SUBSTANCE: device (100) of heat accumulation includes the first tank (10), the second tank (20), which is located above the first tank (10), two-position valve (30) and heat accumulating solution (40), which is placed in the first water tank (10) and the second tank (20). Heat accumulating solution (40) can absorb heat and be divided into first liquid and second liquid, having a lower density than the first liquid, when the lower critical temperature of solution or above it. The first liquid and the second liquid are capable of releasing heat when mixed with each other at a lower critical temperature of the solution. When the heat accumulting solution (40) is separated into the first liquid and the second liquid, the first liquid is placed in the first tank (10), and the second liquid is placed in the second tank (20).

EFFECT: invention allows the use latent heat accumulation device and a chemical reaction heat accumulation device.

The invention covers also the method of fabrication of this device. The accumulator comprises a cellular structural element 3 with multiple cells. Every cell is filled with capsules with a heat accumulating material and a heat conducting filler containing the heat conducting material and an adhesive with the heat conductivity varying from 5 to 29 W/(m.K). The accumulator is fabricated by bringing an initial material 2 composed of the mix of capsules and the heat conducting filler in contact with the cellular structural element 3 with the closure of at least one surface of arrangement of the cells of the element 3, compaction of the initial material at 4-10 MPa, filling of every cell with the material 2 and solidification of the heat conducting filler after the cell filling.

EFFECT: light and inexpensive heat accumulator of good heat conductivity can be obtained.

Body of thermal module is made of two sheets of gas and water impermeable material, which are connected to each other along closed circuit by means of tight seam with provision of closed cavity, where a homogeneous mixture of calcium oxide and waterless silica gel is located, as well as closed chamber of elastic material with water. Closed circuit of tight seam includes two oppositely installed side sections, upper and lower ends of which are pairwise coupled to each other by means of upper and lower sections accordingly, and one of side sections of tight seam is arranged with groove located on inner side of its middle part, which produces zone with lowered mechanical strength in tight seam in the form of link, width of which is less than width of tight seam on according side section. There proposed is the method involving a container with the released compound suppressing the reaction and automatic release of the suppressing compound to reaction chamber in accordance with the reached design temperature. In order to prevent extremely sudden temperature drops, the method involves steam generation for heat absorption and release of that steam. There also proposed is self-heating container including the compartment for products, which is physically separated from reaction chamber of the single-use chemical heating device, but which is in thermal contact with it, in which the container also includes reaction suppression system containing the suppressing compound in the closed compartment with possibility of releasing it and interconnected as to fluid medium with reaction chamber, and device for automatic release of suppression compound to reaction chamber depending on the selected temperature reached with the product compartment.

EFFECT: development of automatic exothermic reaction suppression method in single-use chemical heating device and removal of the steam generated during extremely sudden temperature increase.

The closed loop comprises two opposite mouth sections with their upper ends being coupled by a stopper section and two opposite side sections with their lower ends being coupled by a bottom section. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, particularly to the devices of heating food products before their consumption with the help of exothermal chemical reaction. The contact heater of packed food products contains a container with two different heat transmitting walls located one against each other, and a closed cavity for water-initiating exothermal composition. The container is made from flexible porous nonwoven material and contains a cover made from gas and water proof material. The container is equipped with a cover made from gas and water proof fibre glass cloth and is located in the cavity of the cover. The container closed cavity is filled with water initiated exothermal composition of uniform mix of calcium oxide and waterless silica gel with the content of last in the amount of 1 part to 3.5-6.0 weight parts of calcium oxide. The casing is made with two heat transmitting surfaces and inlet opening, that closes after the cover cavity is filled with water.

EFFECT: provision of an increased productivity of heat usage evolved in the result of exothermal chemical reaction, increase of security and provision of duration of evolving heating energy up to 8-10 minutes.

An electric heat accumulating heater comprises a casing, heat accumulating substance and an electric heater connected to a power supply source. Novelty is that the electric heater is made as a conductive layer interacting with a movable electrode and comprising carbon nanomaterial above which a heat accumulating dielectric layer is provided. Heat exchange method in gaseous and liquid media consists in transfer of heat or warm liquid (gas) from upper layers of medium to lower ones by means of capsules consisting of cover with heat insulation in which there is tank filled with heat-absorbing material or liquid (gas) and flotation chambers with movable partition brought into operation with temperature drive in the form of bi-material.
