SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used in the manufacture of metal pipes with an anticorrosion coating, as well as in the construction of underground pipelines from such pipes. The iron-based pipeline element (1), in particular cast iron-based, comprises of an outer coating (9) including: the first layer (11), the second adhesive layer (13), disposed on the first layer (11), and the third layer (15), located on the second layer (13). The first layer (11) includes at least one porous zinc/aluminium alloy layer containing from 5 to 60 wt % of aluminium. The third layer (15) contains a synthetic organic material.

EFFECT: increased resistance to corrosion in case of damage to the outer surface of the pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to coat and method of coating outer surfaces. Proposed method of coating pipeline outer surfaces by polymer capable of forming cross-links under action of water comprises the following stages: a) pipeline outer surface is coated by, at least, one polymer that forms cross-links under action of water. Note here that said polymer represents HDPE grafted by alkoxy silane. b) Polymer is cross linked on subjecting it to water at increased temperature to produce cross-linked polymer layer unless cross linking degree makes ≥30% to ≤80%. c) Polymer is cross linked that can form cross links under action of water at ≥50°C to ≤350°C, preferably at ≥150°C to ≤300°C, more preferably at ≥200°C to ≤260°C. Note here that during these stages, pipeline is heated to ≥170°C to ≤230°C, preferably to ≥180°C to ≤220°C, more preferably to ≥190°C to ≤210°C. Powder ionic spraying method is used epoxy resin layer is applied with thickness of ≥0.08 to ≤0.16 mm, preferably of ≥0.10 to ≤0.13 mm, more preferably, 0.125 mm. Method of envelopment extrusion is used to apply a layer of glue with thickness of ≥0.15 mm to ≤0.30 mm, preferable of ≥0.22 mm to ≤0.27 mm, more preferably of 0.25 mm. By method of extrusion, applied is upper layer of HDPE with thickness of ≥2.8 mm to ≤3.2 mm, preferably of ≥2.9 mm to ≤3.1 mm, more preferably of 3 mm. Extrusion is used to apply layer of HDPE cross linked by silane with thickness of ≥0.8 mm to ≤1.2 mm, preferably of ≥0.9 mm to ≤1.1 mm, more preferably of 1 mm. Now, pipeline is treated by water with temperature of ≥10°C to ≤40°C, preferably of ≥20°C to ≤30°C, more preferably of 25°C. Coat is made as described above. Invention covers also coated pipeline.

SUBSTANCE: flexible pipe has untight inner flexible metal layer, which contacts with fluid to be transported via the pipe and outer air-tight layers including serially arranged inner layer connected to untight inner metal layer. The air-tight layer consists of at least one thermoplastic polymer A selected from polyamides, mixtures including polyamide and polyolefin with polyamide matrix, copolymers having polyamide units and ether units, mixtures including polyamides and copolymers with polyamide units and ester units, ester and polyurethane copolymers, and polyolefin layer. SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises fitting of lining sleeve into the pipeline including reinforcing shell impregnated with binder and inner film shell that can be separated from said reinforcing shell after hardening. Said sleeve as-fitted in is inflated by air and filled with steam. It is held to binder hardening. Now, inner film shell is removed. Filing with steam is executed in two steps. At first step, steam overpressure inside the sleeve is smoothly increased to 0.4-0.6 of pressure P whereat said sleeve is held till binder hardening. Smooth pressure increase is performed for time interval T1 = (2.0÷2.7)·L·D2, where L is the length of pipeline under repair, m; D is pipeline ID, m. At second step, pressure inside the sleeve if increased to P for T2 = (0.4÷0.8)·T1. At holding the inflated sleeve to binder hardening, it is intermittently purged with steam for removal of produced condensate.

EFFECT: higher quality of coating.

SUBSTANCE: lining sleeve impregnated with thermosetting binder is fed via access well to pipeline under repair. Said sleeve is fed inside pipeline to exit well at pressing it to pipe inner surface by fluid column pressure. After fitting the lining sleeve inside, heat carrier as a hot liquid is forced therein and held for time required for binder hardening. Sleeve displacement inside pipeline and holding said lining sleeve filled with heat carrier are conducted at constant fluid column pressure. Preset constant height of said column varies from 3 m to 11 m above ground surface. To prevent spontaneous feed of lining sleeve into pipeline before preset fluid column pressure is reached said sleeve is retained by the rope.

EFFECT: higher quality of applied coating, ruled out re-ingress of water into pipeline.

FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to protection of pipelines against corrosion and can be used in construction and repair of pipes in various fields. Sleeve from shrinkable tape is fitted on steel pipe and heated to thermal shrinkage. To make said sleeve, said tape with inner adhesion layer is heated and wound at cold mandrel with tape stretching in direction of winding. Then, overpressure is developed between mandrel and sleeve resulted after cooling to produce the clearance there between. Sleeve if withdrawn from the mandrel and cut to required lengths. To make the pipe joint, said sleeve is fitted on one of pipes.

EFFECT: simple and reliable process, high quality antirust protection.

SUBSTANCE: primer contains butadiene-nitrile rubber as thermoplastic, chlorinated polyvinyl chloride as a modifier, phenol-formaldehyde resin or epoxy-diane resin as an adhesive additive, ethyl acetate, toluene, isopropyl alcohol and acetone as solvents, as well as polyethylene polyamine and can contain EDOS plasticiser, bitumen and technical carbon. EFFECT: improved protective properties of the primer due to high adhesion to the coated surface of the pipe, reliability of the coating due to high resistance to cathodic disbonding during use.

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: accessory comprises a body made as assembled from sections, the number of which is determined by the diameter of the pipeline. Sections consist of rods and strainers. On rods there are levers fixed with handle steps for rotation of the accessory with the help of hands and feet around the pipeline, bobbin holders with mechanisms of tension force adjustment for an insulating tape and an anti-adhesive film. Bobbin holders are equipped with biaxial mechanisms for adjustment of their inclination angles and are installed in a cantilever manner in the front part of the device. The accessory is equipped with support rollers with mechanisms of changing of their installation angle made as capable of rolling of the applied coating. Sections may have hinged joints between each other with the possibility to match the accessory and the shape of the pipe cross section in the form of a deformed circle. Adjacent sections may have a common rod. The weight of the section does not exceed the weight permissible for lifting by one person. Braces are equipped with tensioning devices that comprise springy elements. The surface of support rollers is made of a soft material - polyurethane or rubber.

SUBSTANCE: thermomechanical complex consists of articulated self-propelled cleaning module, diagnostics module, turbine expander and self-propelled module of coat application. Expander turbine is driven by pipeline gas flow to run the shafts of electric generators. Electric power produced by said generators is used to drive the complex inside pipeline, clean pipeline inner surface, monitor its state, separate polymer particles from gas flow, compact polymer particles, heat them and convert into viscoelastic bulk and to apply two layers of said bulk together with several layers of reinforcer fibres. Self-propelled modules are driven by barrel-like mills tightly pressed against pipeline inner surface. Motors revolve said mills in different direction along different spirals via misaligned gearboxes, change-gear trains, reduction gearboxes and drive shafts.

EFFECT: reconditioning pipelines without interrupting its operation.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: folded flat tubular sleeve made from the material soaked with curable bonding agent and enclosed in a flexible polymer cover is introduced inside the pipeline by being turned out. Cap end of the sleeve is fixed and the sleeve is moved inside the pipeline, unfolded and pressed to inner surface of the pipeline due to water pressure on inner surface of the turned-out sleeve. At binding-up the tail end of the sleeve, a branch pipe is inserted into it so that inner cavity of the sleeve can be interconnected with external environment through the branch pipe hole. That hole is plugged prior to turning-out of the tail end of the sleeve and removed from the plug after complete unfolding and pressing of the sleeve to inner surface of the pipeline. The sleeve is cured with circulating hot water; at that, water is passed through the branch pipe hole.

EFFECT: reduction of the number and sizes of folds of the sleeve coating at turns of the pipeline; improvement of passage efficiency of those sections by the sleeve.

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: pipeline is reconstructed by coating application at its internal surface. First textile shell soaked with binding agent is pulled through the cleaned pipeline with its one end fixed at the pipeline and the other end tensed. Then in the place of its fixing at the pipeline there installed is a pneumatic lock with pneumatic lip seal and with their application after preliminary passing through them and fixing on the pipeline there input is an air-proof film sleeve under air pressure with textile shell outside in with simultaneous expanding of textile shell and its pressing against pipeline wall. At the period of polymerisation the pressing is done under pressure that exceeds the pressure of ground waters in places of possible through defects of pipeline. After polymerisation film sleeve is removed.

EFFECT: simplification of trench-free technology of pipeline reconstruction and enlarging manufacturing capabilities of the method.

SUBSTANCE: inversion of insert vulcanised on site to restored pipeline is performed using flexible hose by means of inverting device having at least one stiff cuff that is switched on from time to time. In side wall of hose there is fluid medium opening to be used with device having two cuffs. Hose includes section of impregnated material, which is fixed in inverting device by means of banded casing equipped with inlet opening for inverting and/or vulcanising fluid medium. Hose and device are intended for air inversion and vulcanisation of insert with steam supplied through perforated lay-flat hose. Flexible hose has the size similar to that of installed insert and is intended for multiple use.

EFFECT: shortening of preparation time for installation using inverting device with two cuffs.

FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: under the method in the end of the connected pipes an assembled bushing is installed, it comprises telescopic external nozzles and internal corrosion-resistant nozzles. The internal nozzles are made with ring collar at the end, and are equipped at the external surface with the sealing rings. Prior to assemblage the internal nozzles are rigidly and coaxially connected by ends, reverse ends with ring collars. The internal surface of pipes and external surface of the internal nozzle under the sealing rings are treated by the antifriction substances. The assembled bushing with ends having ring collars and sealing rings is partially inserted in the ends of the connected pipes. The sealing rings are pressed by force movement of the external nozzles to the appropriate ring collars with securing relatively to the internal nozzle and with space sealing between the appropriate pipe and internal nozzle. Then by force axial shear the end faces of pipes are connected, and welding is performed.

EFFECT: method reduces expenses for anti-corrosion protection and increases its reliability.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel fed systems of internal combustion engines. The steel fuel fed line for petrol supply from the high pressure pump to a direct injection manifold in the system of the petrol engine with direct fuel injection is offered. Along the whole internal circumferential surface of the fuel fed line the layer of nickel coating with the thickness from 1 to 15 micrometers, and above the layer of anticorrosive film consisting of zinc coating layer or a layer of zinc-based alloying coating with the thickness from 0.1 to 8 micrometers and with the length to the position from D to 6D mm (where D - pipeline diameter) from the end of the fuel fed line to the inside is provided.

EFFECT: increase of resilience to corrosive fuels and ensuring reliability without damage of an internal combustion engine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves installation and fixation of a shell from corrosion-resistant steel inside a pipe end with an inner coating. In order to fix the shell, it is distributed by means of a mandrel through a plastic cover that is removed after distribution.
