which form bent lobes on the ring. There described are three versions of implementation of detachable flanged sealing device on the basis of this sealing metal spring ring.

EFFECT: invention increases sealing of flanged end joints with compensation of angular, radial and axial displacements of joint surfaces of the connection and simplifies the manufacturing technique.

SUBSTANCE: multi-layer metal gasket contains at least two metal layers with coinciding holes and sealing extensions surrounding the said holes. The retaining layer is partly located between gasket layers. The area of retaining layer is less than the area of either of gasket layers. The retaining layer is partly stretched in radial direction from the hole outwards behind the sealing extensions. It is fixed to one of the layers but from only one side of sealing extensions. At the opposite side the ends are free. The invention discloses plant with multiplayer metal gasket.

SUBSTANCE: seal comprises ring rectangular groove, metallic sealing member mounted in the groove and welded to the lid and housing, pressing flange, fastening studs, and nuts. SUBSTANCE: turbine machine comprises nozzle block mounted coaxially between two housing members and made of several sectors provided with nozzle blades interposed between the members of inner and outer shelves. The members are provided with sealing spacers mounted radially in the space that spaces the members from the housing member. The spacers of two adjacent sectors are joined, and the joint is overlapped by means of a lining interposed between the spacers and locking member that locks the spacers in a position to seal. The locking member has lag mounted in one of the sectors and passing along the edge of the sector . The free end of the lag is pressed to the joint lining in the zone out of the sector.

SUBSTANCE: flat space comprises at least one metallic layer provided with at least one through opening. The collar is formed around the through opening. The metallic layer in the region of the collar from its side is made of a wavy or toothed profile. The layer with the profile is made of spring steel or steel deformable in the cold condition. The steel is hardened with the subsequent cooling. The method of making the spacer is presented.
