FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: case elevator consists of case, bracket, and door connected to the case. From the exposed end of the door next to its lower end wall and parallel to this wall is a groove. The door is made with an elongated end located under the groove. On the underside of the elongated end of the door there is a projection in the form of a straight triangular prism, the base of which is a right-angled triangle. The prism face, formed by the hypotenuse of the triangle is located at an acute angle to the underside of the elongated end of the door, and the small face of the prism rests against the outer wall with closed and fixed by the bracket position of the door. The height of the small face and the thickness of the door area under the groove are made with the possibility of removing a small face of the prism from the outer wall of the bracket when the elongated end of the door is bent towards the groove of this door.

EFFECT: increase of reliability and simplification of the design of the device.

The grip fixture is equipped with an external lever, while the body has a cross-section closed groove for the lever of the grip fixture. The body is provided with a latch mechanism that represents a spring-assisted rod interacting with and fixing the lever of grip fixture while locked. Inside the jaws there is a ring sample that interacts with the latch mechanism designed as a hollow cylinder mounted in the ring sample and turnable about the body axis to be closed along the pipe perimeter. In parallel to the inclined wellhead there is a guide provided with a carriage designed to enable longitudinal motion of the guide. The carriage and the hanger body are pivotally interconnected.

EFFECT: improved reliability of the device, downsizing and reduced weight with possibility to centre the tubing string in relation to the axis of the inclined wellhead.

The fixers are made as fingers. Springs are installed in the body so that the springs may cooperate with the jaws. The fixers are provided with springs to return the fixers in initial position. Fixer drive is arranged in vertical handle permanently secured to the body and comprises lever higgledy connected to lever handle. The lever may cooperate with jaw fixers. SUBSTANCE: elevator cartridge comprises driving and driven links connected one to another by swivel so that the links may mutually rotate about vertical and horizontal axes. Elevator cartridge also comprises clutch, which prevents mutual link rotation in switched-on position. Driving link is made as the first shaft having non-round section and provided with axial orifice. Driven link is made as the second shaft having cross-section similar to that of the first shaft. Swivel is formed as round rod arranged in leading link orifice and provided with ear at lower end thereof. The ear is aligned with fork formed at upper end of driven link by means of transversal axis. The clutch is made as case movable along driving and driven links and surrounding them in lower position.

SUBSTANCE: elevator apparatus for glass-reinforced plastic tubing with female and pin ends comprises sleeve housing with a lifting eye, retrievable grip having jaw halves articulated to the end of a retractable rod and allowing to open said jaws being positioned outside the sleeve housing and to close them being positioned inside the latter, locking device comprising a turning handle wherein a spring-loaded lock and a lever are mounted. The turning handle is rigidly connected to the sleeve that is mounted so that to allow the retractable rod being fixed therein. The free ends of the jaw halves are lap-mated and jointed by means of a taper precision pin being fixed with the spring-loaded lock that is attached to one of the jaw halves. The inner bearing surface of the jaw halves mates the profile of the female tube end. The outer surface mates the inner bore of the sleeve housing with a radial space left to ensure releasing the elevator from tubing when the tapered precision pin is taken off.

SUBSTANCE: pipe elevator with female and male ends contains a bush housing with an eye ring, an interchangeable clamping tool with half-jaws hinged on the end of a retractable rod; the jaws can be opened in the position beyond the bush housing and can be closed in the position inside the housing. The locking device consists of a rotary handle with a spring-loaded retainer and a lever. The base of the handle is rigidly connected with the bush mounted in such a way as to enable to lock the retractable rod located inside the bush. Not hinged ends of half-jaws are overlapped and fixed by means of a conical precision quick release bolt fitted with a non-losable nut. The internal working surface of half-jaws fits the profile of the female end of the GRP pump and compressor pipe. The exposed surface is mated with the internal opening of the bush housing with a radial gap that provides the release of the pipe elevator of the GRP pump and compressor pipe after removal of the conical precision quick release bolt.

EFFECT: possibility of operation with GRP pump and compressor pipes is provided.
